Listen, I know the series is still ongoing, but I am already a fan!
Without any spoilers, to start with, I love the whole finding yourself journey or coming out story, and this series depicts the reality of so many people(it's not always a smooth ride or a fairytale).I love the plot, the first few lines in ep1 give you an insight into the foundation or background of the story (PS: it made me so excited), and how earth brings out EWI'S character, he makes ewi's experiences and emotions feel so real and relatable, which creates an amazing rapport with the viewers, I also admire ewi's restraint, and I like the tension and relationship between the main leads or characters,(by this I mean it was easy to see them as good friends/brothers and also easy to see them as something more "kind of like the seamless duality of emotions")
the intro music gives a nostalgic feeling that builds the plot. I look forward to the upcoming episodes.

DROPPEDIt's basically a BL in 2022 trying so hard to bring back all disgusting and superficial representation about gays and gays relationships which we fought for so long to get changed . There's no plot, it's poor writing. All we see for 9 episodes is the gay "Seeiw ", fragile like a flower, giving all of his live to his confused straight friend "Cake", who said on episode 12 that he is going be gay for him" lol, having it said, there's no need to watch 2 left episodes to know that's going be a mess. Honestly, a love of siam wannabe in 2022.
Only good point : Earth and Santa acting skills, it's just a shame that it was all wasted.

It is so exaggerated that it is becoming exhausting
We have here a story of ordinary high school students who discover love and who, as they grow up, come to have different desires and paths. It's not very innovative but why not.The problem is that everything in this series is exaggerated. The main characters, first of all, are too much: one is ultra whiny and childish, the other is stuck in a stereotype of an unrefined teenager but with a tender heart. The story then, which lingers too long on their umpteenth existential questions. The secondary characters too, totally inconsistent. Finally, the acting, really exaggerated, especially from Earth, who got us used to better. It's probably not helpful to cast 25 year olds as 15 year old teenagers.
In the end, it doesn't move forward, it's too predictable and I find it badly constructed. I ended up giving up.

I only gave this drama a 12% chance
As the title says " i only gave this drama a 12% chance". Let me be honest with you i watched this up to a certain point and then i dropped it because i just cant take it anymore!!I tried watching this thing out but i just cant!!!
I am accustomed to watching bls where by time episode 3, 4 or 5 the mcs already kissed or already fall for each other, but this beats all bls i have ever watched. I saw some reviews on this bl saying that its so good, and definitely a 10/10 and stuff but u must learn never to take what others say seriously and i am a 100% sure that most of us who watched this bl only endured all this just for santa ??? ( i know he is so finnnnne!!!!XD) but all that aside what i dont like about the series is that it was too slow, like i thought before cake left he would have fallen for seeiew or at least kissed him but damn the things i had to endure and my patience was wearing thin !! I cant understand how before cake left he only treated seeiew as a brother even when he left not knowing seeiew had feelings for him and cake finally came back after how much years and suddenly fall for seeiew ?♀️?♀️

Second i heard alot of good things about earth but damn is behaving like a child one of them??? I find it hard to believe he is like 27 or 28 and behaving like that !!
And plus i heard ppl talking about the last two to three episodes there was a no smoking campaign advertisement
Lucky thing i didnt watch it till to the end
In conclusion if some of you bl lovers like a slow burning, soft bl this is it for you but this is just not my cup of tea!!

Just comforting but not much happens
I personally enjoyed watching for the most part but it did have some issues.Nothing much happens, everything that does happen is very much predictable. Nothing necessarily bad about this, it had great potential to become one of my comfort Dramas. The beginning was super slow but both characters acting really made most of it worth while.
My biggest issue was what was supposed to be the climax/breaking point of the series. Everything leads up to this one moment and to me they kind of underdelivered? Everything afterwards was sort of unnecessary too and didn’t really add anything much to the story overall… before the last couple of episodes I would have likely given an 8. But the way it turned out that just wouldn’t sit right.
Overall I still enjoyed watching this and I did actually cry actual tears which was nice. I don’t know if I‘ll ever rewatch though.

I love Santa so much! so I'm definitely not unhappy I watched it but this one is I guess not to my taste.
You know I love Earth too, especially in UWMA and I m following them as a couple on it IG and watching them all the time but this series itself is severely lacking.
I mean I can handle a little bit of cringe lol but showing a grown man act like a teenager, namely Earth in Eiw's role is just cringe on another level as his completely uninteresting character.
I just don't like the whole anti smoking bs either.
it becomes too much.
The thing is putting Earth in this role was just a bad idea. It's not that his acting was bad, but the direction and writing was not great and just didn't make an impact on me apart from a few scenes.

Favorite Slowburn Bl Series - already have rewatched
First off Santa is so freaking cute and adorable in this series. I think people forget that this really is how it feels to have that high school angst and love-anxiety. After sitting with this series for a couple of weeks now, here’s what I can say:The chemistry is THERE. They writing did a great job at portraying exactly how it feels like to be in their situation. In every episode I asked myself “hmm, would I have done the same, if I had a secret crush on my lifelong best friend?” And honestly my answer most of the time was “yeah, I probably would have”. This is a slower burn series which is not to everyone’s liking but if you can stomach the wait, it’s worth it.
I usually get bored with some of the too slow to burn series but I felt as though this was perfect. They really took their time to tell everything, even during parts of the series where you feel a bit lost, you know that it’s intentional (they want you to feel that way) not accidental.
Earth really is a phenomenal actor in this series. Santa did an amazing job as well, but Earth had so much emotional dialogue in each episode - something that’s really difficult to handle on and off camera for actors. I gave this series a 10/10 because after rewatching this show, there’s only 1 episode I didn’t really like but that’s more because of the topic surrounding that episode rather than the episode itself. Everything else was perfect, the pacing, the casting, the music, the cinematography, and the acting was terrific.

Just go binge watch it!
Lately ive had a harder time finding BLs that i can binge watch without skipping some more cringy scenes but this one hit home. We obviously love Santa and Earth together and i feel like this is their best yet (that i have watched at least) . There are many cute moments but dont be fooled. Its a pretty deep and intense drama. The storyline is phenomenally done and the acting is amazing, as to be expected. And let me just say their "intamate" scene is one of the best i have seen whille still being tasteful. And when Santas character (cake) speaks in english to Earths character (see-ew) .. i mean.....lol The conflict between characters has really great resolve and bring tissues. Seriously. Youre going to need them. We also get to see a tiny bit of Prem so thats always a win.Was this review helpful to you?
two different type of people but become protective guard of each other life
it's worth watching as the story unfolds from childhood to adulthood is amazing,the acting efforts were brilliant, the story complied in a good way.the combination of story and acting skills are in good follow , the love of attraction, the acceptance of someone's ability and disability, the willingness to pursue other person's merits and demerits whole heartedly, the force of attraction (love) between ML's , the ability to understand each other ,the chemistry is chemistry in this series. A really intimate and beautiful slice of life
Before you start watching this you MUST know that is a real slowburn, if you are not a fan, than you'll probably be bored. But also I, particularly, am not a fan of slowburn but this one just sits so right.The best thing about "My 12%" , in my opinion, is the Coming of Age and Slice of Life aspect of it, you see Eiw and Cake grow and how this growth changes their really strong, deep and also pure friendship, one that I may say, is one of the most beautiful ones I have seen in this kind of genre. Their relationship make this drama feel so warm and intimate that is really hard for you to not get involved.
Earth and Santa just went above and beyond with their acting and chemistry. I could read in their foreheads what Eiw and Cake were feeling, and this is really powerful. Even if for a lot of people Eiw was somewhat annoying for the amount of crying, I didn't see as something really out of place, Earth had so many moving, touching and powerful scenes and he really delivered then very well. Santa also did a beautiful job portraying Cake (the bed scene destroyed me and it's mostly his fault).
I didn't bother with the confusing time and the scenario details being out of the timeline (like the fleabag poster), but one of the things that I call a downside for the drama (that made it not be a 10 / 10 for me) is the plot on the last 2 episodes. The 13th episode wasn't even that bad, but the 14th was just a stretch of it and I got bored. I felt it was a little bit out of placed, and disconnected with the main story and plotline. "My 12%" should've been only 12 episodes, with a good wrapping, like we saw in the last minutes of episode 14. The other one was the bad writing on Eiw's confession scene, Cake's lines could have been way better then what they were, but it didn't made me hate the scene, however made it not be as good as it could been.
In the end, this drama made me feel A LOT and I loved watching their chemistry and intensity on screen, Eiw and Cake are one of my favorite BL couples, not gonna lie...

3) The scenes are very natural with 0 akwardness?
4) There is no back story ( as like some bl dramas contain some lagging and unnecessary trauma?)as we can see they are childhood friends.Lol?
5) the location and places where this series shooting has done a wonderful job in selecting these places for their story to look tooo natural

6) If you see first episode of this series i can gaurantee you that you will wait for next episode

ppl annoy me here we go
its a good showif itsay had a child this would be it the cineamotrapy is beautiful and no surprise about the chemistry i see a lot of ppl pointing out earths voice i just find that annoying him and santa are meant to play these younger versions of themselves for a bit and then it will jump to them being a bit older with their normal voices.
so far i like it, its great the rating for the show should be atleast over 8 not under ill come back during each ep to update the review i hope the time skip happens quickly
