If you liked the romantic plot set in the office of Cherry Magic then you will also like the romance in Roommates of Poongduck 304. The romance is very cute and funny as well.

both have the same concept of an enemies-to-lovers trope where one is the landlord at home but a subordinate at work while the other is a renter at home but the boss at work.

Both shows feature an office romance, in which the main couple have a Boss/employee relationship. In both shows the boss is the son of the company owner.

The main difference is that Poongduck 304 heavily features the main leads living together as part of their conflict, as well as being a Korean BL compared to Step by Step which is Thai.

both are BL series with the roommates trope : ROP304 only has one couple, and it's the main, KKB will have (i think) at least one couple created thanks to the "roommates" trope so this will be their similarities
ROP304 is more related to an opposite/ennemies to lovers, with also the work place as an important think
KKB's characters are all friends but working at different places
