not similar specifically in plot but i do feel that both give off the same vibe for some reason. i think if you enjoyed now we are breaking up you might enjoy nevertheless

it kinda gave me a same vibe not fully but some also the ost from the dramas are really good. and both of this drama made me happy when i watched it.
