I don't think I commented on all the action scenes. Outstanding!!! I love watching GLB in action. And the formation of his military, big wow. With the small support cast that they used, I give the director a 10+. The sound of the horses and the soldiers, the fight scenes, GLB's 20+ guards consistent in scenes and his 2-right hand Lt. Generals, truly exciting. Love how CSS's chicken/duck wings comes into play in this scene when GLB deals with the Shouchun General -- 'it's not chicken wings, it's mandarin duck wings!' The battle to save GLB in Shouchun and the fight with General PengKun and the moment Peng Sun pierces GLB in the chest, GLB realizes that he could have died by General Peng Kun, he remembers what CSS said 'to always wear the copper wire vest at all times', he's saved by the rabbit vest that CSS made... 'it's not a rat, it's a rabbit, the year of my birthday' .

I really love that they include a bit of comedic in the middle of tense situation. Okay I can't recognise that officer Liang... I think I've seen him before but I don't remember which episode. Chicken wings or mandarin duck jsjsjsjsj. Thank goodness everything was fine. What the hell happened with the downfall of Gu City?? It was so intricate. Haih... If he zhaojun didn't alert the guards but instead talked with Zisheng. I wonder what'll happen alternatively?. Lou Ben??? That name was so familiar. Wait... That was Lou Yao brother right??

Lu Si not afraid to cry, our girl was very good in her emotional scenes. Wu Lei fight scenes were well done. This was a heavy episode but grandma Cheng adds comedic relief along with LBY feathered sleeves..."It's mandarin duck, not chicken!", clever.

The rabbit armor protected his life omg. I wouldn't ever wanna be on the opposite side of Ling Buyi in a fight. Seriously like damn he was like a lone wolf in that fight sequence. So amazing!
