Smile to Life (2022)

I think both dramas are similar in few aspects:
1. FL has terminal illness
2. ML and FL have a contract in the beginning but fall in love later on.
3. ML is supportive of FL, when learns about the illness
4. The ending is also similar - Being Positive

I don’t know why they just remind me out each other and they are both really good.

Both dramas have the fl being ill/sick
However, Smile to Life doesn't have any of the leads being a doctor (the ml is a musician)

Both have a main lead that is ill/sick and they have ALS.
However, the female lead has ALS in Smile to Life while the male lead has it in this drama.

Both 'Smile to Life' and 'Sunshine of My Life' have love triangles! The second male lead and the main guy who used to be best friends in each drama have a falling out, which makes things even more complicated when they both fall for the same girl.

The drama tells the story of how an ordinary girl Xia Guo chooses when faced with two different choices, and what happens. The drama is presented in parallel time and space. The different choices of the heroine will lead to different endings.There are the challenges and dilemmas of the big city; but on the other hand, there is the stability and triviality of the small town.
