the stories of these two dramas are very similar as they are both set in an office romance environment. I recommend watching these dramas because they have a similar storyline about a romantic relationship between a senior and a junior.

A slightly similar premise with a work related romance. There is an age gap between the male and female leads, where both women are the older ones. Also, there is a fair amount of skinship in the two dramas.

It's a cute and fun rom-com. The ML and FL work together, but this time as an idol and his group's manager. FL is older than ML and they get off to an icy start as idol and manager. ML is tundere, similar to the ML in Aoshima-Kun wa Ijiwaru. The romantic tension also feels similar.

FL and ML don't work together, but they attend the same adult violin class at a local community center. Obviously, they get off on the wrong foot. ML is younger and tsundere and FL is a jilted, former office lady looking for a reset. They butt heads, and it's fun watching their relationship develop as they face their own personal challenges and try to understand each other.

Both dramas' FL are in their thirties, and both are involved with younger men. Also, both FL's enjoy their own private time and freedom, and struggle over the the happiness and pain-free life achieved through being single versus the benefits of being in a relationship.
