you have only but yourself to blame
The average of the episodes is 8.6. And I rounded down because that's what I do. In the half-day it took me to watch this show, the overall rating went from 6.8 to 6.7. I won't reflect on what that says about the show. This show met my pretty high expectations. Relatively high; it's a Thai drama; how high can they really get? I have been waiting for this show to fully come out, like I have been checking in on my plan to watch every day because I refuse to look when the episodes actually come out. I didn't even wait for it to come out on YouTube; I watched this bitch on Daily Motion. I was pretty content with this. At no point in this show did I stop watching and wait a few days because I was disappointed. Justice for my boys, Kim and Kamol; they did them wrong in this show. Day has anger management issues that he needs to work out, but he can't. Itt has panic attacks because of his man and his issues. People say the acting was bad, but I am going to be honest and say it wasn't. Of course it could have been better, but that's the case for most shows and everything. Everything can be better because we have unrealistically high expectations for everything. Itts actor, Frank, I want to say, did a killer job. Like, actually, he killed his role with the voice cracks; the changes in his voice in certain scenes ate me up. They were toxic, and I hate myself for it, but I ate them all up. Like every second of it. Jealousy is bad, and I know it because it means you don't trust your partner, but I ate it up.The handjob scene was killer; I loved that. Also, I love awful blowjob scenes, so i ate the shower scene up. The abuse was crazy, bro. If I had a dollar for every time I flipped Day off, I would be a millionaire.
Going on to my boys, I can't even remember their names: the guy with the sexy eye brows and pouty lips, and the tall, scary mother fucker with the skinny nose. Let me look at the names. Mac and Nan. They were giving my boys Vegas and Pete a run for their money. I was reading comments on YouTube shorts before the show, and people were like, "Damn, they are more toxic than Vegas and Pete". And I was like, "No way. You can't even match their energy." I was so wrong. So very wrong. These two are crazy; they should have gotten more screen time, but at the same time, I don't think I could have handled that. Nan has Mac come to the party, and I'm like, okay, we are going to see the splashing a beverage on his face scene and them making out, and then we can just go on. Nope. You never saw edits of the scene before that. He puts the chain on him—okay, normal, not really, but okay. and when Mac goes to talk to Day and Itt, and then when he winds up for the punch, this bitch yanks him back by the chain. I had to take a 15-minute break. That was crazy. He yelled when he got pulled back and started clawing at the chain. It was crazy. Theres a difference between holding some hostage in your home and holding some hostage and bringing them outside and yanking them like they are your fucking dog bro.
My favorite scene was Night and Gear making out at Day's goofy ass party thing. It was so out of character for them to be together and so needed. This show didn't disappoint me, and I'm glad. Don't read ratings or descriptions and only go in based on three clips, and you won't be disappointed. It was good and fun. Okay, now I am watching Moonlight Chicken. Would recommend, actually. Okay bye!

I am glad I watched this!!
I don't understand why this drama has such a low rating. The actors and the storyline are amazing!!Of course, in general, if you don't like complex characters with a lot of flaws, then this is not the drama for you. However, in general, I think that this drama was very well portrayed.
I am not that familiar with acting or story writing as I have not studied these fields, but from the watcher's perspective, with no knowledge, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
If you know going in that this will be on the mature side and the characters will be toxic and complex, then you can't just give bad reviews based on that.
The drama gave what it offered to give.
I have not read other reviews, so I don't know what others think. Maybe there are genuine reasons to not like this, but not in my opinion.
As someone who watches a lot of dramas, this is a prime example that sometimes, ratings and reviews are not everything.
My advice to anyone would be to not read the reviews before watching this drama; everyone is different with different opinions. Don't let others' opinions cloud your judgment of how the drama will be. If the storyline interests you, then please watch it and be the judge yourself.
Of course, it is not the best thing I have watched, but despite the flaws this has, what matters most is whether I was hooked and enjoyed watching this, which I did. This drama had a death grip on me from beginning to end, and that's what matters the most.

I'm crying...in joy that it's finally over
I thought that I would have never reached here! Yet, here we are! The end of this series! I'm so full of joy and happiness that it's all finally over! I started this series as I learnt about Itt and Day as secondary couples from ' Unforgotten Night ', which I wound up rating a 3.5. They seemed interesting, so I decided to give this a chance. And...I was sooo dissapointed.Story-1/10
And no, this is not due solely for the toxic level in this series. The storyline is all over the place, with weak ass antagonists that is all cleared up during the series run and wrapped up neatly in the end.
And how the relationship (with not just toxicity but also abuse and/ or sexual assualut) starts for the MC as well as 2 secondary couples just is not right for me. And why is there so much guys who want Itt?! And Day needs to take a chill pill. Because after all the crap that he put Itt through, Itt will still (unfortunately) choose him over all of his other suitors. That's why I am giving them a one. I mean, the only good thing from this whole series was the last episode, where Itt and Day got married. That's basically it.
Acting/Cast-1/10
It is sad to here that the acting Frank was doing (which I found atrocious), was exactly how the character (Itt) acts in the book. This just makes me don't want to read the book.
I have previously stated that I know Frank and Rossi (who plays Night), can act as I have watched some of thier previous qorks and they clearly did a better job there than in this hot mess of a series. I don't know how I managed to sit down for twelve weeks and watched this series religiously with this type of bad acting.
And okay, maybe it was how the actors were directed and also how they presented the finished episodes to us. But, it just still sucks. And for that I'm giving them a one.
Music-1/10
The music in the beginning was just not it for me. I'm sorry. If I could have given a score lower that one, I would.
Rewatch Valu-1/10
There is no way that I will sit down and rewatch this again. I mean, there is literally an uncut version that is currently airing and I don't even think I have the time and enery to watch that version (although a lot of people are saying that it is better than this version). So, because I can't give t a zero or 0.5, I'm giving it a 1 for the rewatch, eventhough it is a strong hell no.
Overall-1/10
Overall, I give this series a 1. This was clearly ot made for me. And, hey- that's okay.

Couples I would like to see break up – shocking, I know
I don’t mind a messy storyline. My guilty pleasures are series that are so bad it makes them good. I mean my expectations were not exactly high to begin with, especially as it is produced by the same company as Ai Lhong Nhai. From the start, I was so annoyed with Itt, I can’t even put it into words. I really liked his character in the Unforgotten Night, he was so mature and responsible, while Itt in Love Syndrome is a man-child who is constantly throwing temper tantrums over cake. Like what happened here? I know they were produced by different companies, but I still think that what we are seeing right now is taking it a bit too far. I feel like things are better from the second episode forwards, I like Itt better as he seems a bit more mature and responsible, and less like a spoiled child. He still has his moments, but the change was still huge.
But if I really liked Day before, I am starting to really hate him. Forget the fact he lost his memory, just thinking that this is how he was when Itt and him met… Actually, now that we know how they met, I wish Itt had left the first chance he got. Honestly, no matter how much of an immature brat Itt was, he deserved / deserves better. Day was and still is an abusive asshole. I am really not sure how I feel about the two of them being together. And seeing Itt go through all of this again is so painful.
Day literally made him so dependent on him that he would probably not be able to survive on his own, and this is the “good” Day we are talking about. This is also what made Itt behave like such a man-child in the first place. Day’s whole hot and cold personality is not cute. It really makes me want to shake him up a bit. Just make up your mind already! At least he has Nick occasionally put him in his place.
One thing that seems to be consistent is Day’s jealousy. It’s a bit annoying at times as it seems to be the main plot driver for like half of the episodes. But it’s consistent, and it’s something Day remembers, kind of. It might just be his personality. I am in love with the way Day kisses Itt. I know he is possessive and jealous. But the way he tends to grab Itt’s neck whenever he kisses him? Yes, just yes! It also really shows his possessiveness. And Itt’s trust in him as well, he never flinches when Day grabs him like that. Let’s not talk about if that trust is misplaced. I think I said enough already.
I think Lee Long Shi and Frank have great chemistry. I might not be the biggest fan of their characters and there are scenes that drive me up the walls, but their chemistry is amazing. I know a lot of people complain about their acting, but I feel that is mostly due to the exaggeration in certain scenes. Which is not up to them, but up to the scriptwriters, editors, etc.
I feel like we have been introduced to a lot of characters that are friends of either Day or Itt, but I have a very hard time telling who is who is. And where they fit into the story. To be honest though, the other couples are also pretty problematic. I knew that this was going to be a toxic mess, but I didn’t expect something this bad. There is a limit to what I am willing to forgive one character for them to be with their partner, which is quite a lot for such series, but I still feel like many limits have been crossed. I am mostly looking at Mack and Nan here, but the fact that the rest of the characters are just okay with it? Getting the hints about the past of each pairing, it makes more sense than it should. It still doesn’t make it right though. It just makes me want to see them all break up more.
I am enjoying the dynamics between Gear & Night and Neil & Nick, but I feel like there is so much we are missing. We are missing a lot with Day and Itt’s story too, but it seems even more obvious with the hints we’ve been getting about Gear and Nick. I know this is based on the third novel (I haven’t read any of them), but I think it should have been handled differently. We are thrown into a mess that no one really understands.
I don’t really understand the need for the villain. Not every story needs a villain, someone trying to hurt the main leads. He is extremely cartoonish, which is another thing I don’t really like. And his manic laugh? I know they tried to make him sound crazy, but it wasn’t really done that well. Nor are his temper tantrums intimidating. I do like Day’s description of him. Actually, I like Day’s descriptions of everyone he doesn’t like.
The actions scenes are done well. All of the actors did a great job, the last fight scene was great! Some of them are a bit over the top, but they were still good.
The ending was a bit anticlimatic though. It left me feeling unsettled, like no matter what happen, we are just supposed to pretend everything is (and was) okay. There were no consequences for anything or anyone either.
Why did they decide to go with this cut version though? And weeks later release the uncut one as well? I have seen some parts of the uncut one and I feel like the plot makes much more sense. There is more dialogue and more flashbacks that really make us understand certain parts of the story. And I feel this makes this version seem even worse.

Bargin Bin version of characters from Unforgotten Night.
This show is so bad. I fell in love with Unforgotten Night because it’s so bad it’s good. I love the characters and cast in Unforgotten Night and the actors they chose are sooooo far from the level of the Unforgotten Night cast. The storyline is awful. After watching episode 1 and seeing Itt a grown man throw tantrums because he didn’t get cake, I almost lost it. If I was his partner I’d get amnesia too. If you want a good story with Amnesia trope watch Jack O’Frost and skip this one.Was this review helpful to you?
It's supposed to be toxic
The thing is, this story was never intened to be anything other than toxic, so for the life of me, I can not understand why people are upset by that. They're all toxic and that's part of the entertainment/storyline. There's violence, r***, revenge, stupidity, stubbornness, and way too much cake. They could have given Frank a "lesser wig" and given him more to work with, but oh well. I guess maybe the approach to watching this is to read the first two parts so you can understand where all of the characters are coming from. Was this review helpful to you?

Eh
Honestly where to begin? As an avid drama watcher I have seen my fair share of hot garbage shows. From the very first episode you can tell right from the start of what you’re about to get into. First the acting (-_-). In the nicest way possible it’s a no for me. Honestly lee (Days character) is a pretty decent actor. I like him in Tim Jai although that series was also a hard watch. This dude could really shoot off if he was given a decent show. His versatility while playing the character Day was noticeable and not bad. Frank however (itt), we’ll ummmmmmm. Honestly the sad part about it was frank did get better at acting in the show but that was in the second half of the last episode. What could be worse than Franks acting when he holds a main role? How about the that one P’s acting T T. Tbh I forgot his name (but if you watch it honey you’ll know right off about who I’m referring to) because the only thing memorable about him was his horrible acting and a terribly written revenge arc storyline for something he started? Please when he first appeared on the screen I wanted to gouge my eyes out from his acting. And someone should be ashamed they approved those scenes as well. The storyline? I don’t read synopsis because I’m crazy and just like the jump into shit and trust and believe when I found out what this story was about and the other stories this one is connected too I felt icky. For some disturbing reason in a lot of BLs rape is romanticized and that makes me uncomfortable. People who defend these types of shows and movies make me even more uncomfortable. Yes it’s fictional but considering the target audience which tends to be teenage/early female adults that feels very weird. Beside that one P’s revenge storyline that was so bad and the dude at the campsites storyline with itt I honestly don’t want to talk about this show anymore. The more I write the more irritated I’m starting to get.
Look this show was complete trash and I heard they’re trying to have another series but going backwards through the books and I genuinely hope they don’t because that’s even more disturbing than this plot line. If you like hot garbage this is definitely for you. I finished it and I did pause it several times during the last episode to question my life decisions. It’s okay for a one time watch definitely would never recommend or rewatch this again. If I’m being completely honest though it wasn’t like I was expecting anything good so ig I wasn’t disappointed . The final fight scene for this show wasn’t completely bad except for that slow mo punch scene between day and that one P. I wish I could erase that from my memory TT. And don’t get me started on the wardrobe decision for it itt TT. Every since I finished the show I’ve been getting tik toks of Lee and frank and their photo shoot. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They look great together and the photo shoot looks good but it doesn’t reflect the show or acting. Actually the only good thing from this show was the intro.

Despite Everything....
I literally just finished watching this series and couldn't hold back from writing a review. The story line has it's on cringes from time to time; little bit more than I anticipated. But I'm glad I did not dropped this story.I don't know why but this series makes me have butterflies in my tummy and made my heart beats fast just thinking about it, The care and love after every abusive arguments, they would end up being all sweet and loving <3 I know it's never good with this kind of relationship but I do love it.
This story definitely have good character building; from Itt being the most annoying and spoilt kid on earth to being a decent human being who care for his lover till the very end. Same goes for Day. Went from being too cold hearted too letting himself spoiling Itt and now become stronger to make his lover to be more independent as well as protecting him close.
As for them and the others. their bonding is definitely so sweet. I love their friendship. Not to mentioned the side couples is so great with each other. GearNight >.<
The story line could have gone better. The thriller and the excitement was there but it wasn’t well planned - in my opinion. What's more, the editor could really put little bit more effort when cutting the scenes. I know it ain't easy but it is just appalling know you combined the takes.
The specials scenes is sweet and all but not as hot as I hoped. Really wish it could have gone better. The ending was amazing I'd say! Loving their traditional attire. Happy to see this story wearing them after Gray Rainbow. Looking all handsome and sweet.
Despite everything, I rak this series. Happy ending ^_^ and I'm in love with Long Lee. 55555 Let's wait for the UNCUT version.
20/7 update: I recently finished watching Unforgotten Night & when I rewatched the scene where KamolKim visited Day at the hospital, I couldn’t help but to simp them. They are too adorable. “Ditnoi”

Don't waste your time
This is genuinely one of the worst shows I've seen. Between the horrible wigs, a mostly nonexistent plot, and toxic couples, there's no reason to watch this.Day and Itt suck. And learning their back story makes them WORSE! Save yourself the mental damage this show does and watch literally anything else. Even the side couples are horrible! The more you learn about every character, the worse they get. An amnesia plotline spanning the entirety of the show is only interrupted by a back story full of sexual assault. The only good thing about this show was making fun of the wig they gave Itt.

watch the uncut version first
i didnt finish this yet, im waiting to complete the uncut version (the last 2 eps) before completing this one, why?because everyone recommended to me to watch the uncut first and after checking i do recommend the same
when i went back to this to see if there is any difference i did notice all scenes i saw do exist in the uncut version, while this one is shorter ,for time limit, and it can look confusing. the uncut version is longer , more smooth and complete, they include more flashbacks about their story and more key informations etc, so just make sure to see that one first

Two things. Voluptuous fucking lips and I did not read the book/manga/story this was adapted from
Two things. Voluptuous fucking lips and I did not read the book/manga/story this was adapted fromOkay first off, it's in my headline. I did not read the story this was adapted from. So was not really expecting anything.
I did however see edits of people hitting one another. That's all though.
The plot was pretty straightforward not going to lie like my brain-dead self could follow it (my sister did spoil like 1/2 of it but we will ignore that)
The first review I saw gave this a 2 and said just because they are handsome does not mean they can get away with this bad acting (or something like that). I thought the acting was okay. Honestly was not horrible.
However, their being hot does make up for it a lot so.
I'm currently watching the wedding scene and omfg the audio is so loud. All I can hear is screaming my ears are bleeding.
Also, I don't know who this mf couple is...wait I will go find their names. Mac and Nan. yes. THOSE TWO SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MADE UP AND GOTTEN BACK TOGETHER. WAKE UP AND BREAK UP. Do better Mac, he treats you like shit. Drop his dumb ass he is literally awful.
This is literally just a rant at this point, but people who ship Day and Itt's toxic ass relationship got some issues. Like they definitely had their moments where they were cute, but it did not make up for the fact that they fought constantly and were just toxic asf.
Also, why are Day's lips so juicy omg? It was distracting.
I don't know what I was watching it on but those subtitles were JANKY BRO. LIKE I HAD TO PAUSE AND ANALYZE LIKE EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY WERE SO TERRIBLE (I did not take any stars off though because its not the show's fault)
Yall overreacting, it was not that bad. 7.5/10
Sorry if things are spelled wrong. English is my first language I am just bad at it.
[i just wrote this review so fast i'm crazy]

It's was ..... Okay
Some of the acting parts was a little bad. Some of the kissing scenes were a little bad. The chemistry could have been a little bit better. I felt like if they had a better actor for Itt, it could have went a whole lot better. I'm sorry but the actor couldn't do justice to this character. His acting was a little off. I felt lack of chemistry between the main characters. But overall it was an okay storyline and it was an okay series. They could have done a little bit better but overall it was just okay. Was this review helpful to you?
