It is similar in terms:
-that both male leads are immortal
-that the female leads are the only one that can aid them. In Goblin, the fl is the only one that can help ml obtain death while in IAMTYYATS fl is the only one who can suppress ml's mutation.
-in Goblin, ml has 1 whole family generation that looks after his every need and also in IAMTYYATS, ml also has a whole family generation looking after his every need.
-both dramas ml are filthy rich
-both portray a older man/ younger female dynamics
-both fls are very outgoing and cheerful

ML is a vampire like creature with superpowers and secrets which the FL finds out. Immortal being with non immortal being romance.

In both there is ML that has insane self-healing power. Aside from that they're very different. Connect is dark crime drama and IATYYATS is romantic comedy with mystery twist.

Read the synopsis and you will know why I add "Love in Time" (2015) as recommendation. I think the synopsis got similiar to this one after I watched this.

Both dramas are about a terminally ill FL who falls in love with the supernatural ML Both MLs undergo occasional transformations into monstrous beings with bloodlust. Both MLs have an overly protective male friend who resents/distrusts the FL and tries to keep them apart.

Both FLs have a genetic illness that will cause them to have a short life and are searching for a cure, both MLs have a supernatural power.

Both are heavy in tone dramas dealing with life and death with the message of cherishing the time you have. There are many side stories as well as the main characters' story. Also at least one of the MLs in both dramas is immortal and has a past connection in someway to the FL.

If you like love stories between a mortal woman with a terminal illness and an immortal being, both have this trope. Doom is more slice of life though.

The male lead both have a very long life due to 'something' they are trying to break out the mystery. There's also Estelle Chen.

They are basically the same with some differences. In both the ML is an immortal. There is bromance, comedy, both male leads have been waiting for the right person, but in Moonshine he already knew.

immortal male lead living life easily with his suffering for many hundred, thousand years of loneliness and one day cheerful , funny , full of life female lead met so male lead world ups and down .

Both couples are very sweet and devoted to one another.
Although there is a guy who likes the female lead- he always stays back and doesn't bother the couple's romantic relationships.

A lot of the scenes are around medical cases and inside a hospital.

The guy is a little cold with the girl at the beginning.. but warms up quite fast.

Both dramas have unusual bromances between a very young-looking uncle and his nephew.

Both have a lead who was once human in the past and then became immortal and has lived a long life to the present day, and the other lead who is human.
