Minori calls for encouragement to Makoto who is informed that a mysterious insect bite is life-threatening. After gaining courage, Makoto reports to President Miyoshi that the cause of the damage was a mosquito that leaked from a facility at Teito University, and tries to reveal the fact of concealment by the directors. However, director Suda and other people involved in the next-generation exposition refuse to admit the fact that mysterious mosquitoes are causing health damage around the planned site. The truth comes up with a strange plan.
