The Little Bean (2018)

Soo Ah goes to live with her sick grandma after her mother’s remarriage. Her mother promises to come for her when bean flowers bloom so Soo Ah looks after the beans with great care. As in other stories with child protagonists, the inner world is given shape by inferring psychology from action. She misses her mother but must learn to stand on her own two feet.
