I really enjoyed q10 and now I'm watching Anti Reset and I'm loving this one too I suggest you to watch both.

One is M/F and the other BL but both are about the love story between a sweet, innocent robot and a somewhat withdraw human. Both robots are created as companions, with the creator objecting at first to the relationship. Both leads separate close to the end for several years, before a happy reunion.

Unconventional love interests melt their "owners'" hearts. In Choco Milk Shake, you have a man who's unlucky in love falling for his formerly deceased dog. In Anti Reset, a man who's never known love finds it in a caregiving AI. Both are sweet romances with odd plots.

Same universe. Anti Reset aired first and takes place before Eternal Butler. Both are Taiwanese BL dramas involving AI Robots that are extremely lifelike and are loyally attached to their “owners”. It blurs the lines of morality and questions if one can really love a robot and can a robot develop feelings beyond artificial ones.

Not too technically involved so easy to watch and digest.

Both dramas involve the isolated ML receiving a male android who falls in love with him. One is BL and the other hints at polyamory.

The main characters in Stay by my side appeared in Anti reset as themselves.

Both main characters are introverts who prefer to be among robots than humans.
Both MLs fell in love with a robot.

Although the plot and the genre and universes are very different (futuristic sci-fi and fantasy), what I find very similar is the insane amount of philosophical references in dialogues. Although said via main characters it feels like a background narrative as they attempt to philosophise every step of the story which doesn't really come to any certain conclusion. Almost like an essay.

Both feature a romantic relationship between an artificial intelligence and a human. Customised companion does include infidelity though.
