AI RUK KHUN
What if the robot you love possessed the man you hate?I'm expecting a lot because of the Trailer, Mario and Baifern Reunion but Sorry I end up saying What is this crazy stuff?! Dude the writing of this movie can be fixed by an Kindergarten Student but the writer choose to be stupid.
It does have so much potential the Concept is unique especially on first half but Second half literally ruined it. I skipped many scenes...
Dob doesn't seem to be a Robot he's more likely to be an Elementary Student who fell in love with her crush. And Romance is not well written also FL loves him out of nowhere.
The Acting, Cinematography is great and Editing stuff but the whole movie is totally a mess.
I will recommend it only If you like wasting your time for 1 hour and 30 minutes movie. Yeah that's it!

Great concept but…
I love Mario Maurer & Bai Fern’s chemistry but… their comeback here is such a great disappointment.Tbh, human possessed by an Ai is a new concept and has alot of potential. But, myghad, the script was terrible! It was so confusing, or let me say the script, the plot makes no sense at all.
I just can’t. I cannot dare to waste my hour & 30 mins when I can just skip everything and just watch it for 10 mins.
I rooted for their comeback, but this movie, is just so disappointing. I hope next time they choose a well written script and better movie for their comeback.

Cute Cocker Spaniel Computer Falls in Love with a Human...
Having smart buildings is all fun and games until one falls in love and decides to posses a Jerk male leads body...After that it gets fluffy, sweet, slightly confusing, slightly complected but ok not slightly very complected but pretty ok, mixing all kinds of scenes,,,,
Honestly with men being portrayed they are here I would pick a robot any time, especially if he got those abs... and well acted like a sweet, sweet Cocker Spaniel like the guy in this movie did.
The acting in this movie is ok but not great, the characters are fun and do not have annoying tendencies, the cinematography is ok, and the buildings/robots are just soo cute!
They also manage to fulfill one of my long time dreams, but what that dream is could be a spoiler so it´s a secret but, I am pretty sure you will guess what that dream is one you see it,
To sum it up, this movie is not great but pretty ok, so watch it don´t watch it... it doesn't really matter.

Failed to live up to expectations
In all honesty, I was hyped about this mainly because this is the Mario and Baifern reunion many of us has been waiting for. I am one of those who had Mario as our original Thai actor crush because of the phenomenal Crazy Little Thing Called Love movie.STORY
My personal preference is that I don't like 'robot and humans fall in love' plot. But I gave this one a chance and kept an open mind about it. The story is promising but the execution was pretty bad. If it wasn't for the CGIs, it would look like a low value movie. The writing is all over the place. It doesn't know what it wants to present. Did it want to be a sci-fi, romance or comedy? It wanted to show all of those but fell short.
ACTING
If it wasn't for the casting, I would've dropped it at 15 minutes into the movie. Both leads are already established actors, it's just a pity they had to make do of a script like this. All the other side actors look like caricatures in their acting. Mario and Baifern still had that chemistry. Baifern is a chemistry generator but I think she still has the best chemistry with Mario because look at all their cute moments together.
REWATCH VALUE
Not a rewatch material at all. Maybe just watch the leads' cute scenes and chemistry in movie cuts in youtube and pretend it's from a good movie.
P.S. I gave it an extra point for the sentimental value of the Mario-Baifern reunion. They should've just given us the sequel we were waiting and not this movie. But oh well..

TOO BORING
the movie itself was slow paced and the script was just wierd and not that interesting. watching it half way and then dropped it but 🤷🏾♀️. i just couldn’t watch anymore of itdon’t think i can say anything about how i liked it besides the acting i guess but that’s it. this has potential but
also it was wierd that fml was already starting to have feelings for a ai in the beginning on here computer like what lmao
Dislikes :
- the slowness of the drama. the directors could’ve speed it up a little but like i had to watch in 1.5x speed
Likes :
- literally have none lmao

MARIO AND BAIFERN’S LONG AWAITED REUNION MOVIE
This was a fun and quirky movie with an interesting concept. It’s very futuristic in which everything can be controlled and done by AI. The AI aspect of the movie was nothing too crazy.Dob was so adorable while being Bob and how he was figuring out how to be a human. His antics were cute and funny and his innocence was endearing.
I like how they made the robots/buildings seem like people and how Dob’s computer friends helped him with Lana and “The Hawk”.
This movie wasn’t anything crazy special or amazing and I was kind of saying “wtf am I watching” at times LOL. I also felt that the romance was lacking as most of the movie was Dob trying to figure everything out then it jumped to him getting hunted down by “The Hawk”. But if you want to see Baifern and Mario act together again I think you would enjoy this. Also, the cinematography was really good. This movie had a lot of potential especially because it’s Baifern and Mario’s reunion movie as well as it having an interesting concept, but it was just okay. Overall a solid 5 for me (only really scored that "high" because of Baifern and Mario).
P.S. The little scene of Lana’s drawer of “fun toys” LMAO.

AI Hate You
As a Thai film student studying abroad, all I can say is that this film just perfectly encapsulates everything that I have once said about what Thai Cinema needs to improve on. The story is interesting I'm not gonna lie, but the attention to detail, the build-up to every scene are just so bad. Like seriously, why do most Thai films these days just bunch so many things into a 1 hour and 30-minute film? Every film teacher I've been with always told me to just focus on that one specific idea and make the story revolve around it. I just feel like this film doesn't even have an identity. I know the main message of it is how robots and Ai's can have a heart, but they didn't really emphasize it to the point where I felt like yeah this AI actually liked, Lana. There were so many other sub-plots that distracted the connection that is building between the AI and Lana that just I didn't feel any emotion at the end. Not just that but the dialogue is just sub-par. I'm so sick and tired of me being able to guess every single line the character is going to spit out and that just showcases the laziness in the scriptwriting of this film and the attention to detail. And yes I'm taking a dig. And I want to because I want to see great Thai films, but if we keep doing this all the time then Thai films will never reach the place it needs to be. There is no need for over-the-top CGI or film equipment in general. All Thai cinema needs to focus on is the story and how you can keep the message and the narrative consistent throughout the whole film. The detail you need to focus on in every single scene in the film is lacking in 99% of Thai films. Was this review helpful to you?
Mario looking his best
The concept is fun, the story ultimately disappoints but if you are a Mario fan, then it’s still a pleasure to watch as he looks so good and lovable with all youthful innocence as the stumbling AI turned human especially for the first half of the movie… easily have you rooting for him and wanting him to succeed. The chemistry between the leads are good but actually fizzled after they got together…. Then the climatic moment was indeed a letdown, it kind of feel like the script writer left the job in a hurry and they decided to just wrap production … the potential of really engaging the audience to care and feel for their relationship was wasted by the lazy third half of the movie. However, despite all these, if you like Mario and wants to see him looking in his 20s again, then it is still a fun little eye candy romcom to spend your time when you want to relax. Was this review helpful to you?

If I'm being nitpicky, Bob seemed like a real fuckboy. If I'm being really nitpicky, I did not like Lana calling the other girls "whores". Granted, maybe "whores" doesn't have as a bad of a connotation as in the U.S.?, but I still think that Lana is unjustified in calling other women that word. Nevertheless, I thought Dob as Bob was overall pretty good. I just didn't understand how he could pee in the toilet while looking in the mirror.
The other criticism I have is that the story was a little fast-paced and confusing at times. I didn't catch on to what people/AIs were saying, so I had to rewind at times.
Overall, if you are into AI-themed movies/dramas, this one is ok, but I would probably recommend others over this one.

Good Concept, Poor Execution
I adore Crazy Little Thing Called Love (2010), so I was excited to see the main couple starring together again in this Netflix movie. But what a disappointment AI Love You turned out to be. The production and special effects level are pretty well done, but the poor writing, poor editing, poor directing, and in some cases poor acting doom this movie. The concept is intriguing since we are starting (or already have) to live and function with technology: we are constantly on our smart phones, our homes are integrated with smart technologies, we ask Alexa or Siri questions and for directions, etc. So, it’s not too far fetched that in the future our lives and that of AIs will be even more connected. The execution and writing of this movie, however, somehow turn a potentially great movie into a hot mess: cartoonish bad guys, lack of chemistry between any of the actors including the main couple, and that horrible abrupt and confusing ending. Of all the ridiculous scenes in this movie, the one that still has me shaking my head is the ML lifting his shirt in a full restaurant and showing off his nipple to the FL. Face palm. This scene deserves to be on the cutting floor during editing, and maybe about 90% others, too.Was this review helpful to you?

AI LOVE YOU: A Disappointing reunion
~This will be a long one~(As you can already see, my rating for this movie does not mean; AI LOVE IT, that's obvious. But it did not disappoint me on every aspect, so in this review I will be listing the good and the bad of this movie. Let's start. )
LET'S START WITH THE BAD
The characters-
Dob, Bob and Lana are the worst characters I've ever seen on a movie, not because they're evil, but because they don't contribute anything to their own movie. Dob is an AI who (due to a software glitch) falls in love with a girl and is able to feel emotions, he's supposed to be the only one with the emotions, but then it's revealed in the end that every other robot in this fictional world is capable of feeling empathy, so was it a software glitch? Hardly, I'd say the person who made these robots purposely made them feels emotions, but since I doubt that the writers thought of that so let's settle with one reason; lazy writing.
Bob is an Alpha wanna be, poisoned with self proclaimed Alpha males on the internet, his character is interesting when you start to imagine what will become in his character, I was hooked but then I was disappointed cause he only lasted to be an asshole, his journey was stopped cause his body was unconsented (ly) inhabited by Dob, I'll give Dob a break in this because he didn't plan "it". SO, TO THE ONLY INTERESTING CHARACTER IN THIS MOVIE; R.I.P.
Lastly, Lana, the writers tried, they really did, but it just falls short, they wanted her to be a multi-dimensional female character but it did not work, by trying, they made the character worst than a one-dimensional woman, an idiot. She has the worst job introduction ever, designing a bottle? They could've made her an architect, making a building structure, I'm not saying that her job (Advertisement) is bad, I'm just saying that they introduced her job like how my brother tells me what happened to school; vague as hell. She's not even good at her job so why tf is she assigned to such a task. And also, the only thing she does in this movie is cat walk to the camera. She's not interesting, at all. Her actions are predictable and she loves so suddenly.
Plot-
Synopsis is promising but it's like the writers quit halfway so to replace them they hired toddlers to write the rest of the film. Yes, it's that bad.
Acting-
Two great actors destroyed by the character writing, they could not make the character so they acted the way they're character is acting; badly.
ENDING (I won't explain anything in this, once you watch the ending, you'll get it)
THE GOOD-
Production/ CGI / Vibe-
I was impressed by the CGI, It was good, not exceptional, it was great especially knowing that the film has a small budget. The vibe of this hole movie was great all throughout . This is the only part of the film that managed to make me audibly say; wow.
Music-
It was good, no need to say more.
THE VERY BAD-
The fact that they made those three guys (the one in black overall and glasses) bad when what they're doing is morally correct is what made me say; AI FUKING HATE THIS MOVIE. Dob was living inside a person who is alive and did not consent to have him live inside his body, and they say DOB was supposed to be a "nice guy" *eye roll*. Those three guys are the heroes of this movie and keno+dob+ Lana(for agreeing with the robots plan) are the villain. They made the vibe of the movie change from pleasing to simply dystopian, the fact that these AI's can manipulate a person into doing hat they want is really scary.
THAT'S THE END OF MY REVIEW, HAVE A GOOD DAY, ADIEU.

Nonsense and Fluffy
Who does not want a CLTCL part 2 with that ending but I settled for this for now. A girl can still dream right, I am still wishing for that part 2?The basic premise of the story is that an AI system has a glitch and falls in love with a real life human girl.
The ML, Bob is the IT guy who gets electrocuted by the AI when he attempts to override the system and erase his affection for Lana the FL. Bob then gets "possessed" by the AI who goes rogue so he could pursue Lana,
The chemistry between these two is still there but the story is just too shallow to ask for a good acting performance. Nothing stands out in this movie.
AI Love You is shallow. This fluffy and a bit funny. Illogical at it's finest but it's an hour and 35 mins only. It's not much of a story if you are looking for a meaningful one this is not for you. But if you just want to watch a nonsense film with some eye candy and some chemistry this is for you .
