Actor Yosuke Sugino is not very good at horror, but he gets an offer to star in a horror movie. Then one day, he hear the story of "Mysterious Sake" from Toru Seino, a manga artist who made a guest appearance on his radio program. It is said that the more scared people are, the more suitable "Mysterious Sake" is, and Sugino decides to experience "Mysterious Sake" as recommended. It is indeed a good show, especially if you want a kind of creepy vibes that has a comedic scenes this is the perfect show for you.
The whole show is pretty unique, the whole casts are playing roles as themselves from Japan’s most famous Comedians and Paranormal Experts showing from episode to episode as themselves and even the main character Yusuke Sugino is playing himself. Not just that but even the author of the original manga has an appearance in the show. Yes, you read that right, the whole show is based on a manga, but not everything from it is a manga. Again, i’m not really a reviewer person but, Tokyo Mystery Sake is a good show if you need to burst some laugh and keeping the good old creepy vibes. (Also, if you are a fan os artists Sayuri and OKAMOTOS this is for you)

A quick thrilling watch when you are bored.
Its a story of a guy that likes to be drunk on haunted places.Story: This show is purely for entertainment and quite spooky. If u have a weak heart, i suggest that u should not watch this alone. Each episodes got new places for the MC to explore and you will watch the progress of the MC, when he is still sober until he gets drunk and starts doing crazy dumb stuff (which is the highlight of this show). He likes to give monologues so you can somehow imagine how he feels when he is at the haunted place.
Music: The song is quite catchy and unique. It is very anime-ish, kinda comical? And also still spooky. The sound effects very nice, really strengthen the spooky vibes.
Acting: To make it scary, the supporting characters sometimes acted kinda weird and off so the MC (and viewers) will feel uncomfortable(?) which means the acting works, 9/10. As for the MC himself, he is good at acting crazy and scared, so its a 9/10.
Cinematography: Damn scary. Upside down, sideways, weird angles, sometimes it feels like you are peeking and stalking the MC.
Overall: Its just okeh. Dont get your hopes too high. Dont expect a life-changing experience after watching it? So watch it if you are bored. Maybe like 1 episode a day or watch it during lunch. And dont start drinking alcohol at haunted places.
