Roman dies in a car accident. In a restless, unforgiving state he continues to prove his affection for girlfriend Joyce. He then decides to embark on an intrepid, malevolent journey to keep Joyce. She begins to receive hair-raising text-messages and even gets "death photos" of people close to her, including her current boyfriend, Alex. She ignores the texts at first, but when the deaths happen exactly the way they were predicted she realizes that she must fight the evil behind them to protect her loved ones from this supernatural force.
