Both main leads struggle with life and got dumped by their lovers, and find themselves moving into a house where the Yokai dwells. Both leads struggle between getting too close to the Yokai and risking losing their human lives becoming a Yokai themselves.
Yokai Sharehouse is about female lead, Sayounara Konbanwa is about male lead.
Yokai Sharehouse is about a human with a family relationship with the Yokai, Sayounara Konbanwa is about a human with a platonic relationship with the Yokai.
Both shows are cute to watch.

Similar story of a main lead who moved into a house where Yokai lives. Both have mix of comedy and seriousness. Although Kasuka na Kanojo is more serious as it focus more on high school dramas as it's about a teacher who struggles to reach out to his difficult students and unexpectedly receive help from a Yokai living in the same house who was a teacher herself.
Both the dramas are about youkais but in Yokai Ningen Bem they call themselves as plain monsters but in Youkai sharehouse the "monsters" are from Japanese mythical creatures. Both also involve a human befriending the monsters. Both of them are a good watch but in my opinion, Youkai sharehouse is funnier than Yokai Ningen Bem.
Both are lighthearted dramas about a girl living with someone unexpected.
Iine! Hikaru Genji-kun is about a girl living with someone from Japanese historical literature.
Youkai Sharehouse is about a girl living with monsters from Japanese folktales.
Good shows if you're interested in comedy and Japanese culture.
