Mysterious FL, Gorgeous ML
Memory loss is a popular theme in Chinese dramas. But the memory loss in this story is slightly different - the character’s memory is surgically removed. Despite the confusion of the beginning episodes because of poor writing, and poor acting by the female lead, I press on as her mysterious background combined with the mysteries around her captivate me. A murderous hidden antagonist, an investigative journalist, and most of all, a devoted and gorgeous male lead, all these intrigue me with a plot propelled by the mysteries.When everyone thinks she has died in a car fire accident, Su Yi (Yuan Yu Xuan) comes back to seek for answers of what had happened 7 years ago when her father was slandered and killed in the same accident with her. She has lost memory of a big chunk of her life, including her time with her lover, Li Jia Shang (Liu Yi Chang) whom she doesn’t even know now. For Li Jia Shang, Mu Xiao (aka Su Yi) is his only love and has remained single since she’s gone. The dynamics between the couple, with the assistance of their buddies, Zheng He (Zhang Si Fan) and Xia Xi Yang (Xu Xiao Nuo), are wonderful to watch. Though I didn’t like the FL’s character in the beginning, I began to understand her better as the story unfolds. Having said that, Yuan Yu Xuan’s acting still requires improvement as she’s rather confusing with inappropriate expressions that do not synch with the moments; she is at times stiff and unnatural though she dresses extremely well. I do enjoy Liu Yi Chang’s and other cast members’ acting. I find Liu Yi Chang charismatic and fits the character he plays very well.
My Verdict
The plotline is quite intriguing as viewers want to find out what actually had happened 7 years ago, who Su Yi is, why she cannot remember Li Jia Shang at all, and who the obnoxious hidden villain is. There is a lot of twists and turns, intimacy and passionate kisses, and two pairs of lovely side couples.
There are certainly many flaws and plot holes but everything manages to brush through rather nicely for the ending. Having said that, many events and actions are of no consequence and do not provide additional information for the viewers, understandably they are merely there as fillers. Time and time again, a super nasty annoying character gets away with impunity. The dubbed voices also do not synch very well with the mouth movements.
For romance buffs, the main couple has never split up and has always remained true to each other. I love how devoted and committed Li Jia Shang is. He's always there to help Su Yi whenever she's in trouble.
Easy to watch, relatively short drama with less than 30 mins for each episode. Good enough to entertain.

Lovely but a bit disappointed
I’m always like to share a review after watching the dramas. It is because if the drama was interesting I thought it better for people to watch but if its not then I want to make sure people avoid to watch.For this drama I read the synopsis before watching and expecting it to be better and interesting storyline but when I watched it for half of the episodes, it’s turned out a bit disappointed. Male lead was handsome, rich and young CEO but somehow very slow in relationship. He was too easygoing since he really loves female lead even when she did everything that can disappointed him but he can still accepted it. He did not mad or think about his feeling first even when female did not trust him at all and hide many things from him. He gladly accepted it all.
The character of Li Jiashang was a bit disappointed since I’m expected him to be dominant and smart person but he’s not. The character of Su Yi or Mu Xiao a bit annoyance since she only care about her past or his father’s incident. She did not care about Li Jiashang even he really loves her and only did what she wanted.
I liked the other two couples even their scene were not much. The second couple was a playboy man and dominant women while third couple was career women and young man. These couple were interesting than main couple since they’re do not have any stupid problems. They’re only focused on their own relationship and love each other especially for the third couple.
I love their OST. It’s quiet nice to hear.
For overall, the drama was nice and only had a bit disappointed. If you are willing to watch then you can watch it since Li Jiashang was quite handsome and there were also many kisses from this drama so that you can expecting it.
I did watch it and skipped it too. But I’m not gonna watch it again.

This drama has a good storyline but the characters and incidents are really tiresome. The main leads are very smart individuals that the writer of this drama decided to undermine by turning the male lead into someone that continuously justifies the ill conceived actions of the female lead and his grandfather and giving the audience a female lead that consistently hurt the male lead with the excuse that she doesn’t want to hurt him. Although the female lead has a reason to suspect the people from the Li family as she searches for the truth and her lost memories, she is scheming and manipulative throughout the entire drama. The romantic plot on this drama is marred by the constant mistrust and machinations of the lead female. Even though there are plenty of romantic scenes between the leading couple, for the most part, the acting from the female lead was not at par with the male lead in creating a romantic atmosphere. There’s a lot of overacting from the part of the supporting cast and the antagonists turned buffoonish by the end of the drama. Could have been better
I've watched quite a few episodes into the drama. Honestly, I had high hopes for the drama because the storyline seems to be pretty interesting. Looking at the leads, both of them have acted in some pretty good dramas. You would've thought their acting wouldn't be that far off as leads. Wrong.Throughout the drama, I've only been seeing Yu Xuan "trying" to act in a smart, mature, person-with-a-painful-past role when she doesn't even look the part. Then you have Yi Chang trying to act the cool and cold-blooded CEO but only to end up looking stiff and unnatural. I can't see them merging into their characters at all. The entire drama, though only with around 30 minutes per episode, has only been draggy so far.
What a disappointment. Looking at the storyline, I do think there is potential. But the acting makes it so dreadful to watch, to the point I have decided to drop this drama.

Disappointed
I really like some of the main actors, so I was expecting better. It started off well for the first few episodes. Most of the characters (in the main three couples) were good, though fairly shallow and predictable. Then it just got weird. The relationships were all over the place, the plot line hopped around like a rabbit on cocaine. It was very hard to follow, with holes everywhere. By the last few episodes the bad guys were so overdone it was painful to watch. I don’t really expect a lot of realism from my dramas- I can suspend some logic for a good story. But this was ridiculous. Cliche, predictable and boring. Grandpa was a jerk to everyone, but all of a sudden they all loved him at the end. He got sick and people who hated him were crying. Why? There was never any relationship fixing. It was like a switch just flipped with no explanation. And don’t even get me started on the boxing scenes. And the boxing shorts! That whole part was awful… and they did it more than once.I would have quit watching earlier if not for the 3 main guys- they did well with the scripts they were given. But it wasn’t even remotely interesting by the last few episodes. I’ll look for them in other shows.

Plot twist after plot twist
It’s a good drama to be honest! I really liked it! All the casts I’ve seen them in other dramas so their acting skills is therePlot wise, I’m really mind blown! While watching this series, I expected the story to go this way but halfway through it goes the other way I’m so surprised that it’s written well for a drama like this! There are parts that makes you go depressed to happy to angry all in one drama!
The cast, not only you have a good looking ML/FL the others are not as bad! The ending was really cute though!

I personally dont think that it is a waste of time because each episode is short and there is both sufficient amount of romance and it also has a mysterious story which makes it interesting. I love the way the female lead is strong and independent. The male lead is cute. I appreciate their acting skills also. It also has some amount of comedy in it especially between the male lead and his secretary. Overall its good!! Not many has watched this drama maybe but its not that worse that you have to drop it.Was this review helpful to you?

Extremely manipulative and calculative FL
Acting: i dislike the FL from the beginning, why you may ask? She is manipulative and extremely calculative. Even single chance she had she used these skills on the ML. The ML just kept being dragged around by her and playing the selfless lover boy who is not only stuck in his past love but who would do anything for her, pathetic if you ask me. For a few episodes this was the story but then i kept watching it got better with hot steamy scene and all the good stuff in between. What keeps me going in this drama is the mystery surrounding the death of the FL's character. Let me not dive in too much because...hmmmmWas this review helpful to you?
FL is deceitful and manipulative
From the first episode already I did not like the female lead. Mainly because she deceived the ML and manipulated him. Consequently on further episodes, she continued to do the same. She seemed like a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde character whereby one day she’ll be soft and sweet, another she’ll be conniving and use her sexuality to get ahead. Didn’t like that at all. She is pretty, and the show dressed her very well, wearing 5-inch stilettos to work! ;PThere was some chemistry and kissing in Episode 6 but nah, have decided to drop it. The base storyline of her losing her memory and trying to find out the truth was intriguing but unfortunately the script and production did not pull it off. Next please :)

Mysterious female lead with a case of forgotten memory and the mystery behind it
Backstory: Female lead name is Mu Xiao. She "got" into a car accident and forgotten her past, her lover. She is on a mission to find out that happen that caused her dad's death and car accident. She appears years after but now she goes by Su Yi.The initially mysterious part is the identity of the female lead, whether she was Mu Xiao or not! ( spoiler r!!!!!!! She is)
She has lost all memories and tries to figure out the culprit behind it all. Male lead is the grandson to the Li family, He is currently the CEO. He loved Mu Xiao and has never forgotten about her. When the female lead Su Yi appears he is instantly attracted by her.
The female lead doesn't trust anyone ( not never the male lead). She tries to investigate on her own. Male lead eventually catches on and he tries to protect her. One of the biggest factor that is against the leads relationship is the grandfather !
Female lead thinks the grandfather is behind it all.
With the mystery also comes with some love! I here for the lovey parts, which was so sweet and fluffy ! Their relationship was so real and a lot of chemistry ! Things got hot haha... Like she trying to seduce him vice versa . Their love for each other was real!
However the process of solving for her fathers car accident was so slow! it was more on the back burner to me! Like there wasnt much solid development and unravelment of it. So towards the end it was kinda like....what happened? ....

Cast good........story not so
I wanted to like this show. However the problem for me was the FL. She didn’t come across as strong in the face of adversity but rather cruel and manipulative. By the time I stopped watching she had already figured out the ML was her ex boyfriend and that he loved her deeply. She had even said herself once that he was away overseas when the ‘incident ‘ behind the whole plot happened so couldn’t have been involved. Yet she still uses his emotions and feelings for her not only to get information from him but to steal from him!I understand the FL is supposed to feel conflicted but giving her the knowledge while acting this way just makes her seem cold and calculating, deserving no sympathy at all.
On a plus note the cast where good, the music I liked but the story really let it down.

Such an awesome underrated drama
Omo this drama is superb the love with secrets The romance is just simply superb in this drama There re 3 main couples and 2 side couples (in last epi) in this dramaFirst to mention the male lead (lijiasheng) and fl( suyi) their chemistry is damn good they will say about Break up but will not break up in the entire series
Second lead couples Zheng he and yangyang :
Kudoos to xuniao to take this badass role she is the fl in about is love please love me etc her role is simply awsome and the romance abd chemistry between these couples is too good
Third lead couples xiatang and raomani :These couples were really interesting younger male and older female their romance is just aww
The other two couples will be there probably in the last episodes.To mention the ost is really addictive u will not skip it.The acting of the whole cast is excellent .It's such an awesome underrated drama with mystery and secrets will always keep you on its edge mainly in last few epi every thing s perfect in this series U will miss such an amazing drama of u drop it . planning to re-watch it . Looking forward for more dramas of ml and fl.
