Excellent Drama
I just finished the drama. This is an excellent suspense drama, which does not have a single moment of calm and quiet. In many moments of anxiety I gnawed my nails, during the various episodes. All the actors play extremely well, the plot is fascinating and keeps us on the edge in our seats. The plot is full of twists and turns and also surprises.
Standing out from all the actors is the main actor: Lomon, who is absolutely a real sweet candy and I hope to see more dramas in which he is the main star.
I highly recommend watching this drama.

The Blood Hounds of Yongtan High
Omo! Omo! Omo!Does this really happen in South Korean High Schools? How can so much violence exist in High School?
Mind you, I'm writing this from the UK so I'm pretty shocked. Not sure if this much violence happens here too.
BUT, I enjoyed this drama and literally, binged watched it over two days. I was hooked from the get-go because I liked the actors.
The story as I've said was a bit too far-fetched for me.
I love that dramas are kept shorter than 16 episodes, but it would have been good to find out how self-righteous Sooheon handled the fact that he had inadvertently killed someone instead of having everyone hail him as a hero and gloss over it and, how Jaejoon/Jaebum's split personality affected his case. There were other parts that could have been better and added to the drama, but I guess it suffered because of its length.
I would recommend it if you can stomach the violence. I came here after Weak Hero Class 1, and I'm not sure how much more teenage violence I can take.

A thrilling ride with a disappointing end
I throughly enjoyed the show at some point while it was airing I was convinced it would end up being on my favorites list. My expectations were exceedingly high. The show maintains being suspenseful and thrilling the whole way through.I was watching it at a time where watching Kdramas felt a bit like a chore and I was in a slump but once staring revenge of others I was on the edge of my seat for every episode and it just brought back feelings I got when I first started watching kdramas.
The main characters were not only well written and likable, they also had amazing chemistry which just made the drama even more enjoyable. The side characters were also well written and complex, the first several episodes had set such a high standard for me in terms of the writing that I expected the side characters arcs to all contribute to the main mystery and finale but most of them were abandoned. I felt like some of the side characters, namely the girls were severally underutilized.
Once again I had thought so highly of the writing that I over analyzed certain plot points and expected them to all be resolved or contribute to the overall mystery only for them to be hastily explained or be completely deserted. This left the show with several plot holes and I think this is one of those rare times were a drama seriously should’ve just gotten more episodes then they may have been able to resolve all the unanswered questions and plot holes.
Overall I’d say give it a watch, I sincerely loved and enjoyed the journey of watching the drama even if the ending kinda put a damper on it for me. You may like the ending more than I did so it’s worth trying out
I still have more to stay so **SPOILERS DOWN BELOW**
This is completely my personal opinion on this but I was absolutely dreading the DID storyline with Jaebum which I’m sure I and many others saw coming a mile away. Having done done a lot of research on DID, I’ve always disliked how often it was used as a plot device in thrillers, the shock value really has worn out on this trope and it just feels cheap to use it in this way where there’s no nuance and research done. Jaebums DID felt like it was used to make a quick simple “plot twist” if they were going this route I just wished they would’ve done it with more care, this is a real life disorder after all.
I honestly would’ve loved it if it was one of the girls were the actual murders, Ajun’s pregnancy led to absolutely nowhere when it honestly could’ve been used in several ways to contribute to the plot. The fact that it didn’t made me wonder what was the point of having it in the first place.
Also I was genuinely shocked and kinda disappointed that Gi Osung didn’t have feelings for Jaebum, his jealous comments seriously made me believe this was the route they would go and it would’ve made so much sense?
Oh and I expected more would’ve been done with ML’s brain tumor I mean I’m glad we got a happy ending but still I wish the ending would’ve elaborated more on his condition and his future.

Why did I keep watching, you ask? The show did a good job of building suspense, and the cast was excellent. Lomon's acting really stood out, and Ji Soo Heon is a character you won't want to give up on.
Some of the events in the last two episodes felt like they came out of nowhere and just didn't make sense. But it was only 12 episodes so I have no regrets.

Does this worth watching it??
Yes, I should say this is worthy of your precious time. it's kinda a mysterious drama. the both actors have done a great great job. their chemistry between each other is the everything. I really wish there were more scenes between them. my points for this drama is 95/100. The ending is kinda confusing and I felt like it was rushed. I watched this drama when it was on going and I couldn't wait for the next episode. but I never re watched it. But I think i should rewatch it, and experience what you guys feel when watching it straight, without waiting for the next episode. However, I recommend this drama. Was this review helpful to you?
remarkable school thriller
I was pretty hooked after the first few episodes so I ended up binging the entire series in one sitting. This series gave a similar resemblance to Class of Lies where it's about solving the murder of a classmate and rewinding on the backstories of each character. The plot was really intriguing I'd say up until the second to last episode. The scriptwriters did a goodjob of keeping it suspenseful and mysterious however, as I've read some of the other comments. the ending felt way too rushed and cliche in comparison to the level it was at in the beginning. The main characters became almost supplemental at the very end, and the ending wasn't satisfactory because it was way too open-ended.
However, there are a lot of great qualities to the series, the supporting characters all did a really good job, everything seemed convincing and I couldn't really predict what was going to happen next. It kept me on the edge for the most part. The soundtrack went really well with the mood, I appreciated the main theme song. Impressive acting from both leads, Solomon Park is so cute lol.
I'd recommend this series if you're into school thriller and mystery.

horrifying
Ok I just finished this now and damn this was so bad.
For real, I'm freaking out at how bad this plot is. They crammed so much shit into just 12 eps.
I don't even know HOW I managed to finish this.
First of all, I HATE school series, seriously, I almost died of angry when I found out it was a school drama. And more than that, I hate school dramas when the shitty kids try to be killers or cops. It just makes me angry. So for me it was ridiculous in the very first ep cuz of the fucking girl trying to pursue her brother's murder on her own. I don't like to hate girls, but she pissed me off.
The whole drama of Ji Sooheon's mom drive me crazy too. Like, WHY???? is he just trying to be Kim Do Gi??? BOY, YOU ARE NOT A HERO, STOP! and come on, THEY KILL THE FUCKING WOMAN??? EVEN AFTER ALL THAT??? Seriously, he could have chosen to do so many things, like sell drugs or take out bank loans, but NO he had to become the superman.
I personally think the best character was Osung, he was the least boring, really. He had a purpose to spend his eighteen goddamn years of his life on and he's probably a sociopath, so yeah, the least insufferable.
Jaebum was doing well, but the fucking dual personality plot was so awful, and they just forced it down their throats without trying to make sense of it. Even more Chanmi telling him to "go away", DO YOU KNOW HOW DUAL PERSONALITY WORKS???? It was totally irresponsible and thrown around.
That policewoman was dumber than a door and I just wanted to pull that ugly hair out.
And all that weird queer baiting was soooo unnecessary.
I was also pissed because, they put a lot of unnecessary characters and didn't delve into the personality of any of them.
Even with all that shit they couldn't even convincingly pose a murderous student.
Everything was poorly done and they didn't even care about the ridiculous hole they left when they tried to shove it all up the Jaebum's ass. Seriously, it was ridiculous.
After all, I think one of the most frustrating points was that nothing was really surprising, I could already predict who the killer was and who had tried to kill Jaebum before the middle of the drama, depressing.
I'm mad because this shit wasted my time and the ending wasn't even good, really. They didn't even put real violence into it.
This was the second bad drama I watched with Lomon and I hope I don't have to see his face again.

Nerve-wracking and exciting but very underwhelming ending
Slight spoiler?-The first 8 episodes were really fun to watch, last 4 episodes got progressively boring - also morals where?
Acting by the supporting characters wasnt the best although gi osung and seo ji hoon did great even towards the end when their characters were barley making sense (in terms of motives).
This isn't a romance drama but the fl and ml had great teamwork and chemistry, and their gradual friendship was natural which made me root for them to get together. But somehow, the moments that were meant to be romantic at the end felt awkward - the whole drama just wasnt wrapped up well which is really disappointing because i was actually really enjoying it and looking forward for new eps.
Fun overall. solid 8/10

Other than that, this is what I call a perfect binge. The entire time I was so intrigued by the suspense, and I ADORE Park Solomon and Shin Yeeun :) Seeing them together made my heart feel all fuzzy (although I wish they had more screen time together T-T). Also I'm quite impressed by Chae Sang Woo's acting, his character made me want to die every time he showed up on the screen LOL.
I'm not so great at reviews but I felt the need to write something as I feel this drama is very special to me. Happy watching to whoever sees this!

The Best Kdrama of 2022
I am not a big fan of thriller and fights but the "revenge" just change my mind. Ji Sooheon, Ok Chanmi, Gi Osung, Park Wonseok (Ok Chankyu), Kook Jihyun, Jaebum are the names that till stay in my mind forever the icons these are. i love the casting a lot, the plots are so good like youll be tempting to watch the next episode. I feel like it had the most bare minimum promotion disney shouldve let this go to netflix idk... Anyways fell in love with Yeeun after this i need more of both of these main leads also thank you writernim for not killing ji sooheon??Was this review helpful to you?

Everything a youth revenge drama should be
This is exactly what I wanted from a youth revenge drama — the story was nerve-wracking, the cliffhangers were intense, and the chemistry was top-notch. There is the perfect balance between intense scenes and quiet moments you would expect from two teenagers who were lucky enough to find each other despite all the tension and uncertainty in their lives.I watched each week's episodes with bated breath and I think the pacing was fantastic as well, with bits and pieces of the story being unveiled each episode. The communication between the characters was both intriguing and satisfying and there's even very subtle layers of social commentary around law enforcement if you squint.
Would definitely recommend.
NOTE: I think it's also necessary to say that this drama is not at all an accurate depiction of DID and there are problems with the "evil alter ego" trope — this is still a great watch but everyone should keep that in mind.

I watched the first 2 episodes and man this show is so good,The way the story unfolds is so intriguing and all the actors are great in their roles. JI Suhyeon is my favourite character so far and Lomon has done a great job with it.Ok Chanmi is also so good. 2 episodes in this show has me hooked and i cannot wait to watch the next episode.I highly recommend this show to you trust me you won't regret it. Also the music in this show is really good too , the music is a breath of fresh air,it will keep you hyped. The plot is very simple but the way it moves forward is what makes this show unlike anything you have seen before and on top of that the action scenes are thrilling as well. Was this review helpful to you?
