Four years after the end of the Pacific War, Khabarovsk POW camp. There, Japanese POWs were engaged in forced labor. Among them, there was a group called the Democratic Commissioner, who borrowed the power of the Soviet Union to monitor and assault fellow prisoners, and Funabashi was dressed in clothes with war criminals.
