if you watch the first episode you will start the second until you finish it. the story will let you start the next episode. you will be too excited to watch it as fast as possible.
the story amazing and the acting/casts are suitable for this drama, the reaction and the way of acting is really amazing.
The music/background music is really great and the ending song also fit in this drama.
you will be addicted to this drama from the first episode, i even watched 4 ~ 5 episodes without any break...

The cast is superb and each member of 'Team Dragon' brought both a different personality and skill set to the team which made it extremely interesting to watch.
The operations were tense and exciting, although admittedly as I am squeamish there were times that I had to look away, even though I knew it was not real. The story line was interesting, if not a little unrealistic, but compared to the following seasons not as over the top.
What really stood about this drama was the soundtrack. It has an amazing soundtrack that can be spiritual, exciting and dramatic depending on the situation. It really helps bring an extra dimension to each scene and turns it into a more outstanding drama.
Overall I recommend this drama to people who are fans of the medical genre or just want to watch a good quality Japanese drama.

Best Medical Drama I Have Watched
There was a not a moment in the series that was lacking. From the great cast to the great storytelling. My heart was pounding each ep as if I was the one who had to perform the surgeries.The lead actor, Sakaguchi Kenji is my favorite actor in a dorama at this point. This is the first thing I have seen him in and now I will be watching every season of Iryu Team Medical Dragon. The write up for the actor on his details page states "He has a unique blend of macho and irresistibleness..." honestly this is so accurate there is nothing more to say. He played the character of Asada to believable perfection. The remaining cast is great as well and my favorite character outside of Asada was Dr. Kito. The BOSS BITCH of the ER department. Exquisitely acted by Natsuki Mari; the woman owns her screen time.
This show also, has one of the best comeuppances of a character I hate that I have ever seen. Loved every moment of that!!
This was the best medical drama I have watched in a long time! PERIOD. I cannot think of a better medical drama than this and only early seasons of American drama ER come close!!
