Some scenes were tedious, I admit. But it was still cute and enjoyable

I stumbled on this series and saw the synopsis of it. At first, I was wondering if to even watch it as it seems to be focusing on some storylines that I do not like in BL's that are used consistently. However, it was a cute and enjoyable series for me, personally.

Story-7/10
I will say that they are some parts of this series that was a bit tedious. But, they were some parts that I did enjoy in this series. I was glad that they resolved the storyline of the teacher/ student with Maping stating that he did not have feelings for the teacher that way. I was also glad with Q and his budding relationship with the senior who delivers food. I wish that this series had explored them more.

I maybe in the minority here, when I say that I actually did not care for the relationship of Choi's tutor and the baker. They actually did not add anything for me, which is weird. I actually like Prab and Choi together, although they are step-brothers. And this is due to the fact that that I think Prab liked Choi from before thier parents got married. So, it actually wasn't super weird for me. Prab and Choi's parents know about them and I was actually shock that they accepted them, eventhough in the beginning Choi's dad was angry and gave the boys ultimatums until in the end he agreed to the boys dating. Also, who the frick on the frack is the Frog Prince?! Cause I thought it was Tri. But now, it's lookong like it wasn't him or that there is a new Frog Prince, which apparently we will find out who it is in Season 2 (hopefully).

Acting/Cast-7/10
The acting wasn't that good. But I don't think it was that bad as well. Some scenes stood out to me for some of the actors and that's why I give it a 7.

Music-8/10
Hear what? Not going to lie but the music actually slapped in this series. I liked all of the songs that I heard.

Rewatch Valu-7/10
I actually do see myself watching this series again. It may not be anytime soon, but in the future- sure, why not! It was an enjoyable series that I spent my Fridays with and I am grateful that I gave it a chance.

Overall- 7.5/10
Overall, I enjoyed this cute series. I will agree with the majority that the shirtless sequence wasn't needed for this series, especially when some of these actors look so young and it can be very off putting for new viewers if they see that.

Unrealistic, but adorable

Brothers was a pleasant surprise for me! Here are my pros and cons:

PROS:

DRAMA. There were some dramatic moments here (the parents' divorce issue, Chon's dad's health, etc.), but they never evolved into the melodrama that BL is often guilty of, problems were talked out and solved.

ACTORS. While there were no Oscar winning performances here, the boys were all adorable.

WHOLESOMENESS. Despite some "unusual" plotlines here and there (read below), this was wholesomeness, the likes of which I've never seen in a Thai BL. Borders on Cherry Magic wholesomeness.

OST. I loved the soundtrack, especially the theme song.

CONS:

THE "NUDE" INTERMISSION PHOTOS. Just tacky and bordering on creepy. They could have been clothed. What was the director thinking?

TEACHER/STUDENT. I don't know why they had to go there. So Maping (the student) didn't have the hots for the teacher, but the teacher DID have the hots for the student. That was the real issue. Not really sure what purpose this served.

TWINCEST. Okay, I'll admit it. As a gay guy, when I was in high school, the idea of having a threesome with cute identical twin brothers would have been my dream come true, lol! But in reality, the thought of blood brothers (twins or otherwise) engaging in a threesome together is pretty cringeworthy.

PACING. Most of it was fine, but there were dull moments that just lasted too long (i.e., "Byenior" party; some of the Khun scenes).

But I digress. The cons were not dealbreakers at all. I really liked this one.

8.5/10

Unrealistic, mediocre and annoying....but cute if you're bored.

It's cute, I give it that. And if you're bored and really starved for something new, go watch it by all means.
Just be prepared for a whole LOT of CRINGE:

1. The absolute WORST direction I have seen in a long time (if not ever) in a BL series. The whole time I've been watching it I kept pausing the video and commenting "I can't believe how stupid and badly directed this is", but I still watched the whole thing, because at the end of the day it was cute, AND because parts of the plot felt like it was loosely inspired by the manga of the same title, which I liked when I was younger.
2. Unrealistic to the point that it made me burst out in laughter several times each episode...and not because it was funny. It was just cringey af and plain absurd. No, just no, when it comes to the credibility of the story. The script was written by a lunatic and it was just sooo bad technically, too. Most scenes were too long and 1/3 of them were unnecessary.
3. It's personal preference, but I generally am not a fan of series with (especially many) side couples. Whereas sometimes the side couples grow one me & I end up liking them a lot, here the side couples flat out annoyed me. They were taking away from the main story and I never really cared for any of them.
4. The character of Prab's friend Long irritated me to the extent that I needed to pause the video every time he appeared on the screen. Not the actor's fault, it's just a badly & unrealistically scripted series.
5. Can we talk about the music please? OMG, no, no no. The same song playing over and over again made me want to kill myself on episode 3. I understand they made a theme song, but that doesn't mean it has to play in the background during 40% of each episode. The remaining background music was so basic it felt as if it was created by a 10 year old.
6. The disturbing teacher/student side story. Creep alert! Just no, especially since it wasn't the student who was the "interested" side.
7. Lastly...the in/out of commercial panels. I mean....disturbing much! I'm not sure WHO wants to see those BOYS topless, but not me! If they were at least well-built and a little older-looking, it would still be a little cringe, but sure - give it to me. Mind you, I'm of age - and whereas I understand this is a series about teenagers - I'm not much older and it still made me extremely uncomfortable. Mostly because the actors look very young. Also the topless takes had nothing to do with the series itself that just barely contains kissing (the most innocent kind, too).

Rewatchable? Absolutely no.
Cute? Yes (only the main story IMO, tho).

Entertaining at Least ...

Don't go into this BL with many expectations, if any at all. This series served as a decent watch and was at least somewhat entertaining due to the cast's cuteness, but that's about all they had going for them. I want to be easy on this review, seeing as this was a brand new group of actors, some of which this was their first BL and series ever. But, even with that, I can't help but deter the stiffness and staleness that was this series.

Let's Dive In.

Before we can even get into the actual plot, let's talk about those cut scenes and those disturbing panels. I need to know who thought it was a good idea to have the boys be shirtless?? It left me highly uncomfortable, and I felt like I was in a very awkward position. Why couldn't they just be in their regular school clothes? What about them being shirtless helped the series in any way (especially since none of them were chiseled or anything of the sort. They just had ordinary bodies, so what was the point)? It's a small problem that I had that didn't affect me too much, but I genuinely cringed each time.

Let's get into the plot that was basically nothing at all. It was super cliche, super cheesy, and super repetitive. how many times did somebody need to fall for Chol, and just how many times did we need to see Prab get jealous? Once would have been plenty. This series didn't need 13 episodes AT ALL. If they would've gotten rid of half the repeated drama and maybe some very unnecessary characters, then we could've ended it at episode 10 (and maybe even less). All the conflicts were frivolous and stupid. Chol needed to go to the hospital over a sprained ankle? Did two dudes need to be there to take care of him? And what about Chol getting hit in the head with a soccer ball, did everyone and their momma need to rush over and freak out like he had a heart attack? I understand that they needed something to drive this non-existent plot, but the amount of insubstantial conflict we had was ridiculous. Let get into the unnecessary plots. There was no need for them to have Chol's dad get hurt. It didn't do anything, it didn't drive the plot, and they could've had Prab's mom accidentally let slip that her and Chol's dad went to university over dinner or something. All these plots left some episodes feeling dragged out and boring. If anything, I could've skipped episodes 3-7 and still been able to keep up with the plot (cause, once again, it was nothing).

Let's get into the acting. Now, I don't want to be too harsh on these boys since they seemed pretty new, but holy hell, what the actual freak was that? I can't tell you the number of times I cringed at these boys on screen. Each actor was stiff and stale as hell. Phu (Chol) was the main lead and he only had one emotion; nothing. He kept a straight face the entire series. At some points, I was wondering if the actor himself was questioning why he was on this series, cause he didn't look like he wanted to be there at all. Folk (Prab) was a bit better, but no much. There's nothing you can really do when you're working with others that just don't have much talent. The other actors aren't listed on MDL for whatever reason, but Maping and those twins were on the top of the "how were they hired?" list. I also think some of this could have been due to these very unpleasant and long pauses. There were too many times that the characters were just staring and smiling at each other that left this very uneasy feeling in the air. I thought they might have forgotten a line and were doing something to just kill time. Whatever it was, it was awkward and it created tense feelings. Had they had hired some better actors, I believe that this series could've been rather decent than just meh ( I will give props to Kaow, Khun, the dad, and the mom who were on the better side of acting. Other not listed weren't good, but they weren't the worst either (mediocre?)).

I think one reason why this series also didn't work was because of the terrible subtitles. Now, I know this show wasn't made for my intended audience, but good Lord Jesus, those subtitles had to be the worst I have ever seen. I had watched on Dramacool at first, so I thought it was just whoever had done those subtitles but come to find out, that's just how they were cause I switched to Line TV and it wasn't any better. Because of me trying to decipher what the subtitles were saying, I missed key problems and conflicts (for example, I didn't realize Chol was talking to a secret admirer until Tri exposed himself. I had thought it was Prab the entire time since he had a frog on his bag and I tried to make connections there. whoops).

This series was slow-burn as hell. Now, I love me a good slow burn, but this was just ridiculous. How come it takes 13 episodes for the leads to get together? Once again, it was dragged on and elongated for no reason at all. All that unnecessary obstacles in the leads way were just so unimportant and not eventual. Chol and Prab were...meh. For one, they were step-brothers, so right off the bat, it's hella weird. Chol had no emotions, and Prab was a bit pervasive at times, but I will say, they were just decent and entertaining to watch. Chol looked too cute in his pajamas, and I did at times like Prab's sarcasm. But, how come at the end, everyone is okay with their relationship, as if their not stepbrothers? very unrealistic and weird, but I guess it was added for the emotional appeal. Also, that kiss was incredibly cringey (why were Chol's eyes open? like huh?...), and the dad walking in was too predictable. But, I will say, that I liked the ultimatum he gave them, and I actually kind of wished that they would've explored those more until he just says nevermind. The best thing about this show was probably the situation with the parents. It was an actual conflict that I found amusement in, except I think it was resolved too quickly. I also liked how this show handles peer pressure and following one's heart. Even though Chol was smart enough to get into Medical school he just wanted to be a photographer and didn't let peer pressure get to him. And vice versa for Maping. He wanted to follow his heart in being a florist, but he felt like he had to get into medical school because of his family.

Now, let's get into Maping and this weird love triangle (but not really) that he was in. I actually loved that he turned down Mhok. For one, Mhok had this very creepy vibe to him (and he's a grown man, like wtf), so I wasn't really here for them at all, but most series would've had them get together, but instead, Maping had never even grown feelings for him in the first place. The scandal that went on was pretty accurate in terms of student and teacher relationships. I think they still should've fired the teacher. If they had really looked at the surveillance cameras then they would've seen that Mhok grabs Maping's hands, which isn't appropriate at all, but whatever. The underlying clash with both the teachers was not looked at enough. It felt like their plot wasn't completed and that could've been something fun to see if it was decently plotted out.

Khun and Kaow were the best couple out of all of them. They went through trying to get to know one another better, and then actually had a very well-plotted out story. I loved the way Kaow had asked him out with the cake, and I liked their dynamic a lot. They were still a bit cringe at times, but not nearly as bad as the others were. If anything, I would rather see next season be more about them than anyone else.

Tri and those twins were the worst thing ever. For a second there, I thought they were going to have then all three be in a polyamorous relationship, but then they have Tri reveal that he's in love with Chol which was a poor decision to make seeing as we had not seen any prior actions form him to indicate that. But, those twins were just downright bad. They did nothing but annoy Tri the entire time, and be weirdly obsessed with him. If anything, they could've been cut to save some screen time.

We see something going on between the delivery man and the Prab's friend (sorry, they're not listed on MDL, so I don't remember names). I actually was kind of excited to see more of them, but we got nothing at all. I hope that next season, they'll focus more on their relationship.

I would complain that this show had way too many characters, but at this point, I'm used to it. It took me up until episode 7 to actually remember names with faces, but whatever. Some other small points, what happened to Sam? He just kind of disappeared and never came back. It was revealed that he too had a crush on Chol (BAD. He was a grown man, ew) but then he just goes away. I felt like I had missed an episode or something, but for some reason, they decided to cut the confession scene between Chol and Prab. Why do that? No wonder it felt off that they had just gotten together without any prior conversations or anything. Poor decision-making

It was already confirmed that they're getting a second season which I think is not needed at all, but oh well. A new secret admirer, who could it possibly be??? I can already tell next season is going to be a bunch of unnecessary drama between the leads. Quite frankly, I don't know what more they can show in this since everything had already been done. But I guess we'll see.

Some things I liked: I liked that we don't see some BL-obsessed fangirls or some jealous ex-girlfriend. This was one of the few Thai BL series that don't do that. Good for them. Although it's pretty unrealistic for everyone in a university to be gay/bi/pan etc, I still enjoyed that nobody had to "come out" and everybody was okay with everyone liking the same sex.

Overall, this series, was just meh. I kept watching cause I think that all of the cast is pretty adorable, and I also think they tried their best with what they were given and wanted to keep watching to support them (even though it was rough). I wouldn't recommend this series, since there are just better ones out there, but if you're looking for a slow-burn or just something pretty carefree and unrealistic to watch, then this is the series for you.

Left Vs Right

Uhhh, well if you're looking for something different, I assure you that you won't find it here. Wanna go left? You'll go right lol Imagine any and all BL plots/storylines with all the cheesiness and throw them into one and BAM you have "Brothers: The Series". Somehow it wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. It's right on the edge of "Idk if I want to finish this." and "But I've invested time into it already and I'm no quitter!" lmao It was Top Tier basic but the visuals were pretty worth it (I'm gonna let Prab aka Folk slide with those eyebrows). I; of course, enjoyed some parts but a good portion was pretty tacky. For it being predominately all new actors I gotta say it was decent enough. The ending was pretty rushed but at the end of the day someone found it good enough to have a S2 so I hope it's worth it.
Enjoy,,,

It good but not great

I think in the beginning there was just something that made you want to watch more of it. The plot of a blended family was really something new that I think was never in any other Thai BL shows. But in the middle of it, the teachers forcing Chol to go to medic school was a bit overused at its just dragged and used in a few episodes.

I kinda liked the part where they tell the stories of Chon's father and Prab's mother. It is definitely different. Just the way Chon's father avoided the topic altogether was kinda understandable as it causes some miscommunication for Prab and Chon.

I like Khun's character and how he shows that he like Kaow. Kaow on the other hand, his character set up was kinda weird. He left his family's house to live on his own but he has a huge house considering his house is next to Chon. Kaow has a bakery but works alone. Like it kinda doesn't really makes sense but we just close one eye about it.

I think that Tri's character being the frog prince was kinda off place. The part where he got introduced as the frog prince was just so sudden that it made me feel like since when did he even like Chon. There was no signs of that in the beginning.

Maping's character was fine but getting tangled with the teacher was kinda unnecessary. I am glad that nothing happened to him. I think it's just the plot of a teacher liking a high school student was kinda uncomfortable for me.

Honestly, I don't even know how I managed to finish the whole show but I don't regret it. I don't really think that I will rewatch it. There is a season 2 but I think I'll decide if I want to watch after the trailer is made. I would definitely watch if it was more about Tri and the twins.

I'm ignoring my "suggested overall" rating because I enjoyed this a LOT despite it's flaws

There are some hella weird tonal differences in this series. On one hand, this series is PG to the max. The kiss scenes are very minimal (with a confession scene literally cut completely from the official version of the show) and barely any progress for any of the couples happens plot wise until ep 10.

On the other hand- for a show so set on being PG, it has the following very NOT PG elements:
-Ads for body sculpting/slimming treatments. These were really bizarrely placed as it seemed like they were well aware they are targeting adult females with this series given this product placement- but then why is the show so PG? I’m just confused. Also it made me laugh when they had the very slim guys promoting it like lol what!? I’m cackling.
-An ad with the very young looking teen dude (high school character in the show) getting botox????
-The ad break lead in cards of all the cast hugging each other shirtless??!? They are ok but mildly creepy since they’re so jarring from the saccharine atmosphere of the show. Especially the shot of Maping with the two teachers- ew.
-The premise of the series as described in the poorly written synopsis is VERY not PG and doesn’t really match the actual tone of the show. It implies the sleazy kind of typical BL tropes of that variety. I mean even referencing a teacher/student relationship is so extremely not PG lol.
Now onto the actual review - Note: Story spoilers below!

Pros:
-Despite all the signs pointing to this being the kind of slow, PG series I wouldn’t like- I still came back every week and was entertained enough to eagerly wait for new eps. This is definitely one of the more light hearted, peaceful, easy-watching BL series. I can see a lot of people getting bored with this one- but I found it quite charming and relaxing to watch. It’s nice seeing characters just be genuinely nice to one another.
-The melodramatic miscommunication trope is dead here and I love it. The characters still have issues to resolve of course. But I love how miscommunications don’t last long here and the characters actually genuinely communicate and work out their issues. I especially liked how they dealt with Chol’s family issues.

- The actor for Prab is absolutely adorable and charismatic. I think half the reason this show is watchable is because he’s just an enjoyable actor to watch (very charming). I also loved how his adoration for Chol NEVER came off as creepy. Not even once (at least not to me). The step-brothers trope is rife in BL and it is extremely rare to see a depiction of it that doesn’t come off as predatory, creepy or how it is classically portrayed- lustful. (I think it helps that both actors are similar in age being only one year apart irl and so they actually look pretty close in age). Although I did find Chol’s character a bit too childish to the point I was kind of relieved that this was a very PG step-brothers romance tbh. E.g. I think NC scenes would have played off very weird between him and Prab.
- I think the strength of this show (and why I kept coming back) is because Prab’s love comes off as very genuine. The slow build-up of their relationship over the episodes as people who really care about each other as people before anything else is really effective. It’s just kind of pleasant and sweet watching Prab care for Chol each episode with genuine love. I loved that Prab genuinely helps Chol work through his feelings and deal with situations in a positive and mature way throughout the show. No manipulation, no toxicity- their relationship is built on such a positive foundation.
-I’m not a big fan of the teacher/student ship. Mostly because Maping legit looks so young- so it’s too creepy for me. Although if you’re not into it like I wasn’t- don’t worry too much as their scenes are pretty minimal and the ship does not sail thank f. The teacher actually even sees some repercussions for trying to pursue a romance against his better judgement to be ethical as a teacher. They actually acknowledged how inappropriate the whole thing is in a BL which NEVER happens- loved it! This is why this ship is a pro not a con for me as there was actual consequences for inappropriate behaviour.

Cons:
-Ok so the biggest con for the entire series is that they cut scenes from the official subbed line tv episodes- some of which are critical to the story??!?! These extra scenes are only viewable on youtube in an unsubbed format. There are some integral scenes that it looks like international fans won’t ever get to see subbed.
For example- if you’re going to watch this, just note that Ep.12 will be jarring af as suddenly two of the main chars are a couple out of nowhere. One of them just out of nowhere says they’ve been dating and you’re like WHAT?! You’ll rewind the ep feeling like you missed something.
And you did miss something because if you watch part 3/3 of the Unseen Cut version on the 9 MCOT Official youtube channel- you will see there was an ENTIRE CONFESSION SCENE cut from the official episode. What the fk? Literally the pinnacle moment of the entire series is cut! I literally can’t.
In ep 12 alone there is at least 10 mins of cut scenes smh. Even just skipping through the rest of ep 12 in the “Unseen Version”, I could see that the extra scenes would have really added more context/flow in the story. It frustrates me knowing I for sure missed scenes of this series because I cannot be bothered re-watching the whole series again unsubbed on youtube just to see what I missed.

-A lot of the music/sound effects (not all) is extremely cheesy, dated af and unintentionally makes me laugh in scenes where I’m not meant to be laughing. Like when the power goes out one ep and the music is so dramatic like something drastically bad in a thriller movie has happened. Or when Chol started to faint in one scene and the music made me feel like I was watching a sitcom from 20 years ago. Very average OST in general. The music in the dramatic scenes is the worst/best(?) lol.
-The Line TV sub quality is pretty average. You get the point the chars are trying to get across- but there’s no subtlety to the subs and it does impact the flow of some scenes imo. Some lines are randomly not translated or are a bit awkward. There is an especially funny sub error for the word kick in ep 12 where the sub is translated as “This brat! I’ll lick your ass”- which amused me wayyyy more than it should have.

Overall I actually enjoyed this show a lot even though I wouldn’t say that it’s amazing or crazy good in any aspect tbh. I mostly just found it cheesy, wholesome and really easy going to watch (which is something I personally enjoy a lot). Although I can see a lot of people getting bored with it.
The ending was definitely a bit rushed and there are some subplots/side couples that I would’ve liked to see more development on- but apparently there’s going to be a season 2. So I’ll be eagerly waiting for that and will hope to see more development there!

Because I enjoyed this a lot despite all its flaws, I’m rating it higher than it deserves in all honesty (especially considering the cut scenes LOL). 7/10.

Lacklustre despite the sparks here and there

I will probably remember this as the BL series that somehow managed to find and squeeze in a whole lot of good looking guys (many look even better than the two main characters) while paying many of them scant attention. The theme song and the music in the series are also rather nice.

But what about the story? This is where it gets hard to comment. It's not all-out bad at all. In fact, the "legal brothers-not-related-by-blood fall in love" concept, which My Bromance made popular years ago, gets a more satisfying treatment here than in this year's sequel to My Bromance.

Unfortunately, the main plot is not developed very well. At first, I was ok with the somewhat confusing feelings of the characters and the rather slow pacing since I could appreciate the uncertainty and insecurities of the characters. Prab's mother and Chol's father get married, making them brothers legally. Chol also has a crush on Khun, so I can see how he is confused about his own feelings as they change and he realizes that he isn't really in love with Khun. On the other hand, Prab slowly realizes that he is attracted to Chol and gets jealous of Khun.

About halfway through the series, I think both Prab and Chol clearly realize how they feel for each other. This is where I thought that the story would be worked into something more interesting. Instead, the plot goes haywire. If the story thus far already has been on the draggy side, it now becomes erratic. Despite knowing that he is not really in love with Khun but likes Prab, Chol somehow still manages to feel jealous when Khun is with another guy. Prab also seems to vacillate between being honest with himself about his feelings and being in denial. So the story goes on with a lot of unnecessarily trivial and when there seems to be development, it gets undone haphazardly.

The most forgiving thing I can say is that the portrayal of Prab and Chol quite accurately portrays the uncertainties and insecurities of teenagers (late teens) coming to terms with their own romantic feelings, and their lack of experience accounts for their behavior. However, when I think about how the series, Love Sick, manages to portray teenagers' uncertainties without sacrificing plot development. I find that things ultimately don't add up in Brothers.

This is a shame, given that the people behind the series are actually good at creating the right atmosphere and making the characters' relationships sweet and cute. When the material is good, the series is much more satisfying. This is the case with the side couple, Khun and Kaow, who I think should have been the main couple instead. They are really adorable in the series. Their story would have been even better with more on their character backgrounds and emotional struggles. If Prab and Chol had been the side couple with way fewer scenes instead, the lack of development in the relationship would have been more acceptable.

There are other side couples or potential couples, which can be rather pointless except that they perhaps satisfy viewers by putting good looking guys into potentially romantic relationships. But this is rather meaningless, especially when it pushes the series towards the portrayal of taboos like the romance between a teacher and a student, something which the series is clearly unwilling to address with any depth.

It's 2021, and BL dramas have gone beyond stories about high school boys in uniform. Such stories will always have a place in BL, but the bar is now much higher and this series barely touches it.

A Stepbrothers BL romance + multiple side dishes

Super rough going and uneven just like similar 2020 High School offerings Thank God It’s Friday or So Much In Love. Line seems to keep churning these BL Pulps out in some futile effort to recreate the questionable magic of Make it Right.

In trying to be edgy, Brothers was just super awkward. The pacing was way off, story arcs convoluted and fragmented or nonexistent, and post production particularly poor through the later half.

The older couple, KhunKaow, was the only good pairing and I liked them so much I considered rewatching for their arc, but that meant I’d have to rewatch the whole thing and I couldn’t STAND the idea.

So yeah, it’s bad. The actors deserved better and so did the audience. Line should be thoroughly ashamed of itself

Good but could be bettter

I'm enjoying this drama very much. It has interesting story lines, attractive young actors, and acceptable technical values. The problem is one of pacing. Too many long periods of inaction drag the episodes out. There are times when you want to shout at the screen to get the story moving. But that aside, this is a fun series and I highly recommend it. I applaud the acting of these young actors. Folk Inthirat has grown in his profession and young Phu Thungonsung shows skills beyond his listed experience. The other youngsters do a commendable job. Any flaws are laid at the feet of the director. I'll add to this review after I've seen every episode.

Good drama

Story was good and cast team reallly played well, it is so underrated drama I'm not sure about the reason may be it isn't available on utube with english subtitles that is why most people can't able watch through easy mode but anyway it's about 2 brothers initially i felt strange but as the story goes on i find it kinda cute and love for each other but lol funny part is i couldn't get to know when they started dating hence i give 1 less rating but other couples played stil could have given more scenes for them and finally parents agreed to them happy ending waiting for season 2 some people givint very bad rating i know in 2022 we are getting more bl series with good budget and massive story but as for me i dropped 2 dramas in the middle very disappointed with the story is so boring we can watch it with speed of 2x that is how some dramas but this drama wasn't like that morever i like college dramas and this drama also cute and simple don't expect like blockbuster just a simple drama and watch it guys don't compare with other dramas and watch it as a series since we have very few bl dramas having good story line and cast and not boring

cute and fluffy but overall very confusing

This series had a good a premise if you just go by the description given here on MDL, but the production staff took that premise, threw it on the ground, and then jumped on it for good measure.

The basics of it are there, I'll give them that, but that's it.

The thing that really ruins this BL isn't the budget, the acting, the script, or even the directing - it's the editing.

I don't know who was in charge of the editing or who was making the final decisions, but it's shocking. Scenes don't transition smoothly, the pacing is terrible and there were times I was genuinely confused about what was going on.

There is no excuse for this. I've watched five minutes fan edits on YouTube that are a masterclass in editing - if someone who isn't even in the industry can do it, the people behind the scenes for this production should have been able to do a much better job.

Honestly, this series is tedious and boring and, although it has some sweet moments and cute actors, it really isn't worth watching.
