Lieutenant Nachi Kamon lives on a quiet beach of Nankishu. A key given by the saints of the country of Rome, which opens the treasure trove of red peacocks, is in his possession. A former pirate chief who knows the secret of the Red Peacock has teamed up with the magician Nobuo Ikkaku to secretly search for the key.
