This drama charts the life of Kim Soo Ro, legendary founder of Geumgwan Gaya, the ruling city-state of the Gaya confederacy, which dominated sea trade and iron working during the Three Kingdoms Period. Kim Soo Ro's fiery temperament, charisma and intelligence are his only defense in the extended political struggle, with competition for the throne from his half-brother and lifelong rival, Ijinashi, his former friend Suk Tal Hae, and the dangerous ambitions of Shin Kwi Gan. Reviews
The story is about a man who was basically "taken" at birth - he lived believing someone else was his parents - while people fight him and his "different values" he fights back.
Cast: Ji Sung (Kim Soo Ro) I liked him a lot, I loved how he viewed things and how his beliefs never seemed to waver - he also had a strong sense of loyalty for one woman. there are two women in his life - one I didn't like (you'd find out later by watching the drama why she isn't acceptable) and the other woman who was always silently by his side (who I loved a lot) - I thought the romance between them was beautiful (even if it did get a late start by him - hers came early on).
Music: usual Saguk music - I can't really remember as it has been awhile since I've watched this drama now...
Re-watch Value: I really want to re-watch this drama at some point -
Either way I think this is a beautiful love story and development of a new land by Kim Soo Ro

The chemistry between the leads was great, but it was barely there, so that was disappointing. I don't really want to recommend this to anyone because I felt I only finished because I had Ji Sung withdrawals after Heal Me, Kill Me and I ran out of dramas to occupy my free time.
