Ravishing
Just two episodes have been aired, but I have been controlling my breath already.Ji wan has lost everything. From the love of her life to the one friend she relies over her life-she holds nothing when death claimed her. But did her story end even before starting?
This is not just another tale of revenge. An impending love triangle has been has been hidden subtly. The love Ji wan did not get all the time is coming with an unexpected bounce. The boss with a frown is here. Don't miss the chef with a sweet and adorable smile. Ji Won is not focusing into getting love as she wants to find herself first. She is not going to let anyone snatch her dream this team. She is giving hard fight to her snob boss Mr. Kim and is counting every step as her weapon.
Korean dramas are widely popular for delivering time travel dramas. From Scarlett Heart Ryeo to Mr. queen, time travel dramas are more swoon worthy than other romantic dramas. This tale of revenge is more than slice of life. JI won is not seeking revenge, she just wants to change her fate. And to turn the table she is cooking curries which she did not find out last time.
Park Min Young as Ji won is ravishing. In the beginning, she is scared and struggling to understand what she has been put through. Her enactment from portraying a scaredy girl to confident Ji Won is a wholesome journey. In Woo has improved like a dream. From delivering sad and struggling Byeong In in Mr. Queen, to playing supportive and not so silent Ji Hyuk, he has come a long way. It is sad to hear that he is enlisting now. His chemistry with Min Young is on another level.
Life would become so easy if God starts giving us second chance once in a while. Turning the table and starting off on a new note is a complete different thing. I am jealous of you Ji Won!

LOVE IT!!
This is my first time doing something like this, so I'll keep it simple (or try to ;))10/10 story:
I love the plot, and the small details hidden within it, for ex. Ji-Hyuk as a heart tattoo just like that Ji-wons dad would draw hearts on money. When the series is based on a webtoon I always expect something really good and this is delivered ( I'm even reading the webtoon lmao). I like how the webtoon resembles the K-drama a lot and that they didn't skip any part (not that I know of at least, so correct me if I'm wrong). I still have at least 6 episodes to go and I'm still interested in the plot (which is a miracle) so I think this drama deserves all the attention it gets. Also, I love Ji-Hyuk's and Ji-won's cute reveal (watch to know otherwise)
10/10 acting:
Of course, a rom-com isn't a rom-com without the rom-com queen Min Young!! I personally love her. The acting is also a 10/10 bcs of the way I raged in the first ep with Min-Hwan and Soo-Min (and throughout the whole series because of these two I swear...). They (the two actors that acted Min Hwan and Soo-Min) portrayed their hateable characters well and that's a talent.
10/10 OST:
I don't find anything bad or good in osts, I don't think it matters but in short, I don't listen or pay attention to the posts.
Rewatch Value 10/10:
I think this is rewatchable but I don't like rewatching series myself.
overall:
funny, has great acting, and gets you hooked.

04/02/2024 (Feb).
Am really enjoying this so far as it is more about older adults (early 40s) going back 10 years to try and fix things whereas other drama series like: Twinkling Watermelon and A Time Called You are about adults going back to their teens to try and make changes to divert the future in some way.
Honorable mention:
Oh No! Here Comes Trouble -
This is another excellent drama series up there like TW and ATCY only it is about a teenage boy that survives a horrific bus accident with the same supernatural ability as his grandfather - no time travel in it plus it is about saving "souls" , however, it is just as fantastic!
Now back to Marry My Husband...
It is good plus each episode delivers something worth your attention - especially episode 10 which has whopper after whopper moments in it. Talk about getting what you want when it comes to revenge and cutting ties once and for all.
Am hoping this drama stays on track and doesn't digress as have been reading a few rumours as of late. No no no!
What I haven't liked in it so far is the overuse of someone liking someone else because of being smitten over something like a dog or kitten - why keep the kitten outdoors when it clearly has no shelter (at first) and also when it starts to snow?!?! It is totally cruel and makes no sense. Either take it to an animal shelter or home.
SPOILER ALERT!
I also don't like that the General Manager who is in love with Ji Won is doing nothing to save himself - when you think about it he is pretty much in the same boat as her and in order to LIVE the price is a "death for a death."
What else?
Although I don't think the female lead is attractive (plain face) she does nerdy, teen, mousy wife to a strong female really really well, however, becoming a strong woman due to a haircut or makeover is highly unlikely and especially overnight.
The female that plays her so called "best friend" does a good job of showing just how someone can be all innocent yet underneath is totally twisted and dangerous. Kind of like one character in "Beauty From Gangnam" (I think) only maybe a bit more over the top.
Am so glad I have never had a single friend like that in my life!
Anyhow, each episode is well paced, has no real unnecessary fillers and keeps you wanting more.
Well worth watching!

From okay to amazing in a few episodes
I will say that for the first few episodes I wasn’t super invested in this drama, but I’m glad I continued to watch. Everything becomes worth it around episode 5. I like that the lead isn’t too hesitant on getting back at the ones who wronged her. Male lead is adorably protecting her at all costs and the choices he makes become extremely understandable after a while. The antigonists suck and the actors do a great job showing that. The plot itself is very well connected. Can’t wait for more! Was this review helpful to you?
Lacklustre
Oh dear - I suppose I'm in the minority when I say that I had to drop this show in disgust. Terribly underwhelming and lacklustre all around. Ironic really given the popularity of this show, but ultimately it just never managed to escape the shadow of its precursor, Perfect Marriage Revenge. Go figure! Was this review helpful to you?
"This is undoubtedly one of the best K-dramas you'll ever watch!"
"Marriage My Husband" is an absolute masterpiece that delivers an exceptional viewing experience. The show boasts of a well-crafted plot that keeps the audience engaged from start to finish. The exceptionally talented cast brings the characters to life with their impressive performances. Some people may say that they are disappointed and want to get it over with. However, I believe that those who say that have either not watched the drama entirely or have a tasteless taste in stories.
The show is a perfect blend of great music and superb cinematography that provides a visual treat for the audience. It has everything that one could desire, including drama, revenge, love, frustration, sadness, anger, and much more. It's an adrenaline rush that will stay with you for a long time.
I strongly recommend watching this show without any spoilers, as the chemistry between the leads builds slowly and sweetly. Ji-Won's character is an inspiration for career-minded women, as she bands together with other women rather than fighting for individual recognition. The villains' characters are excellently portrayed, with moments where you can empathize with their situation and others where you want to punch them.
In conclusion, I would confidently rate this drama a solid 10000 out of 10. It's a masterpiece that deserves multiple viewings, and I'm confident that you won't regret giving it a try.

If you read the webtoon, I know your feelings...
I personally was expecting more as I have read the whole manhwa on it.The scenario at the end isn't the same as the manhwa. It is adapted so it makes sense about a little twist but I was expecting it to be same as the manhwa. A little disappointing but the series is amazing. I thought I knew the story well but there were changes. TBH webtoon was better than the drama but drama did complete few missing things from the webtoon.
The plot about the revenge , rebirth , second chance and many things about the plot is amazing.
Acting is nice. Story is nice.
Overall I give it a 4.3/5
A kdrama worth watching after a long break from it.
Until the end it kept me waiting...
It would be amazing if there is a second season highlighting a story regarding the supporting characters.

another marriage revenge drama done well!!
at first i thought its going to be exactly like perfect marriage revenge since it had almost all the same conflicts but marry my husband has done well to differentiate it from pmr. pmr was more focused on them healing from the trauma (mostly the fl) and they didn't have to change themselves much. here both our ml and fl had to learn things on their own, heal by themselves and decide how to change their destines. the characters were well developed from the 1st ep to last. the change jiwon has from the helpless naive girl to a happy and smart woman, jihyuk from a shy guy to a man who is not afraid to take chances. even the villains are well developed. sumin and minhwan are such complex villains, i could talk abt how great of a character sumin was. there is a question to ask, would u rather be a girl like jiwon(past one) or a girl like sumin when you face someone like minhwan. all the other side characters were good too. my only problem with the show is how anti-glasses they are. like be real, their glasses DID NOT make them unattractive. anyways so satisfying to see the revenge, here is to more revenge dramas

Trust No One
Jung Soo Min is best described as a FRENEMY ... Love with your head not just your heart!I am not really good at pronunciation
Korean Names , but that lady, the victim (main character) ... Am so glad she got a second chance to life and paid back her so-called boyfriend and friend in their own coin
She gave them the taste of their own medicine and they choked ???
Though I am curious , if they returned from 2023 to the year 2013, does that mean that the other characters returned as well???
I would love some clarity on that aspect

Not So Much A Review As It Is Notes Taken While Watching
The beginning of this show is unbelievably tragic. FL, Kang Ji Won (Park Min Young), and her grody "boyfriend" Park Min Hwan (Lee Yi Kyung)'s relationship reminds me of Fated To Love You. But worse because its with her best friend Jung Soo Min (Song Ha Yoon).I love that FL and ML Yoo Ji Hyuk (Na In Woo) both finally know the other is living their second chance. Also, who doesn't love BTS being the thing that brings people together? lol
I will say, Song Ha Yoon is doing a great job in this show because man do I want to slap the absolute p*ss out of her.
It took me until just now when she told him the cat disappeared one day for me to realize he took the cat. That's the cat he currently has. And that's why the cat liked her.
Good lord is this woman evil. What a hateful, jealous, insecure nightmare of a human being. Just watching her and Ji Won's "boyfriend" Min Hwan is giving me gastritis. No wonder she got so sick.
She really thought she did something, huh? And pregnant? We'll see about that.
Everything seems to be going too well, so why wouldn't he completely shut her out after getting her and not be honest about his future? KDrama logic.
Man, I have been waiting for hot chef guy and actual best friend to get together since she loved his cheesecake. lol
She came all this way just to foolishly tell her last minute that she was picking up her trash? How stupid.
Is FL for real right now? Mad at him because of his engagement stating no matter when it happened, it happened? Seriously?
Wait a minute... did Min Hwan just have actual emotions? Did he really just cry over the "loss" of the baby!? Surely I'm mistaken. Wow... who'd have imagined that he has more humanity than Soo Min.
So he takes the blow from the car, thinking he'll die, what did he think they'd do after? Probably still just kill her. Didn't really think this through.
"Kill me but make sure you do it for real this time." Yeah, don't bother running or fighting. Useless FL.
Also... double villain? Oh Yu Ra (BoA) and Soo Min are basically carbon copies of each other.
SURELY Su Min does not really think she can seduce Ji Hyuk. Ohhhhhh shid. He's seducing her!
Wait... Min Hwan and Yu Ra were actually smashing? I do not see her character wanting that from him outside of it's required for the plot. lol
Wowwwww this scene is super satisfying. She's about to round the corner. That felt good. Although I feel like death was too easy an out for him.
Yeah, Soo Min and Yu Ra are the same exact person. Both always whining, "What did I do wrong!?" whilst doing the most vile things ever.
Your crazy ex-best friend murdered her husband (after murdering you in a past life) and is on the loose. Why would you open the door after the doorbell rang. Good god you're dumb.
And where the hell is Ji Hyuk? Are they not in the same apartment? lol You didn't hear any of this? Or find it weird she's gone? When did she go home? I clearly wasn't paying attention.
Anyways, we all knew they'd have a nice happy ending. And I needed that after finishing Weak Hero Class 1. lol

Restored Balance through a Renewed Fate
This revenge romance thrill ride hinges moreso on awareness in creating a fair balance against those who have manipulative and distructive schemes. The leads and supporting cast were wonderful in conveying such a layered ebb and flow of tension and emotional impact. Soo Mins character was noteworthy and memorable. Ji Wons character was iconic. The performances were not assumptive or tropie. The chemistry between the leads felt destined which was heartfelt and compassionate. The edge that the writers brought in through subtle twists made every minute and the redemption end satisfying. It was cinematically brilliant at points that mattered most. Well Done, cast, crew and production!!! THIS IS A MUST WATCH!Was this review helpful to you?
