Both are about a rich, domineering ML who at a low point of his life meets the poor FL. Years later he approaches her, promising to help her in some way in exchange for her agreeing to marry him, without telling her they've met before.
Both are mini dramas with the same sort of plot - a couple who overcomes many difficulties until ultimately the ML falls ill with cancer and breaks up with the FL without telling her. She stages a fake wedding to get him back, then marries him despite his illness.
