The chemistry and pace of the relationship between the main leads gives the same feeling. But SMH is much better on the fluffiness and it doesn’t have love triangle.

When Shiho Nishina got worried about her sex life with her husband, her husband proposed to her, "Why don't we go to a couple exchange party?" At first Shiho strongly turned down the idea, but eventually, she gave in because her husband was very persuasive. "We're just going to observe, okay?" Shiho said as she reluctantly agreed to it. Meanwhile, a former diplomat Mr. Kubozuka ran a couple exchange club, "Aquarium," with his wife in their house. At first, Shiho was being very cautious, but gradually, she got attracted to Mr. and Mrs. Kubozuka's charm and finally agreed to exchange couples with them. Having lost her mother at a young age, Chisato grew up with her father. If you like "Nevertheless" you would enjoy ''I need romance'' it shows more realistic sides of romance and more mature than your average kdrama.
It focuses on few females and their romance lives (they are all friends) and as I see in nevertheless so far it will also have side couples as well, so I recommend.

This drama is 7 episodes long and there are three stories within.
Story 2 (ep.3-5) has a similar vibe to nevertheless and oddly enough the leads in this specific story look and I would say act like the leads in nevertheless.
So basically a short-story high school version of nevertheless (ep. 3-5)

Both are "Friends with Benefits" dramas about relationships which start out as meaningless interactions of simply physical intimacy but eventually turn into true love.

Both dramas follow an undefined relationship between the FL and a 'playboy' ML who is outwardly affectionate/flirtatious with the FL but has rumours swirling around him. Both FLs have ex-boyfriends who broke their heart. There is a love triangle in both. RT is a much shorter drama.
