Everything you shouldn't do in a series
Watched for Donut (but I regret it :(Plot: 5 years ago, ML, star, and FL, fan, were in love. She was pregnant, but under threats from the ML's family, she pretended to have a miscarriage and ran away to survive.
5 years later, she returns to the country with her daughter, to take care of her sick grandmother. The ML, now CEO, meets her, recognizes himself in his daughter, and wants to rebuild his family. But family threats remain.
Seen the first 4 episodes, but characters (all) are very annoying with stupid reasoning: FL cold-faced, ML who does not react to abuse from his stepmother and his half-sister, ML's sister = punching bag without any reaction, ML2 ridiculously devoted to FL , servant who sees everything but says nothing, status differences repeated like a litany, etc.
=> skipped to episode 6 and went to the end in FF.
PROS:
+ 3 good actors: ML (Donut), the adorable child & Rita.
+ Rita is the only endearing character in the series: intelligent, decisive, straightforward.
+ interesting plot.
BUT :
- the production is HORRIBLE! The characters are stupid, helpless. FL is unable to express emotion except with fake tears.
- The story is poorly written and the dialogues are flat. The twists are poorly done...
- All the faults of lakorns add up: overplayed and/or caricatured characters, shouting, melodramatic tone, (bad scenes of) gratuitous violence, constant music, insane behavior, great villains in the family, etc.
=> No point wasting your time with this drama (even if you're like me, a Donut fan) ლಠ益ಠ)ლ or watch it with your brain turned off, with the mindset "All the flaws possible in a series".

Série regardée pour Donut
Plot : Il y a 5 ans, le ML, star, et la FL, fan sont amoureux. Elle est enceinte, mais sous les menaces de la famille du ML, elle prend faire une fausse-couche et s'enfuit pour survivre.
5 ans plus tard, elle revient au pays avec sa file, pour s'occuper de sa grand-mère malade. Le ML, devenu CEO, la rencontre, se reconnait dans sa fille, et veut reconstruire sa famille. Mais les menaces familiales subsistent.
Vu les 4 premiers épisodes, mais personnages (tous) très énervants avec raisonnements stupides : FL cold-face, ML qui ne réagit pas aux abus de belle-mère et 1/2 sœur, sœur = punchingball, ML2 ridicule par rapport à la FL, domestique qui voit tout mais ne dit rien, différences de statuts répétées comme une litanie, etc.
=> passé à l'épisode 6 et allé au bout en FF.
PROS :
+ 3 bons acteurs : Le ML, l'enfant adorable & Rita.
+ Rita est le seul personnage attachant de la série : intelligente, décisive, directe.
+ plot intéressant.
MAIS :
- la réalisation est HORRIBLE ! Les personnages sont stupides, impuissants. La FL est incapable d'exprimer une émotion, sauf avec de fausses larmes.
- La story est mal écrite et les dialogues sont plats. Les twists sont mal amenés...
- Tous les défauts des lakorns se cumulent : personnages surjoués et/ou caricaturaux, cris, ton mélodramatique, (mauvaises scènes de) violence gratuite, musique permanente, comportements insensés, great villains dans la famille, etc.
=> Inutile de perdre votre temps avec ce drama (même si vous êtes comme moi, fan de Donut) ლಠ益ಠ)ლ ou alors à regarder comme "Tous les défauts possibles dans une série"

An Enjoyable Average Drama
If talk about romance, i enjoy 2nd & 3rd couple the most, & they're the reason i wanna start watching this. The main couple's issue is complicated, mostly i ff their scenes.The most outstanding character & performance: Jean as Rita. At first i thought she's an annoying 3rd wheel. In fact, not at all. She's loud, talkative, cheerful, sometimes careless, FIERCE, STRAIGHTFORWARD, capable in fighting back the villains, meddles too much in other's matters. But she can also be sad (i even cried in some of her mellow scenes), complicated, & actually she can be reliable & helpful with her nosiness. Complete package!
Meimei as Paeng is also noticeable. She's grown up from a naive & careless girl to a tough, disciplined woman/mom. I just can feel her when she behaves towards people that once hurt her: skeptical, tired, bland, sick of their apologies & excuses. She's been through many bad things.
I also enjoy the story of Pak & her dad. Overall it's a fun watch, with ff in certain scenes.

Boring
Story was good but not properly executed . Except few episodes all were boring . Last fighting was looked so unreal . It looked like that it was not properly filmed.About acting ,that was good . Child artist acting was also good. I guessed to watch it would be a big time waste.I think so much work is still required in the drama .It looked like drama had been made in hurry.
Other two love stories were also good as well their acting too. Even the pairing of all three Grandma were good.
What to write to complete five hundred characters about this I really don't know
