Sweet but inconsistent story of 5 ‘Ploys’
This show actually started off quite strong in the first few episodes, and then went steadily downhill in the middle, only to have a fairly strong finishThe good:
1. The cast had really strong friendship chemistry for the most part. I believed it when the Ploys hung out and the boys hung out that these were people who knew and liked each other, had fun together and had a history together. I also liked Thapchana and Pretty Ploy’s friendship, Mek and Prof’s, etc.
2. The romantic chemistry was also good to great for 3/5 of the couples. Pretty Ploy and Mek were cute, Plain Ploy and Pimai were steady and mature, Prez Ploy and Thap were all adult yearning
Opportunities for improvement:
1. Prof Ploy and Khram’s story just did not warrant as many episodes as they got. Their story got increasingly silly (dead dad, dead mom, baby trapping, gangsters!) and the back to back of their story and Punk Ploy and Tawan’s really killed the show’s momentum. I also still don’t understand why Tawan likes Punk Ploy as her episodes showed there is very little that is likable about her character
2. The editing doesn’t work. Flashbacks work best when used sparingly and smartly. When every other scene is a flashback it pulls you out of the story. And even with all the flashbacks, there was still too much telling and not enough showing
Overall, there are definitely episodes I will be revisiting, but there was a lot of missed opportunity by production to properly use their talent

It could be better
Well... I have mixed feelings with this serie.First of all, I like the concept and the idea to introduce us a group of friends and multi-pairings / couples. It was indeed quite interesting and heartwarming.
I'm sorry I won't be able to share my impressions on each stories because I just wanted to share my general view and it left me a bit disappointed and frustrated.
I think it was not well balanced, I'm ok with the flashback and when they tend to choose to show one couple and then another couple however, it was like not that I would expect. Maybe I had high expectations when I first saw the trailer and I'm a bit nitpicky? Who Knows? But I couldn't be that invested in their story (I'm scared to say it's a bit bland) and there's also some immature characters or annoying character that don't help either. Sometimes it didn't even make sense but I let it go.
I don't mind when it has some flaws but here, the feeling of being disappointed is quite strong. It could be better and I could give it a 10 but no, I have to lower my rating. Even the chemistry, the acting and the fact it has a good casting and eye-candy, it didn't save the serie in general.
However I do appreciate their friendship dynamic, it's sometimes relatable and I also think some couple deserved better for the development of their story (as I said earlier). In addition it's like wasting their potential because each couple have their own charm and chemistry. It was still nice and somehow entertaining but honestly, I won't watch it again.
The other positive thing, the OST especially sung by Aye Sarunchana is really beautiful to listen.
p-s: sorry if my thoughts are a bit messy??

a chaotic mess
a show about 5 girls named ploy with each ploy's story adapted from 5 different stories. its as messy as it sounds.why does gmmtv take up projects like this if they are not going to put any money in it? u have so many incredible women in the cast, from main characters to side characters, yet u don't use any of them properly??????
i have multiple problems with the plot and pacing:
1. the yearbook mix-up only affected like 2 of the ploys, why did they make it such a focal point of the series, especially punk ploy being so mad abt it when it did not affect her
2. the girls weren't close as grown-ups other than prof and prez so a lot of the friendship moments felt forced
3. the guys, don't get me started, they were so hypocritical. like mek and thap were so mad at prez and pretty for 'cheating' but they could get along fine even though they thought the girls were dating the other?? even their hangouts were weird. u don't show them together as friends in their high school days, but in the last few episodes, they were suddenly friend group? they didn't even show pi as a part of the group until the plot moved on to plain ploy.
4. pretty and mek's story was the most interesting but they rushed to finish that in 3 episodes so it felt very bland.
5. kram was such a plain character, his name should be plain. all his decisions were dumb, im not even an actor and i could tell all his decisions were bad pr for both of them.
6. WHAT IS THIS SHOW'S OBSESSION WITH ALMOST SIBLINGS DATING EACH OTHER?!?!? kram being adopted by prof's mom, punk and tawan being adopted siblings?!?!?? i can pretend to ignore prof and kram cause they knew each before he was adopted and they were kind of grown when it happened but punk and tawan??!?!? he was brought into their family as her brother and they date?!?!?!?!
7. everything with tawan's ex-wife was a big mess im not even saying anything.
8. i will always be a punk ploy defender. i would be pissed too if my parents brought a random guy and said he is your brother, deal with him.....she was the funniest character here. her and pretty's silly fights were cute. they could have done tawan and punk differently. like punk's father is tawan's role model or something and punk being jealous and when the parents die they leave the gym to him, that would give proper reason for her anger.
9. the whole divorce thing with plain was also messy and didn't make sense, like which court operates like this??
10. thap and prez's story had potential but just like pretty and mek, they rushed everything into a few episodes so it was messy.
11. thap, punk and kram were shown as good friends in the flashbacks in the last episodes, but they don't seem to interact when they are grown up so???? feels like they were doing whatever with the script
12. im really disappointed that they didn't try to make the friend group thing genuine, it seemed fun in the last episodes.
they could have made this a bit better if all the things were happening around the same time instead of one by one. the highschool flashbacks could have been shown in order than putting random parts here and there, thap asking to date prez from the first reunion and finally getting together at the end etc etc
the costume/makeup department did well, you could feel the difference from when they were in high school to adulthood.
the prez vs punk moments were so funny to me, i remember namtan and film's insta stories showing bts where they are all lovey-dovey with each other
im glad i get to see them play adults, i was so tired seeing many of these actors play highschool students over and over.

Overall I enjoyed the series. It's nothing to write home about but I liked the cast and the storyline for the most part. Of course they added some unnecessary drama for dramas sake shenanigians but if you want something light, fun and not too deep this is the ticket. I don't really watch many Thai shows but this was fun and the character I thought I would hate, Pretty Ploy ended up being my favorite character on the series. Actress Punpun Sutatta Udomsilp was so great as Pretty Ploy and as annoying as she was in the first few episodes she was the glue that held the friend group together and she always had the friends backs. What I loved the most was that they each of the Ploy's had a happy ending. I don't always advocate for that but for this series it was all I really wanted!

I'm sorry for everyone involved
This show was so bad I couln't believe it. It had a really good cast, the premise was okay (if you really don't think too much about it), the couples were cute, but the storyline was a mess. Nothing made sense, all the plots were forced and badly developted, it seemed that the writers were writing the script on the set as they were filming because it was so inconherent.I liked Jamie and Mond's chemistry, but their characters had problably the worst arc, up until that point it seemed like it was going to be a fun show to watch but then when the kidnapping happened everything went downhill. Jimmy and Punpun had the most believiable chemistry among the couples and their arc almost worked for me. Earth did a good job in it, as good as Earth can do, while they seemed to have the only arc the writers actually put some thought on, their build up was very lukewarm to be the will-they-won't-they couple of the show. Film and Joong had zero chemistry, should have stuck to just being siblings and Joong's character was a weirdo being babysat by his ex wife.
They clearly didn't need five couples, Aye and Toy's arc was fine even though it had no emotional impact that you would think it would have given the subjects it dealt with. But that's totally on the bad writing and questionable directing, even though I believe there is not much to be done when your actors are just saying things that have no emotional value and going through the most absurd situations for the sake of plot, no wonder the performances were underwhelming, while Aye and Namtan were trying their best, they didn't have much to work with.
This series didn't have a reason to be and I hope all the actors involved get better projects in their career.

can we just take a moment..
i watched this hoping for something and in the end...it gave NOTHING? genuinely i wonder how they were able to film this seriously bc you'd have to pay me big money ? and of all the things why five people ALL named ploy..now who sat there and said hm this is a good idea???? i sat here more in confusion thoughout the whole thing instead of actually getting what was even going on LMAO. idk what i was expecting going into this..but this definitely didn't help any. i enjoyed earth's character tho ?Was this review helpful to you?

A Gathering of Ploys
Ploy's Yearbook, funnily enough, vaguely reminded me of The Jungle when I started watching it. Not the actual plot, but the structure of it with multiple couples and the use of flashbacks. But where The Jungle was dark and broody, Ploy's yearbook is much lighter though there's plenty of teenage angst and adult drama to go around. And while I certainly wouldn't call it cohesive, it comes together enough to tell a wholesome story of friendship, forgiveness and growing up.Ploy's Yearbook centers around five young women all named Ploy, flashing between their final year of high school and the present, as well as the men who were part of their lives back then and who proceed to reappear one by one. The key that brings them all together is their senior yearbook in which they discover that the phone numbers of the five Ploys got mixed up resulting in various misunderstandings. Here, however, is where we run into our first and probably biggest issue. This whole phone number mix-up is central to the plot, it literally continues until the final episode, but truthfully it only had a major impact on Prez Ploy and Pretty Ploy. While it did affect the others, it was much less severe. Also, it was 2008, how did they not have each other's numbers saved or memorized? It was just a very flimsy point to have the entire series based around and focused on. Flashbacks are used liberally and while I have no objection to flashbacks when used well, I don't think this is a good example of it. There's a lot of bouncing around time wise and unless you're watching the drama all at once or in a very short time span, you may forget things that were shown in earlier episodes that are suddenly relevant to the flashbacks in later episodes. Frankly, I think they would have benefitted from showing the bulk of the flashbacks in a more linear fashion while still keeping the ones relevant to the big reveals as they were. As it stands, there was just a lot of trying to keep things straight and decipher where scenes fell around what had already been shown. While each couple gets their time to shine, there were some that seemed to get more attention than others though they do all kind of ebb and flow around each other. And there is a certain repetitiveness to it all. Prof Ploy and Kram's storyline in particular was almost painfully so with the back and forth between them. There's also generally a scene of the ladies rallying around whichever girl is struggling with her relationship to provide support and, sometimes, booze. Those are just two examples. There are certainly aspects of the storyline that felt unexplained or very convenient or left hanging (the whole thing with the flyers left unresolved does still bother me), but I didn't feel like it took away from the entertainment value too much.
I did overall like the characters. While I didn't necessarily find them believable as a whole friend group, I did find the girls more believable with the way they came back together after the years apart. Some friendships are just like that. You fight but you eventually make up and move on. The guys made less sense to me, but I am also not a guy so I have less comprehension on how those friendships work. We didn't see them interact that much in school so I found the idea that they retained contact and hung out years later a little harder to believe but there was also the fact that we never saw any kind of fall out between Thap and Mek or at least any kind of discussion which seems really weird to me. I guess it was easier to just lay all the blame on the girls. While we get to see interactions between the couples both as high schoolers and then again as adults, one thing that was really lacking with a few of the couples was showing why they were even in love with each other. Given some of the literal crap that was thrown in, it would have been nice to actually see why these couples ended up together aside from the obvious and shallow, he's nice and she's pretty kind of thing.
-Pretty Ploy and Mek had one of the more interesting arcs and I liked their story. I particularly liked that they both grew as individuals with Pretty maturing and losing her obsession of having a boyfriend and learning to love and respect Mek and Mek learning to open his heart and trust Pretty again. Their story was overall pretty satisfying. I also really enjoyed Pretty's friendship with Thap though I would have liked to have seen more of Mek's friendship with Prof as that was done away with pretty quickly.
I really have to commend PunPun for her handling of Pretty's character as it would have been very easy to make her insufferable. Instead she was able to create a balance and build a character that was a tad narcissistic and vapid, but wholly likeable. Jimmy just continues to grow and improve and I really enjoyed his performance as Mek. He was expressive without being over the top and I appreciated the subtlety of some of his acting choices. Their chemistry together was solid even without them sharing a single kiss.
-Prof Ploy and Kram had the most over the top, ridiculous arc that was far too repetitive and took up too many episodes. While they had some very cute moments, I was overall not a fan of them or their storyline. I wasn't particularly bothered by the fact that they had a relationship when Kram was taken in by Prof's mother since they were both teens and seemed aware of their feelings. The rest of it though, the back and forth, Kram being all self-sacrificing and what not, it just got way out of hand and I was really done with them by the time their story was wrapping. The fact that their drama continued even after just added to the tedium.
Jamie is a decent actress and I don't think she did badly here, but I did not find her believable as a CEO which, while I understand was the point earlier on, I think she needed to have grown into that role as the series progressed. Her expressions were a little one note, but she also had some great moments where the character's cleverness really came through. Mond is a good actor, but Kram is a such a dull character, I don't think he really had the opportunity to show that. He had a decent amount of screen time, but I feel like a lot of it amounted to stand here and look pretty. He did that beautifully, but he definitely was not allowed to shine. They did have good chemistry, it's just unfortunate that the absurdity of everything overshadowed it.
-Punk Ploy and Tawan were my least favorite couple and the second most convoluted story. The immediate ick factor for me when it comes to them is that they were raised as siblings since they were kids, so the idea of a romance springing up between seems weird. That coupled with the fact that Punk was straight up abusive towards Tawan, I really don't understand why he fell in love with her and I don't feel like that's ever clearly shown. And while there were times that I appreciated Punk for her bluntness and boldness, most of the time she was a straight up b***h with no filter and no consideration for those around her. There was no explanation for her angry at the world attitude and it was very off-putting. The whole thing between Tawan and Jaochan was confusing. They were married, but not really together anymore, and she was now in love with Pat, was my understanding. Maybe it was just the translation but my head was spinning a bit. I didn't fully understand why Jao had married Tawan in the first place when it seemed like she was aware that she was never first in his heart. She seemed far too smart and self-aware to do something like that, but I guess love makes us all stupid at times.
While Film was sometimes a bit stagnant with her expressions, there were other times where she did a great job with showing the various emotions her character was experiencing. Joong, on the other hand, seemed to interpret his more stoic character as meaning that he move his face as little as possible. He can be a good actor, but this wasn't it. The chemistry was lacking and I really didn't feel anything between the two of them. I think they truly would have worked better as siblings.
-Plain Ploy and Pimais were a favorite although I felt their story was left underdeveloped and also strayed into the ridiculous. Her history with Saendee was left largely unexplained. I understand wanting to have a family, but did she really not make any effort to find Pimais after he didn't show up? Did she just immediately give up on him and jump to the next guy that would have her? If so, that does sour their story as it doesn't seem like her love was sincere. The whole trial process regarding her daughter was absurd. I sincerely doubt that's how the Thai judicial process works. Pimais' reluctance to reveal everything to her and the fact that he had the accident and then had the tumor as well that could make him forget her seemed like overkill. Just let them get together and be happy already. Pimais reminded me a bit of Tawan with his self-sacrificing tendencies, though with his head screwed on better. I did feel like more could have been given to his character and his personality as there was so much wrapped in his brother and the past that we didn't get a great sense of him in the present. I did find the fact that Plain worked as an editor for some kind of erotic magazine or whatever it was interesting and rather progressive and liked that she had no shame for her work even though others tried to shame her for it.
I enjoy Aye as an actress. I feel that she has a more subtle acting style but she always delivers and I really enjoyed her performance here. I felt that her character was lacking, through no fault of hers, and yet she still managed to give her a level of depth. Toy was a complete unknown to me, but I thought he did a fantastic job portraying both Pimais and Plaimas. He created two very distinct characters that could be easily separated and yet had a clear, brotherly bond. Major props to him. He and Aye were cute together and I liked their chemistry. It wasn't sizzling, but it was very comfortable and it worked for their characters.
-Prez Ploy and Thap were the slow burn that started everything and they were probably my favorite couple. They were the epitome of will they, won't they from the get go and highlighted all the ways that our fears can sabotage our own happiness. Despite the push and pull between them from the beginning, once the story focused on them there in those last episodes, it felt rushed. I felt like some of what transpired between them could have been scattered throughout the series more, but then that wouldn't have stuck to the formula. I did like how they came together and how their preconceived notions of each other were gradually destroyed and that's how they fell in love. Also loved that it was Prez that proposed and Thap totally just went with it. It was cute.
Namtan is absurdly gorgeous and talented and I loved how she portrayed Prez. I thought she vacillated really well between the character's various emotions without being over the top. She made the character feel relatable both as a high schooler and as an adult. Earth is also incredibly talented and I thought he did a good job as the bad boy with a heart of gold. He didn't really fit the profile of a bad boy as a high schooler to me and he didn't blend as well as the others, he just looks older, but I appreciated his character and I loved the adult Thap, his subtle way of still taking care of Prez though he could still act childish at times. These two had some of the best chemistry of any of the couples. It didn't matter if they were kissing or just talking and generally interacting, they just clicked and I loved watching them act together.
The production value was good, but nothing particularly jumped out at me. Although I will say I like how distinct they made the flashbacks. They kept the hairstyles and costuming consistent so even when the characters weren't in school, there was absolutely no question as to whether a scene was in the present or past which I appreciated as I've watched other series where it was not so clear cut. I liked some of the music used, the opening song was catchy, but ultimately found most of it to be pretty forgettable. I did also like the notable lack of product placement especially after watching the likes of My Love Mix-Up! which was bursting with it.
Ploy's Yearbook is nothing special all things considered. It's not a ground breaking series by any means, but it is enjoyable. As ridiculous as it is at times, you have to kind of love a strong group of women coming together to win back their men and their lives. It's not one that I anticipate coming back to in the future, but it was fun to watch once.

Very fun show
The story is about five girls with very different personalities and lives, but all sharing the name Ploy, being the same age and going to the same high school. Despite being good friends in school, things don't go as smoothly as they hoped they would afterwards, especially with their respective crushes. Fifteen years later one of the girls realizes that the Ploys' phone numbers were switched around in their yearbook, leading to multiple misunderstandings and heartbreaks. The main theme of this series is about being able to forgive (both others and ourselves) despite the mistakes, but most importantly about healing after your heart broke, about looking back to make sure that there are as few regrets as possible, and about moving forward without letting past wounds slow down the pace.
The story is not flawless - in fact there were multiple times when I felt like certain events or behaviors from the characters were just a little too convenient for the plot, or a little too easy to achieve. I also had the feeling that some of the scenes were included less for the sake of the plot and more for the sake of "wouldn't it be awesome if this happened?" and such. The reason why I still rated this pretty high is that, despite this, I still had a lot of fun watching! The friend groups in this series really feel like friends, the emotional moments were delivered very well and I was invested in most of the story.
The casting was just impeccable. I decided to give this show a chance because Earth was in it, but I really feel like everyone did an amazing job. Most of the couples felt like true couples, which is one of the most important things for romance, but the parents, the friends and all the support roles were impeccable as well.
Pretty Ploy and Mek were by far my favorite couple of the entire series. At the very beginning I was convinced that I would end up hating Pretty Ploy, but instead she became my favorite out of all the Ploys. It's not easy to portray someone as concerned with beauty and dating as Pretty Ploy and make her so likeable, so props to Punpun for the great performance! As for Jimmy, I already saw his acting in other series and I can confirm that he can handle about any role; he was believable as the nerdy high-school boy, and he was still completely believable as a successful businessman, all without ever looking like he was interpreting two different people. These two also proved that you don't need kisses to prove great chemistry, and you don't need an elaborate plot to make a love story more compelling.
Prof Ploy and Khram were very sweet together, but not too convincing to me. I believe that Prof Ploy was one of the hardest Ploys to portray well, but Jamie was able to show a sweet and kind character while blending it with the subtlety and the cleverness that make her character so fascinating. I wasn't completely sold on her role as the chairwoman, but I'm not sure if this was something expected since Prof Ploy isn't supposed to be experienced. Despite his screen time, Mond didn't get too many chances to show off his acting, but I'm placing the blame on the overly elaborate plot this couple got. I don't believe they needed things to get so complicated, really.
Punk Ploy and Tawan were the couple I enjoyed the least, which is a shame since I was sort of looking forward to see them, but I also don't believe this was because my expectations were too high. Their plot just didn't convince me overall: it got overly elaborate very quickly and at some point I realized I was merely waiting for it to finish once for all. While Film was able to show different sides of her character, Joong wasn't as lucky, which was truly a pity. Last but not least, since their story wasn't convincing, I never really felt like their couple was as convincing as the others.
Plain Ploy and Pimai were great, but also penalized by a plot that forced me to suspend my disbelief more than I like to. There's only a handful of questions about the plot that I can ignore before I start to feel like the story was not polished enough, and this was one of those times. Despite this, both Aye and Toy did a great job with what they had and their acting was impeccable from start to finish. Props to Toy in particular for being able to act as both Pimai and his twin brother Plaimas, switching between the two so perfectly that I kept forgetting they were the same actor. This love story was also the most touching despite everything.
Prez Ploy and Thap were the frame for the entire series - the couple that started it all and the couple that was able to heal their scars and solve all the unfinished business in the end. I found this choice very satisfying, although some choices for their share of the plot felt a little too good to be true for my taste. I already saw both Earth and Namtan in other projects before and I already knew that they were great actors, but I feel like their casting for these role surprised me even more about their talent. They portrayed characters that felt human, making them the most real out of all the couples. I also wasn't expecting them to make such a romantic couple, and I mean it in the best way possible.
The production might not be everyone's cup of tea since it's full of time jumps between the main characters' high school days and present days. I didn't have any issues with it and was able to follow the story without trouble, but it might not be the same for everyone. The audio on YouTube sounded pretty bad, but I wasn't overly bothered by that either. One good plus is that there were absolutely no product placements getting in the way of the story here - something I'm not used to see from GMMTV shows.
This is one of those stories that deserve a chance, at least for one to make an opinion for themselves about it. If you enjoy love stories that involve lots of misunderstandings (done well) and plot twists, this might be for you.

Ploy's Yearbook is a bad fanfic come to life
Ploy's Yearbook hit all the cliches of bad fanfics.I’ve only seen 7 episodes and was going to wait and finish to give my review but if all of the couples are going to resolve their problems in a similar fashion then it’s pointless.
I had zero tolerance for this series; the more I forced myself to sit through their ‘reasonings’ the more I wanted to pull out my hair. Even at 5x speed, this series doesn’t get any easier to watch. My biggest issue is I had high expectations for this show because of the talented cast and new pairings but it was a big bust.
Let's pretend it makes sense that none of the 10 mains cared or noticed that the phone numbers were incorrect after 10 years, it doesn't make sense to blame ONE Ploy for it when all of them worked on it. This series makes less and less sense the more I watch it.
How did Mek, who was tutoring Pretty Ploy not have her number? Why didn’t Kram have Prof’s number when they’ve lived together for a while?? It’s funny that the Yearbook is more of a phonebook. How can all these supposedly close peers not have each other’s numbers after 3-4 years? If this was my friend group, I’d rather not have friends.
I love the actors but not the characters. They’re all poorly written in stupid ways. What’s worse is this is a character-driven series and when the characters suck, there’s very little hope for the overall show. This series is simply a side project for these well-known actors to do in between large projects. I’ve never seen good and decent actors perform more badly. Bunch of robots. Even the actors seemed bored in the Behinds. Whoever wrote and directed this had no grasp of who and how the characters should be. The characters’ emotions do not fit the weight of the situation. Despite their different backgrounds and characteristics, they all share the same level of lower intelligence. All of Kram’s decisions up to episode 7 make sense if this was a bad fanfic. Prof Ploy is praised as the smartest because otherwise, she wouldn’t have chosen such a heroic man–she’s yet to impress me with her higher intelligence. The characters’ dialogue is middle-school level at best.
Don’t get me started on Prof bragging about manipulating Kram into marrying her and then acting like the victim when she, not him, SHE thought he didn’t agree to it out of love. Seriously! Someone, please shoot me (side rant: Why did Mek casually grab and deliver the drinks for them as if they’ve just magically appeared and no one might have left them after eavesdropping? Is Mek really the nerd?).
I don’t understand how the show’s biggest attraction is to have a group of adults in their late 20s, early 30s blame and rely on one woman to fix their lives. Lives that don’t need fixing. Except for the lack of a lover, the characters are well off and have time to socialize and hang out with old high school acquaintances. It’s even more cringy that they are counting on Prez Ploy to fix their LOVE lives.
Istg this series was trying to set the record for the most pointless flashbacks. Sadly it backlashed more than anything as the flashbacks exposed the inconsistency of high school and were only used to support moments in the present. As the series’ flashbacks progressed, characters that didn’t hang out in high school suddenly did, and characters that weren’t close suddenly were.
I’ve always loathed it when GMM brings in guns and/or action. They need to hire action choreographers because their action scenes are way too unserious. Takes me out of the moment.
The only way for me to complete this series is if someone were to put a gun to my head. As much as I love the actors, I cannot put up with lackluster writing and horrible execution. If the creative team in charge of this series doesn’t care then why should I?
Overall score was a 4 but I'm taking out .5 pts for Prof and Kram testing my sanity. And Thap needs to get over it or get out of Prez's life.

Nice
Interesting premise even with a quite simple plot idea. Despite all five characters being 'Ploy', they are all vastly different, and played by very talented actresses. After gmmtv gave us so many BL series, it's refreshing to watch some male actors interact with women again. The only negative thing is that it's difficult to believe these characters are in high school, since they're all played by already grown up adult actors. But after all, it's just flashbacks so it's forgivable.

Storyline is too bland
Tbh the storyline is too blandToo much school scenes where by it’s a story about five grown up women how they suffer and deal with lives but to be honest all I see is just keep on flash back to school scenes
It’s kinda annoying
And not much sparkles between the pairs
So if you ask me will I pay subscription fees or will I purposely watch it ?
The Answer is no
Because this kind of story is too. Common in bg series
And furthermore the storyline is quite childish to adults viewers but too old fashioned for younger audiences
In term of the script so even with good acting actors and actresses it did not really get good viewerships on official platforms
And another thing is that why people watch TikTok videos because it is focus of their favourite
And actually hundreds thousands or millions views on TikTok is not a very big deal for normal videos unless it’s YouTube it’s considered as good because now it’s hard to get views on YouTube
So marketing can’t base on TikTok views as a end convention for the overall ratings for this series because it is not really accurate
And instead of complaining on public I think the production team should try to find out what’s wrong with this series and improve on next project and not complain on public
Every production team does series also face a lot of pressure not only you
And
