I've seen some clips on YT a few times, and I was able to watch them over the weekend. I binge-watched the episodes. The cast was meticulously chosen. These ladies are admirable! They have their strengths, and the show also showcases how they overcame their weaknesses. It is truly inspirational. After watching 1 episode, you will find yourself asking the question... Should I also have a fitness goal? What can I test my limit for?These ladies showed strength not just physically, but their mental toughness and resilience are through the roof!
And of course their coaches, even perhaps it is scripted, but to be able to train these ladies to complete a triathlon is incredible.

Inspiring Show
I used to be an athlete, and this show has motivated me to start exercising again. The actresses chosen for this show are amazing because they all have weaknesses and traumas to overcome in order to compete in the triathlon. The show's goal is to demonstrate to the audience that with willingness, perseverance, and patience, one can succeed. This show is really good!Kudos to Seol In Ah, Uee, Park Ju Hyun, and Jin Seo Yun for agreeing to participate in this show. We appreciate your hard work and the time you've put into making this show. Keep up the great work! I hope everyone will watch this show.

I had initial interest because of Uee (Hago’s Love) & Soel In Ah (Business Proposal) in their previous dramas. I was unfamiliar with the other 2 athletes but seen their drama résumés and now a fan of their work too. To see they all have physical strengths and to see them push the process to overcome their mental challenges and blocks was inspiring and heartwarming. To see their competitive passion and external emotions is a reflection of the professional work ethic they each have as actors. MAD RESPECT ✊ TO THE IRON GURLS ❤️❤️❤️😊.
