Kunitomo Daihachiro, the president of a sake brewery with a history of 200 years, entrusted its management to his son and found a phantom rice for the best sake brewing, but the company is already on the verge of bankruptcy. When applying for a 1 billion yen loan to a millionaire, he gets it on condition that he wins the gateball Japanese Grand Prix.
