Akiko: Kanashimi Iro no Wana (1986)

Genshiro receives a call from a former popular singer, Akiko, who is working towards her first comeback in eight years. Genshiro, who used to be an entertainment reporter but is now uninspired, goes to a coffee shop where Akiko is waiting for him. However, on the way there, he stumbles upon Akiko's twin sister, who informs him that Akiko killed people. But when he asks Akiko about it, she says she doesn't have a twin sister and that she knows nothing about the murders.
