Wonderful Fate (2021)

Both are similar, and very alike. Just a few changes here and there, but each has their own uniqueness.

Similarities between SSL and WL:
- FL is a student who is doing poorly at school and doesn't want to sit her exams.
- She time travels to the past (SSL)/ enters a historical story (WF) where she meets the ML who is the emperor.
- In both dramas, the FL and ML have a very similar relationship where the leads first hate each other and later befriend each other.
- The main leads hit it off almost immediately despite their power imbalance and the FL treats the ML, the emporor like she would a friend.
- The FL also meets her modern world best friend counterpart in the historical world and befriends her
- In both dramas the FL's life is on the line and she has to use her school knowledge of history to solve the problems faced in the emperors empire to survive.
- Both dramas have a lot of hints of romance that doesn't actually start, the leads are only really good friends that clearly develop feelings for each other.
- In both dramas the FL travels back to the modern world and meets a man with the same face as the ML in the historical/story world.
- The leads have crazy chemistry in both dramas.

Differences (what WL did better)
- What I loved about WL was that the FL already knew the modern day ML before travelling to the past and they were already good friends/frienamies even in the modern world.
- It is clear from the modern world scenes in WL that the ML always liked the FL.

Present day girl goes into history. Short and sweet story where the girl must remember school teachings to help make history move forward.

Both are about a modern day FL entering the world of a story and falling in love with the fictional ML.

Both dramas are about a modern day FL entering a fictional historical world (novel vs. manga) and becoming involved with the royal ML.

Both dramas are about a modern day FL entering a fictional historical world (novel vs. manga).

- Female lead gets transported into a novel/comics, ancient China setting
- Male lead initially wants to kill female lead
- Male lead is of royal blood (specifically, the emperor)
- Male lead initially not interested in female lead, slowly gets attracted to female lead
- Quick-witted, strong-personality, fun-to-watch female lead
- Same comedic vibes as Romance of Tiger and Rose
- Love triangle between male lead, female lead, and another guy in the palace

**Queen of Attack season 1 runs a total of 3 hours (9 mins per episode)
**Queen of Attack season 2 also 3 hours
**Queen of Attack movie (picks up where season 2 left off) runs for 2 hours (has 2 parts, each running for 40 mins)

Both have a real world FL who enter a fictional historical world and fall in love with the emperor ML. The FL and ML know each other in the real world where they have a bantering/teasing relationship.

Both are dramas with a modern day FL who time travels to the court of a king and helps him with her "magical" modern items she'd brought with her in her purse/bag.

Both of these dramas are hilarious, they actually have a similar style of humour! The FL in both is played by Zhang Yue Nan.

Both dramas have a modern day FL entering the world of a historical novel and falling in love with the villain or the character she originally hated.

These are similar, but plot wise they probably go different ways. Cinderella chef is completed and currently Wonderful Fate is still waiting, but hopefully I can enjoy it.

Both are love stories between a ruler and his servant. One is fantasy, the other only historical but both have a similar feel.

Both are mini dramas in which the MLs are from a comic book and the FLs are from the real world, and the two meet when one crosses over to the other's world.
