they are both about the living interacting with ghosts. in Ghost host Ghost house you have two living men interacting with a whole family of ghosts. In Let's Fight Ghost you have a human exorcist working with a ghost girl.

Both are Thai BL dramas with a supernatural element to them.

DFF is suspense/thriller with dark scenes and an intense storyline.

GHGH is more upbeat with some humor and heartfelt moments with a storyline that has an overall positive theme.

Both have strayed away from your typical Thai BL (during time of airing).

In both series, the mains are living with ghostly spirits their daily lives.
The story is not exactly similar, but if you want another interesting, horror drama, this is the one for you!

Cute, supernatural romances -the couples in both series are human and dealing with ghosts in different ways.

Both stories are about exploring ghosts from a domestic angle; also, both of the respective main male leads have personal familial connections to and interests in the supernatural.

1000 Years Old and Ghost Host, Ghost House are both BL (LGBTQ+) stories with supernatural elements to them. Neither of them have really intense scenes despite this. They both involve a romance where one MC is clearly interested in the seemingly oblivious other ML and it takes a while to communicate these feelings. Both are very easy to binge watch and have likeable side/support characters.

Side note: 1000 Years Old is focused on the vampire aspect of the supernatural world with hints of ghosts being present whereas Ghost Host, Ghost House mainly focuses on the ghostly side of the supernatural with hints to magick.

Although "Coffee Shop" is "only" a series of short films, whereas "Ghost Host Ghost House" is a full fledged series, they have several things in common. First of all, there are Boy and Tod as lead actors, and they are doing a great job in both productions. Then, both "Ghost Host" and "Coffee Shop" are well written, directed and acted. They are best entertainment indeed.
