Having the power to read minds, Park Soo Ha reads the minds of his classmates who are about to bully another female classmate, and he stands up for her. He thinks back to the memory of his father being beaten to death after a car accident when he was little. Since then, he gained the power to read minds by looking into people's eyes. During an interview for a public defender position, Jang Hye Sung tells the judge that when she was arguing with Seo Do Yeon, they witnessed the tragedy of Soo Ha's father. She admits that she still regrets testifying on that day. Soo Ha promised to protect Hye Sung and has been searching for her ever since. (Source: Viu)

Wow. Only 1st episode and BOOM! Story is really interesting. This is what i was looking for. Thriller. "what will happen next" factor. It's surely here. Can't say anything about acting and music yet. But I'll be watching the next ones soon.

WOW.

Captivated from the first episode. I cannot believe I had this story on hold for ages. I really did like that first episode. Hye Sung, Park Soo Ha is waiting for you! This is extremely cute, I did read the plot but I didn't think that much of it till I watched this episode. This is a really good way to start a drama and I cannot wait for more. I am scared for Hye Sung however, her attacker looks like he's good on his promises..

Amazing!

It's been ages since a first episode in a drama was so amazing! Usually even if a drama interests you, it's a few episodes before things click and the story comes together. I Hear Your Voice's first episode is fantastic. Letting viewers meet both Soo Ha and Hye Sung, then Sung goes into her tale. AKA the flashback. Other dramas should take note, because this is how to do a flashback without boring viewers to death.

It establishes both Soo Ha and Hye Sung well. While I am nervous about the age difference meaning that Soo Ha is still in Highschool, I in general love romances with a age gap. It's even sweeter that Soo Ha has been looking for Hey Sung since she testified and he's going to keep is vow of protecting her. Though his on foot search seems stupid as she gave her full name at the hearing and then is apparently still keeping it. Oh, well. On foot searches for ones true love is sweet.

What I like more is that the third will of the romance isn't simply thrust upon viewers and there's a brief glimpse of him. Though I KNOW which team I'm on at this point.

The music, writing, characters, and visuals of this story are great. Hye Sung doesn't seem to take her job seriously, but everything is there for her character growth. As someone wronged by "guilty until proven innocent" and the terror of telling the truth to help someone there's plenty of room here. She's well developed and I like her!

Bravo!

I Hear Your Voice Pilot Review

I was hesitant to start the series even though I've been reading about it for about a year now. Reason? It seemed too hyped up. I'm currently watching Doctor Stranger and loving Lee Jong Suk's performance in that, watching him act in that show, made me give up my resistance to this one and I started watching it today. I'm not regretting it.

In a drama, the first episode is where normally all the characters are built up and/or the plot is laid and let's be honest, it's not always exciting just listening about the past of the characters, unless there's a mystery involved. THIS episode however, despite just being a plot build up and a character build up, kept me with it till the end. Mainly because of the acting. The young Hye Sung was, captivating, truly. She was the highlight of the episode.

The concept seems fresh for a series, there's going to be courtroom drama, love triangles, Lee Jong Suk - all the ingredients to keep me happy. Very happy :P

Impressive

I first started watching this since so many people highly recommended it on MDL...Plus it's currently the highest rated drama on MDL! There must be a reason I thought, so I started watching it. Right off the bat, I was pulled in and not one minute throughout the entire episode was I bored. Which is amazing, especially for an introductory episode!
The only thing that really cracked me up was at the end when the guy is looking for the girl, and keeps on grabbing random girls hands and puling them around. You'd think that he'd learn from his mistake, and run in FRONT of the girl and then turn around and look at her.

Tight plot,engaging story

Just started and the flow of the story is tightly sewn together.

Kim So Hyun's a natural--I love her now. :) The plot device is already introduced and I hope this will be a series of solved cases.

Great beginning!

I fell like this story will be really good, it's original and it's gonna be interesting. It's not just about love but about making things right. They will have ups and downs, and hopless cases, but it's gonna be great!

Feel Good Show of the Year!

I can tell right away that this will be the show that just makes me super happy. I know it will have dark moments, but it just feels so warm and fuzzy too. I adore all 3 characters, the way they were introduced, everything. I laughed. I cried. I can't wait for more. I'm watching a lot of shows right now (because there are a lot of good ones), but I am definitely adding this to my list. What a great first episode. Hope it keeps up!

Strong Start!

One of the strongest 1st eps I've ever seen too many things happened & I was glued to the screen :D
I'm starting to think that even though Lee Jong Suk is the 1st male lead but he's not gonna get the girl ^.^ The child actress (god I LoOove her!) played the role brilliantly...I think I've found my drama to this summer (can't believe I didn't have high expectation for this one)...So Yahooooo! can't wait for next ep :)

Top dollar TV, if only every drama was this AWESOME...

Watch if, anything because it stars Yoon Sang Hyun (Oska from Secret Garden) and Lee Jong Suk together, which if you remember is not their first acting project as cast-mates :)

(Lee Jong Suk portrayed Oska's gay lover in SG...gah! If seeing that chemistry again is possible...come to mama!)

Of course that's coming up in the next few episodes, but this episode was totally scream-worthy itself...it had a fabulous plot...past and present linked in well...Kim So Hyun, the most booked kid actress making her stamp as usual (I'm very excited about her future)....SUPER-POWERS! Seriously. Telepathy. And a noona/dongsaeng love (don't know if girls call guys younger than them dongsaeng...maybe it's just the guys?!)

Good luck reading this incoherent mess, I'm off to eat a tub of ice-scream :)

(Lol...ice-cream surely...sigh)

Great Start!!

Another show I added to my watching list. The 1st ep was awesome and breathtaking, keeping me on edges. The young Hye Sung was brave, smart and gutsy. She drives your attention away from cute Lee Jong Suk. I like her already!!

The plot is centered around lawyers which is quite interesting. Most of the scenes will be in court room now, i guess.

Looking forward to the next ep.. :)

I'm impressed

To be frank i didn't have much expectation from this drama because law is a genre that i'm not a fan of. But the 1st episode was awesome. That one hour went too fast and it was the kind of episode which makes you hooked to the drama. and Lee Jong seok and his noona love
