A MUST WATCH SERIES OF HIS COMEBACK!
This is one of the best drama of Lee Jong Suk that i watched. He is really consistent in his acting. I recommend this series to everyone "MUST WATCH". I am still waiting for the last two episodes to be aired and i am really excited and at the same time sad because this series is until 16 episodes. I am hoping to have his next drama for this year if given a chance. This is a breathtaking drama of Jong Suk. His partner Im Yoon Ah and his co cast are doing great in every episodes. I am looking forward to the ending of this series to be a blast. Keep it up and more power to the cast of BM. God bless you more power and projects to you LEE JONG SUK!Was this review helpful to you?
Good Big Mouse
This was perfect. The story path this drama followed was greatly written. All episodes were exciting some even mindblowing. The story was always unpredictable and turnarounds were ever-present. When you thought it could get boring writers always pulled a trick up their sleeve . It showed how things can be very different in various perspectives. Great character development and outstanding performance from all actors. Mention worthy great screenwriting following steps of Vagabond . Best drama of 2021 was Mouse and this year I can say with confidence it's Big Mouse. Was this review helpful to you?

A Nail Biting Thriller all the Way
One of the best, if not the best drama of 2022. Fast paced action, great acting from Lee Jung Suk and of course, the drama itself that kept me on my toes from beginning to end. I must say I was also impressed with actors Kim Joo Hun as the villain Choi Do Ha and Yang Kyun Won as Kong Ji Hoon who was great in all his obnoxiousness.I would have given this drama a 10 rating except that, I was not impressed with the partnership of Lee Jung Suk and Im Yoon Ah as husband and wife. Their lack of chemistry bothered me, especially, Yoon Ah's lucklustre acting were at best, hits and misses. She has this frozen look on her face most of the time that there's hardly expressive emotion that say, a particular scene calls for. Lee Jung Suk never disappoints as an actor and to his credit, he did study acting and was exceptional as Big Mouse. But when he and Yoon Ah were together in a scene, they just looked uncomfortable and awkward around each other. I did not feel any love or warmth in their embraces; they were more like best friends rather than husband and wife. They never even kissed throughout the drama which is weird considering they're supposed to be madly in love with each other. This weakness to an otherwise exceptional drama is why I shaved off some points in my rating. Overall though, I'd still give credit to screenwriter: Kim Ha Ram for writing an outstanding screenplay and directors Oh Choong Hwan and Bae Hyun Jin for a job well done.
THE ENDING
I was one of the few who wrote an early review, before I had the chance to read all the amazing and detailed reviews that followed. One of the comments a lot of viewers expressed was that the ending was rushed. For me, the ending started from the moment Choi Do Ha won as mayor and then, to the disappointment of Big Mouse and his team, as well as the viewers, including me (I did not see that coming), the court found him not guilty. To top it all, Chang Ho's wife, Mi Ho died and became one of the many victims of the company Choi Do Ha wrested from the elder chairman by killing him. Just when Choi Do Ha was celebrating his victory and having it all, he meets his death at the hands of Chang Ho.
Do Ha's death also signalled the direction Chang Ho was now undertaking with his life, and that is, to continue as Big Mouse. Earlier, he vowed and made it clear that he will only stay as Big Mouse until he puts Choi Do Ha in jail through the legal system. But then, he realized that the legal system was not perfect and people like his wife would die without justice meted on the guilty. Chang Ho bought the building and poisoned the pool that eventually led to Do Ha's death. Now that, by definition is murder, a clear indication that Chang Ho changed the course of his life, from the strait laced lawyer to head of an organization that functions outside the law.
I think it was a brilliant piece of writing on the part of the writer. The writer dropped hints like crumbs where Chang Ho experienced one setback after another so that at the end, the viewers will realize and understand Chang Ho's choice. What better poetic justice handed down to Do Ha than to die the same way his victims like Mi Ho died (radioactive poisoning). The last words of Chang Ho to Do Ha said it all., "The law was made to save people. But you don't need the law."

Not so great
Firstly in this show the whole concept of big mouth is very childish there is no power to the character and the way Lee jung suk's character designed is also not good. Yoona in this drama fears nothing acts like a super woman seems very odd. Overall I dint like the story I was very much excited but it's a very average drama..Lee jung suk last drama though it's Melo it was very nice. In this story on the whole there is no power or punch to excite..
Talking about the big mouth too much buildup created but at last he just dies in a second same with the villain character.
The old man's son character has not shown in the whole show then y to bring it on..
This could have been good drama but somehow it doesn't work out and the impact it gives very lame..

A Must Watch!
Oh Gosh, this was so good. The storyline has its ups and down but it is really good. I will be rewatching it again soon. Lee Jon Suk (Park Chang Ho), what can I say about this actor? He takes a character and he will perform it to the fullest. What he did in this drama is take someone who is weak and made him strong. Life can do that to anyone. Park Chang Ho (Go Mi Ho) This is a wife that stood by her husband's side from school to wife. Her character already had that strong personality and she rode with it. What a great drama. I thank the writers who brought awareness to cancer and how the environment you live in can cause cancer. I applaud the writers. Activism at its best. Was this review helpful to you?
Strong start but gets muddy
After 2-3 episodes, I had the thought — this could potentially go atop my list of favorite dramas. I haven't watched many of the thriller/crime genre, but the set-up was insane, the acting was amazing, and I was just really invested in both parts of the story: Miho's hospital conspiracy and Changho's prison identity. There were already amazing twists and I also loved the balance we got with Miho and Changho's flashbacks — the tone bounced seamlessly between tension and light-hearted nostalgia.I felt like about halfway, the pace of the drama started to drop off and repetitive — many of the episodes had the "you thought the bad guys got the upper hand but actually we knew all along and played them" and after using this trope so much it really felt just like plot armor.
I think the vibes of the show continued to be really thrilling, but I definitely feel like the plot itself wasn't tied up too neatly. Even with the nice parts that came full circle, it was like there was one twist after another or just always more to the mystery the drama preferred to spend time on action and confrontations that would take place without actually clarifying what was going on in the backstory.
I also think that the main female lead didn't click so well with me; I think Yoona's acting has improved a lot since K2 but I still don't feel the same amount of immersion that I did with Lee Jongsuk's acting, which was really just top notch, as expected. But I don't blame the actress completely for this either — I honestly think that the FL's character was written very thinly. Yes, she is quote-endquote the typical "strong female character," but it really feels like that was all she was. Her entire character was standing by her husband and not giving up on solving the mystery, but there was never any personal character development outside of that.
Now, that doesn't necessarily bother me if I think about this drama this way: the only main character in this drama is Changho and the plot is the way he is harshly thrown into a situation where the disparity between the privileged and the unprivileged is extreme. If you watch this drama expecting to find a really twisted conspiracy theory — which is how the first few episodes present it — I think the story will end up feeling a little meh, with underwhelming reveals and confusing plot holes.
Overall, the ending is rushed but I'm pretty satisfied with it.

The storyline will keep you hooked
I've been waiting for Lee Jong Suk to come back on screen for 3 years now. I eagerly waited for this series to aired and was very excited for it. After watching the first 2 episodes, I'm glad that all my wait and excitement were worth it. Lee Jong-Suk is a great actor and did an amazing job in this series, Big Mouth. And, so did his co-stars.The storyline till now is very unique and interesting. It makes you think about all the possibilities to conclusion, but, you can't be sure. Well written, well directed.

a perfect drama
I wish I had watched it sooner, but it's never too late, right?! What can I say about this drama other than perfection. Both the script, the development, the cast, the harsh social criticism and the indescribable emotions that are transmitted are surreal. I sent our muse YoonA (Mi-ho) and dear Lee jong-suk (Chang-ho) as the main couple. For those who like action and raw investigation "Big mouth" is the perfect option, including mystery and suspense. All episodes are very intriguing and engaging, unraveling the mysteries and the true cause in the form of a flashback memory. Some share opposing opinions about the final episodes as it is somewhat sad and moving, but this K-drama's main subject is not romantic melodrama. Was this review helpful to you?

Big Mouse
MDL be like:-Get a drama with dumb writing, black and white characters, overpowered gary stu protag who has titanium plot armor, and an ending where all bad guys are punished regardless of their crimes and ml and fl live happy ever after: FUCKING MASTERPIECE SLAY GIRL!!!!!11
-Get a drama with clever writing, multidimensional characters, where protagonist struggles all the time to get what they want, and the ending is unhappy or bittersweet: REEEEEEEeeeeee *hellish screeching*
It so happens that Big Mouth (should be Big Mouse) is in this second category, and this explains any complaint or bad review you might have read of it. Really it's just MDL idiocy, the drama is great.
The only faults I could find are:
-The last episode felt rushed
-The ML can't act and was clearly chosen just for his looks. But it actually works in his favor here, somewhat, considering what kinda character he plays.
Extra credit to all the humorous and unintentionally humorous scenes that you might not expect from this kind of story and to acting of Yang Kyung Won who just dominated every scene he appeared in.

A Must Watch!
First of all, Are you are wondering if this drama is worth to watch. The answer is YES! And I'm gonna explain you why since this is my first ever review (yeah that means it's worth my time lol)1. I don't really like Thriller/Suspense dramas because I need to get attached to them from the very first episode which some of them failed to do. Big Mouth captivated me since the first minutes and kept me focused on the storyline until the last episode. It was so well written and the pacing was perfect (maybe the last two episodes felt a little rushed but that doesn't ruin nor affect the overall drama at all in my opinion)
2. The acting was 10 out of 10! Not only the main leads did an amazing job but the supporting characters as well. It was the comeback drama of Lee Jong Suk which delivered an outstanding performance (just like his previous roles) and we saw a more consistent and developed Yoona which to my opinion she did soo good!
3. The cinematography was on point and even though the drama doesn't have a wide OST, it didn't matter at all.
Final Thoughts!
Watch It. It is not going to dissappoint you. If you need some references from other dramas of the same genre, I would say is as good as Flower of Evil and Mouse.
