Yang, what they call a corporate slave who was transferred to the Japanese branch of his company, one day witnesses the Yakuza Yuma fighting a gang in the downtown area and is fascinated by his strength. After a chance reunion with Yuma, Yang is gradually drawn to him, despite his awkwardness. Yuma also begins to open up to Yang and the two of them gradually connect to one another through their shared loneliness. So good that it needs to be made into a full series!

Good acting, good story, cute wimpy corporate slave, hot Yakuza - what more could you want? The Japanese have such a talent for concise storytelling and the fact that they have crammed what could comfortably be a 10 episode series into 30 minutes is testament to that. That being said, I liked it so much that I want more! More cute moments, more tough Yakuza moments, more back story for both characters, more shots of that tattoo!
Well done, Japan - another winner from you. This show is definitely worth 30 minutes of your time.

could have been a 10/10 (need a season 2!)
Overall: I liked the nervous office worker compared to the collected bad boy gangster; however, there were too many flashbacks and there was a very cliche plot point towards the end. Runtime is about 30 minutes. Episodes 1-3 are free to watch https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIBpX20YnmIiP897j9WiDoGMXkS_5XZE5&si=pq9pgBL_1VRDtGEoThe rest must be watched/paid on the mov, Inc app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=movie.mov.app&pli=1 / https://apps.apple.com/us/app/short-movie-tv-mov/id6648779972
Content Warning: fight, blood, non con touching
What I Liked
- their dynamic/chemistry
- easy to understand plot
- visuals
- office worker cleared something up soon after he saw it
Room For Improvement
- with only 10 episodes they could have moved the story along a bit faster/had more relationship building between the leads, too many flashbacks, not needed side plot with the boss
- fight scene looked/sounded very fake
- the very cliche thing that happened towards the end of the series and I can't believe that's how the other character would respond when they barely knew each other
