If you like Tae Darvid, Triage is his and long time BL partner, Tee Thanapon, long awaited BL series. Tae is an e.r. Doctor and Tee is a graduating business student. Triage is a thriller, where Dr. Tin has to go through time loops to save his patient, Tol. Every loops get crazier and more dangerous, but the two found the time to fall in love. Great series by author Sammon of Manner of Death.
Both series have a powerful side character of a terrible artist manager who makes serious problems not only to the actor she is supposed to take care of but also to people around him.
Also, the series have a similar vibe, they are both quite light-hearted and entertaing, although the behaviour of some characters may annoy you.

If you enjoyed Paint with Love, check out Plus & Minus for a slightly more serious storyline with a narrow focus.
If you enjoyed Plus & Minus, check out Paint with Love for similar vibe but with way more laughs!
Both:
- "BL" gay romances between adult men
- Strong chemistry between the actors, without being overdone
- Somewhat opposites-attract, and one that is between characters who grew up together (in Paint with Love the latter is not romantic)
- Characters who are unsure of their feelings
- Slow burn
- Some amount of humor, without minimal over-the-top aspects (Paint with Love has more comedy)
- Set in the workplace
- Focused mostly on the main one or two couples (so not a lot of unresolved plot lines or characters you barely get to know but see a lot of)
