Chorei que nem uma cadela carente nesse cdrama. Os vlogs da Zaizai são a coisa mais linda e o fato que ela documentou todos os momentos especiais durante a vida dela mexe muito comigo. Todos os momentos inesquecíveis, as despedidas no pôr do sol, as aventuras inesperadas com os amigos, o cuidado com eles mesmos, o Guan Fang, a escola, o vestibular, a faculdade, estágio, emprego... me fez questionar se estou realmente vivendo o presente da minha juventude. A cinematografia é linda e eu amei ver a trajetória do Rangrang se apaixonando aos poucos por ela.Não dei 10 porque eu merecia mais da Jiang Jia com o Gu Ran, muito lindos💗💗🥰🥰
enfim, se consolidou o pedido de casamento mais lindo dos doramas.

The best friendship drama!
Well written. The best youth cdrama i have watched. Everything about this drama was amazing. I can't describe my feelings after finished this drama, it was so beautiful seeing their journey. this drama have been my happy pill and now that it ended. Why this drama only have 24 episodes ? i need more:'))Thank you for amazing cast, story and ost. One of the best coming of age drama!
I really really liked this, it is one of the most perfect coming of age chinese drama. From the actors, actresses, storyline and ost it’s just so nostalgic.I don’t know I guess i’m just a sucker for stories that are realistic, super romantic and no overacting drama or evil characters involved.
It’s a must watch!

Cotton candy fluffy goodness
So, one of my favorite dramas of all time is "A Love so Beautiful" (2017) and I watch it at least once a year. I've been looking for a similar drama about friendship and first/only love and nothing came close until I watched When I fly towards you. I absolutely love this drama and watched all 24 episodes in a few days. Now some might be wondering if When I fly towards you is a carbon copy of A love so Beautiful and in short the answer is no. Both are youth dramas that cover teen up to adult years. Both have a fl that has a massive crush on the ml. Both can be considered slice of life and have a group of 5 friends with two being females and 3 being males. This is where the similarities end though. In WIFTY the Female lead Su Zai Zai (ZaiZai) falls in love at first sight with the male lead Zhang Lu Rang (RangRang). However, unlike in A love so Beautiful and many other youth dramas, the ml falls for the fl from their first encounter as well. So instead of the typical scenario of the fl pining over a ml that shows little or no interest in her, Lu Rang shows how much he cares for Zai Zai from the beginning. Their crushes and feelings for each other are mutual, developing as a healthy friendship that turns into more as time goes by. They also each have their own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to academics and help one another get better at their subjects by tutoring each other. I thought this was sweet and very rare in dramaland. Usually the ml is a genius and the fl is considered dumb, failing all her subjects etc. Often ml is calling her an idiot and the fl agrees. You get none of that in WIFTY. Zai Zai is outgoing, has her own interests outside of her crush (She keeps a film diary throughout series), gets good grades, and is exceptional in English/language. And Lu Rang isn't a 2D genius that knows everything. He is at first very shy, negative with low self esteem (before meeting his friends) due to being constantly compared to his younger prodigy brother. He is exceptional in science but weak with English. In other words the two leads are realistic.I will now list what I loved most about this drama and what made it unique:
*Shows great friendship with a group that grows up together on screen.
*Felt attached to 2nd leads as well
*No unnecessary drama
* A feel good cutesy drama that never borders on annoying
*Cool alternative dreamy soundtrack that fit the scenes of the series (I never tired of listening to it)
*I really liked the slow mo scenes and cinematography
*THERE ARE NO LOVE TRIANGLES (HALLELUJAH)
*We as the audience get to see not only the fl fall for the ml, but the ml fall for the fl more and more with each episode.
*There are so many cute romantic scenes in this drama that I was smiling like a school girl, which is I guess the point of a drama like this. It brought me back to innocent first crushes I had in highschool.
*Well developed characters and their family life etc. You could get a good idea of each character's motivations and why they might feel a certain way. For example, we find out why Lu Rang is so quiet and doesn't think highly of himself.
*Such good pacing that this drama even at 24 episodes is bingeworthy
*And lastly, Zai Zai and Lu Rang are the most compatible cutest couple I've seen on screen in a long time.

Perfect youth drama!!!
I started this drama in early September before school got busy. It started great. The casual meeting of the main leads and the friendship between the main cast was the sweetest thing. Starting the drama, I could not relate to the plot as I hadn't met a group of friends that I connected to. I stopped watching for a while because of school and I had to focus. Now finishing this drama during summer break has been heartbreaking. I made so many new friends this year and now I don't want to lose them. Watching this drama reminded me of my friends and how we are all moving on, pursuing new goals. There is no longer a see you tomorrow as there is no more tomorrow, when September rolls by, we will all be in university.Aside from this, the drama itself was short and sweet. A perfect blend of friendship and high school romance. High school lovers until they grew up. I love how the female lead was so bubbly and presistance. How could you not fall for someone so persistent? The main male lead WAS A WALKING GREEN FLAG. No matter what happens, he always stays by the female lead and on her side, avoiding any conflict that could lead to misunderstanding. The perfect guy. I loved the friendship displayed in this drama, the sweet interactions, and how each one of them cared for each other. The second lead was just as cute. It took them a while to figure out each other's feelings but it was worth it. Something I didn't like was towards the end of the drama. things felt a little bit rushed. After the main leads got together, the whole plot sped up, moving through high school, then university getting jobs growing up, and getting married. It kinda diverged from a sweet high school rom-com to a more grown-up version, but the female lead was still giving vibes of immaturity despite being an adult. Some scenes were a little cringy but you can ignore that because the main leads chemistry was off the charts. It was amazing, the way they understood each other so well, and how the female lead managed to bring out the cheerful and happy side of the male lead was perfect. Overall really good drama, was pretty short which makes it perfect for people who don't have a lot of time or patience to go through intense long episodes. This drama was refreshing and helped to clean the plate from all the heavy plot, and a lot of misunderstandings.
Definitely recommend it for anyone to watch, high schoolers who need something to relax, or even adults to help them remember their childhood and how life was for them. I 100% recommend it! I just wished Guan Fang found someone because my boy was so lonely and single. He became the fifth wheel everywhere they went.

Grumpy x Sunshine but make it sweet and healthy way!
So it's 2am and I just finished this drama and decided to write my first review while drying my happy tears.I had way different expectations when I started. watching this drama, I thought it will be stupid low IQ FL and smart yet cold ML, full of clichés and frustrating misundertandings but boy I was wrong.
I have decided to watch this drama after finishing few historical dramas, almost all are 40 eps, where they take u up to the sky with emotions and shatter your heart down so i needed something light and sweet to lift my mood, and since I had this drama in my PTW for a while, I am happy that I decided to watch it now!
The main lead's chemistery was so good that they made me pay for Youku App just to binge watch the drama with no interrupting and watch all the BTS, since I couldn't have enough of them.
She is literally rays of sunshine and he is a green forest, both are smart in their own ways, know their values and trust each other no matter what happens, side charachters were also supportive and cute that I didn't skip any scene of them.
I feel like this drama is perfect when it comes to the story, acting and length, and the best important part to me, a great completed happy ending, no need to use your imagination to think of what happened to them afterwards!!

First of all, this drama is the first Chinese drama that I watched with such enthusiasm, not because of anything, but the story of this drama is so beautiful for everyone. Chinese drama that is as sweet as cotton candy
If you like Hidden Love, then try watching When I Fly Towards You. The storyline is fresh but also heartwarming.I love how the producer explores the story between the characters in a simple but also interesting way, especially the love journey between Zhang Lurang and Su Zaizai. Even though towards the end of the episode the storyline sped up a bit, I wasn't disappointed because they had a beautiful ending.
Watching this drama reminds me of summer and unforgettable memories of youth!

Sweet love
It is very sweet and cute. It isn’t like any other drama plot. It is quite unique. The sad scene never fails to make me cry and the happy scenes never failed to make me smile and scream. Even though I rewatched it 10 times I am still not tired of it. It is very vintage and teenage vibes. It portraits everyone's dream teenage love and friendship. I highly recommend it. I couldn’t finish it before because I was so afraid that I would miss them, so I kept watching one episode per week. I’m being so real right now; every character was so special. Su Zaizai is one of the best characters of all time. She’s so bright, happy, and dedicated. And Zhang Lurang, what can I say about him? HE IS THE BEST. I love Jiang Jia, Gu Ran, and Guan Fang too; their friendship was so good to watch.I loved that Su Zaizai was 'chasing' Zhang Lurang with such confidence, and she breaks the stereotype that only the guy has to chase the girl. She was patient with Zhang Lurang being so shy, and I really, really loved that.
Zhang Lurang is a character I could relate to so much. People only see us as human beings without feelings, but it's completely the opposite. I hope in the future I can be more open with another person, just as Lurang was open with Zaizai.

It is too sweet for me that it makes me cringe but still it’s a good, youthful, and full of positivity drama with a happy ending. 😅
It’s a classic high school youth drama which begins in high school and continues into adulthood. Su Zai Zai is a cute, talkative, and straight forward girl who falls for the genius, aloof and introvert Zhang Lu Rang. They fall in love and get married.
Honestly, I watched this drama because they have the same writer of Hidden Love. Personally, I didn’t enjoy it that much because I have high expectations from it.
There are lot of scenes that are cute and sweet but sometimes it’s too much for me that it makes me cringe specially when I hear the word “Rang-Rang”.
I like their friendship though, the heartwarming relationship between the grandma and Guan Fang and the 2nd couple because they have a nice story line. The 2nd couple have love - hate relationship and one-sided love which is so natural. I feel that the 1st couple story is cute, sweet but flat. The only problem they have is the pressure of ML’s mother. No second lead or jealousy to make things spice up.
Overall, it is not my cup of tea. It is a good drama – classic, but maybe because my preference has changed a lot that this one doesn’t suit me. I watched A Love So Beautiful which almost has the same plot of running after their crushes or first love, but ALSB didn’t make me cringe. And I made a mistake of watching the intros that it almost spills the whole story of the drama.

Everyone should watch When I Fly Towards You !!
I honestly think that anybody could pick up wifty if they wanted to. It's a very light-hearted show that you could just keep watching without stress. The characters are sooooo well-written, loveable, and charming in their own way. I could go on and on for days about just how much I enjoyed this show and how well-paced it is.I'll start off with what I thought the whole time I was binging. Every episode I just thought to myself "love can be such a beautiful thing. It can be sunshine and rainbows too." I know, the thought isn't novel. That thought was left in my mind because (in my opinion) dramas these days don't portray love like that anymore. I have never felt this good watching a romance series without any setbacks or unnecessary conflicts and the likes.
How love manifests in each of the characters is also a topic I can speak endlessly about.
Zaizai shines so much because she is a lover girl. she is THE lover girl. She never puts up a front and is the most genuine character i've come across in a while. That's what makes her the perfect main girl. Her existence brings such a great warmth to everyone around her and you can tell.
Lurang seems like the typical cold, quiet guy at first. Zaizai definitely brought the best of him. Who would've thought the quiet guy would become the most adorable and understanding boyfriend out there? Words cannot explain how much I loveeee Lurang's development from a guy who seemingly had a fairly black and white world to Rangrang who would do anything for his Zaizai.
Oh god, GuJia., where do I even start...
I deeply resonate with Jia who felt lost among her peers that knew what path they wanted to take after high school. As everyone may know, i'm not new to experiencing existential crisis. I think it's because her journey of finding herself came first before she was able to allow herself to feel romantic emotions (or rather, her feeling being revealed rather later on in the story).
Guran [sighs] okay let me get this out of the way but I do have a bias towards him because he reminds me so much of junhyeon !! I'm sorry ANYWAYS. Obsessed is an understatement for how much I enjoyed seeing him pine for Jia ITS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY can you tell from how much I am straying away from my seemingly formal review ;-; crying screaming sobbing he is the personification of saymynameandeverythingjuststopsidontwantyoulikeabestfriend!!! i love them so much everybody should try out the gujia burger meal 100/10 would recommend.
Guan Fang :((( His relationship with his grandmother is beyond endearing. Their love and appreciation for each other proves itself time and time again. They live for each other, its SOOOO heartwarming to see there's no way anyone who watches this series will not appreciate his character.
OVERALL, I thoroughly enjoyed this series and highly HIGHLY recommend it to everyone in the market for youth-romance shows and are looking for something to watch right now!
