A leper who receives cold treatment from the people around him stays in the widower blacksmith's house, but one day he dies after being beaten to death by the people in the neighborhood. Bun Yeok takes his two children from the Basin and goes to Chuna to marry him, but he doesn't agree with it, so he runs out of the place and gets a job at a bar on the pier.
