After devoting themselves to their training, avoiding romantic attachments and being forbidden from any excursions, five aspiring idols are dumped by their agency in Korea. Suddenly, they find themselves breaking every rule they'd adhered to. After a night of drinking in Itaewon, the five unexpectedly wake up on a beach in Busan. With no memory of the previous night, they'll have to find their way back to Seoul and locate their lost passports before boarding their flight back to Thailand. Not a BL
The most positive thing I can say is, it does speak about LBGQT issues but only very superficial without much depth. The show was not a BL nor does it include much of any romance. While the struggling of Idol trainees included some entertainment, overall it was very bland. This show only makes the point that excessive alcohol abuse is a bad thing, but nobody needs a show to know this. And maybe that friends do things for their friends even if they don't like to? I am a bit confused about that. If someone is forced to do something he doesn't want and has an emotinal outbreak about it, but then decides to do it anyways because of his friends, I don't get it. Yes friends are important, but to self-sacrifice himself for his friends is not a good solution either and does not lead to his happyness overall.
As a BL fan u can skip this show for sure and for anyone else it does not offer much besides light entertaiment, but you won't miss a thing if you have skipped it.

Not a BL
The fact this is marketed as a BL and up on sites like Gagaoolala labeled as one badly hurts the enjoyment. This is not a BL, there aren't even any gay characters in the show, it's a straight show with a forced scene that really doesn't add anything and seems to just exist so they can market it as a BL. If they marketed it properly for what it actually is, basically like a PG-13 version of the Hangover, it could have been fun but it being labeled as a BL makes it look like they're queer baiting for marketing, a bait and switch since BLs are popular. Was this review helpful to you?
