Only watch this if.....
Ok one thing I have learnt from watching c-dramas..... Republican dramas are really no good, they are boring & most times they try push agendas....I like Gao Zhiting so watched it, it had patches of decent story telling....
Only watch this if you like Republican dramas or like any of the cast eg GZT or Sebrina Chen. If non of the above don't bother.....
It's an okay dramas but same time won't rewatch it or recommend it....
I think most times certain Chinese cast agree to these dramas as get future lead role guarantees plus get some creative control in existing drama such as GZT gets to be in martial arts/shootout scenes which allows better his resume for future action dramas....

As Replican Era dramas go, I actually was compelled to keep watching it to see what happens. Most of the time the intrigue is rather stretched out or lame, but the tension in this drama as to who is suspecting who and who is really 'the good guys' I thought was pretty good. There are some weaknesses in the plot and an ending you may not find satisfying but it does reflect the title--'best' assumes best friend but....?As for the visuals, the costumes on Sebrina Chen were marvellous, the baby is a cutie, and ML made me think he could be Hawick Lau's brother.

Nice bromance and romance mixing with drama
At first I dropped because of the tag (friends to enemy )..But I started watching due to some edits on YT
😇😇 It is really interesting and heartwarming to see their bonds in the first few episodes
According to those ep,I even love to see romance and trio friendship although I am a fan of bromance 🤣
At the later episodes, there are many heartbreaking and death everywhere
Two main leads changed their acting reflecting to their survival and stories 😭
But only one thing remains🥰 It is their bond
Even if they becomes enemy like position and faking their conversation ✌️,
One is protecting the other male lead at any cost 🥰 and the other one is forgiving and understanding for those cruel action 😇
One is I will pull trigger as much as it have in order to protect you type 😁
The other one is I can't pull trigger even if I hate you type 🫠
As for the story I think it will be more interesting if eng sub are available 😇
I don't skip that much even with some unorganized eng sub from YT while watching first 5 ep🫠🫠
Overall,a well made drama with happy ending
