The reason I watched this drama was because I have watched the original Korean drama of Full House and when I heard there was going to be a remake I knew that I had to watch it right away.

Story- 9.5/10

I really enjoyed the story in this version of Full House. What I loved about this drama was all the romantic scenes that were just so romantic and made you melt on the inside and fangirl on the outside. The chemistry between D'Angelo Mike and Sucharat Manaying was just absolutely beautiful to watch from the first to the last episode. Now the question is, was this remake better than the original? For me personally I felt this remake was a fantastic remake of the original, and I can't choose between them because there are just both so good, in the end I would recommend both versions of Full House.

Acting/Cast- 9.5/10

I felt the acting in this drama was excellent, the actors and actresses fit their roles perfectly. My favorite parts of this drama was when Mike and Aom-Am were together, I feel their scenes were what made this show spectacular, and that whenever the two main actors were onscreen together you could tell they had amazing chemistry together, and D'Angelo Mike isn't bad looking either.

Music- 8/10

I did enjoy the music in this drama, but I felt at some points you would be hearing the same thing over and over again, and at times when I did hear the same songs over and over again I would wish something else would play.

Rewatch Value- 9/10

I have to say this was my first ever Thai drama and I really enjoyed it. If you have watched the original Korean version I would highly recommend this drama because it does a fantastic job as a remake to the original. So if you are looking for cute moments and are looking for a drama that can make you laugh then this drama is for you.

I have never watched a thai drama before and I absolutely loved this version of Full House :)
Story-10
The story was a definite 10 for me! I just loved the romance a lot and the love scenes were defiantly super cute!!! The chemistry between the two make me hope that they are a couple off-screen as well! In all honesty, this was defiantly better than the remake.....and the story affirmed that for me! The story has an equilibrium between the romance and comedy which is actually quite tricky to master...but they managed to pull it of exquisitely!
Acting/Cast-10
I absolutely loved the actors and actresses! They suited their roles perfectly! I absolutely loved the chemistry between the two! I will defiantly be watching more of their dramas in the future! The actress does a very good job at pulling off Aom-am's character and the actor also does a very good job when acting as Mike.
Ultimately, the acting was a great plus-it wasn't fake nor was it uninteresting! It seemed realistic and thats why i absolutely loved the show!
Music-9
The music was really good-the only thing i wanted was another song because the same song would of been played at least 2-3 times during a single episode.....however I liked the song and it was cute because the pair actually sang the song themselves :)
Overall-9.5
I loved this drama soooo much and it has been so long since I have encountered a really good rom/com!!! I highly recommend this to anyone in search of a good laugh and 'aww' moments!

Im so happy for this drama to finally appear on MDL! That is why I also decided to write a first review for it, because this drama deserves it...

First of all, I am a big fan of the original Korean version. I really liked it. It was one of my first dramas ever watched, so I have very emotional relationship with that one. Thats why I was kind of worried, when I started this one. Because make-overs are usually not that good as originals.

Usually - but not always!
Actually, this version is great! It uses the original Full House plot in a good and very innovative way. Its not just a copy of the original, but it spices it up and re-creates it in its own way. And it works very well!

About characters and acting - this was my first thai drama, so I really didnt know any actors. But they totally won me over really qiuckly. Both leads are really cute and lovable. And their chemistry is exceptional! They have so many cute / funny / lovely / romantic scenes that will make your heart race! I will say just one thing to that... you will never look at an ice-cream the same way after watching this drama :D
As for side characters (overly nice and hansome second guy, bitchy second girl, annoying main girls friends, main guys parents ect.). I didnt really pay attention to them and thankfully, they didnt get much scrren time. Most of it was just the main leads, which made this drama exceptionally good.

I admit, that I sometimes skip some boring scenes in dramas. However, I didnt skip anything while watching FH thai. If I should compare between the original and thai version, they are even for me. They are very different yet I love them both the same. I will definatelly recommend this drama to everyone! (even to those, who watch only korean dramas)

I don't really like writing reviews, but for the sake of my love for this drama, I'll write one. This is my first MDL review, so please bear with me. ///excuse me for my engrish

I really love everything in this drama. I wasn't expecting a lot when I first watched this, since this is my first lakorn. But I was so surprised as to how good this drama is.

Story:
I haven't watched the original Full House but I can say that even though I haven't watched it, this remake made me feel like I'm familiar with the story. There were no complications or whatsoever.

Acting/Cast:
I'm not really that familiar with Thai acting, but all I can say is that they're all great in portraying their roles. The main lead's acting were exceptional. Their acting felt so real. I'm shipping them so hard.
About the supporting roles, they are all good. The so-called villains were hella' annoying, to the point where I want to strangle them to death. So kudos to their acting.

Music:
I can listen to all kinds of Asian Music, so I'm giving this one an 8.5 However, the music was redundant. There were too many scenes where they added music sang by Mike which felt unnecessary. But I still like it. Whenever they play his song on background, I sing along with it too.

Rewatch Value:
It's a very good thing that I downloaded this instead of streaming. I'll be rewatching this drama again and that's for sure. I'm pretty sure this drama won't bore me even if I watch it a million times.

OVERALL:
Great drama and a certain MUST WATCH. No matter how old you are, you're still gonna' enjoy this one.

I watched it just because the two leads seem to be quite cute together in the trailer. I wasn't expecting it to be that good, since it is a remake version of Full House (remake versions I have watched can usually never be compared to the original) and it is a Thai drama - I have never watched a Thai drama before except some movies. But, having said that, it was quite a tasty treat for me.
The story line is basically the same as the original. There wasn't many boring moments; the story was executed very well. But, I think Mike's character is a lot better and more vulnerable than Rain's character from the original. I don't really remember the original version in details since I watched it many years ago. So I don't really wanna compare the two. Still, this drama added more fun and enjoyable moments between the two leads.
As for the acting, I like the two leads especially. Their acting is so realistic and they have so much chemistry together as well. Right now I am shipping them together.
The music in the drama is a very perfect match for the drama as well ,especially the theme song "Oh Baby I". I am impressed that Mike did all the work for the OSTs, just proved that he is so talented.
I am not sure about rewatching it for the story but I would rewatch it if I miss those two interacting together.

I can honestly say that this re-make is far superior to the 2004 K version. This was my first Thai drama (lakorn) and I absolutely loved it.

Chemistry adds a lot to any script and in this Full House, the chemistry is off the charts.

Superb acting and new locals for shooting added to this lakorn’s (drama) appeal and interest. Once again I marathoned it and I can highly recommend watching it.

*SORRY IF MY ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH SINCE ENGLISH IS NOT MY 1st LANGUAGE* TT_TT

Well, this is the first Thai drama (lakorn) I've ever watched and I'm glad to say that I made a good choice at picking it. I've never watched the original (korean) version of this before, but I'm sure that this was a GREAT remake... Probably even better than the original one (but of course I can't totally assure that, tho).

Ok, let's start the review!

WRITING

I'm always so picky about the writing of a drama because to me it's not enough just having a good story to tell... The important thing is how they tell that story, what the characters are saying and how the situations are made it's really important to me, and the writers of this drama made an AMAZING job with this story, the dialogues were full of so many emotions and feelings, and I could totally enjoy them and feel them, they explored the characters relationships and thoughts very well. They made ; real characters. the entire writing of this drama was amazing. I loved it.

DIRECTING

The director work was also great, the camera shoots, the angles, the colors, the development of the situations and how the director translated those situations that the writers created into amazing scenes. The directing work was really clever and very well done. The drama didn't leave blank spaces or missed any details or did something carelessly. The director gave us really good moments to remember and enjoy. Believe me guys, I can assure you that you'll never see an ice cream the same way again! lol :3

ACTING

I really liked the acting of both of them, I could totally read what they were trying to tell to the viewers. I could feel what they felt, cry when they cried and laugh when they laughed until my cheeks were in pain... These two had great chemistry, I mean GREAT! haha. They looked like a real couple to me and never felt fake. Actually, they were so natural and comfortable with each other, they were very attuned to each other and I could feel that. Mike and Aom officially became my favorite Asian drama couple of all times...

MUSIC

The music was ok, I'm not a big fan of the songs they played in this drama, but I still enjoyed them. The instrumental songs fit very well with the scenes, although I didn't like all of them either, so the music was just nice... Not bad, not amazing, just nice.

SHOULD YOU GUYS WATCH THIS DRAMA?

Hell yes! I actually wasn't planning to watch it but it totally worth it! This became my favorite Asian Rom-Com ever! not kidding! I loved this drama so much that it took his own place in my heart :3 I would rewatch it anytime, actually I was planning to rewatch it soon and I just finished it hahaha *_* I loved Mike and Aom so much that I think I can't live without watching their story at least 100 times more :D

Let me start my review of this version of Full House with a statement that I was not particularly impressed with the original Korean Full House (starring Rain & Song Hye Kyo). I am also pleased to finally see this in MDL; having searched for it to write a review after I finished watching this drama around 2 months ago. So here it goes, my review:

Story: The story follows the basic story as per the Korean original Full House, but with much better credibility and elaboration of story sequences. More is invested in exploring the development of relationships - be it between the main leads, between the male lead and his family, between the leads and the second leads and so on. Everyone has their story told adequately which made each scene progress with better logic. The ending is so much better too - well explained and not rushed. Of all of the Full House versions, I must say (to my utmost surprise since I would never expect this of a Thai lakorn!) that this Thai version of Full House is the best ever made to date!

Acting/Cast: Perfect cast and better acting all around. When I say 'better', I refer to comparisons with the original Korean Full House. Although this Thai version uses young Thai idols, I must say that they can act better than many Korean idols out there who only relied on their looks to pull through their stiff acting! There can be no better combination of leads as these two leads in here. Super cute, super sweet and very compatible! The chemistry is so much more believable than the chemistry between Rain and Song Hye Kyo! Plus the female lead in this one is so adorable and definitely not annoying like Song Hye Kyo's character in the original Full House! And the kissing scenes (especially the ones involving a certain ice cream!) will change the way you view an ice cream forever! I also like how they cleverly incorporated Korea into the drama; thus acknowledging the story's origins. The sceneries in Korea featured in this lakorn are also beautifully filmed.

Music: Melodic and sung by the male & female leads. I am no fan of Thai music, so I gave this a 6/10. I know many young women/fans out there who will be rating the music as 10/10. It's all a matter of preference.

Rewatch value: Extremely high. This lakorn thrives on funny, sweet and scenic scenes that you'd love to re-wind to again and again, and because it is such a light story to watch, it does not require much brain power to just sit back, relax and fall in love all over again.

Overall: For a light romantic comedy, it is a great honour for it to be able to achieve anything from 8 and above from me as I am very picky when it comes to storylines and the dramas/movies that get high scores from me have very good storylines. Since the storyline of this lakorn is to-some-extent-, a "recycling" or "re-telling" from the original one, I gave it a 8.5/10. I really enjoyed this lakorn.

Lastly, I would like to appeal to the powers that be in MDL to please include more Thai Lakorns in here. There are a couple more lakorns that I can think of from the top of my head that have very good ratings, besides the Thai Full House. I am more than happy to write reviews on them. :)

So Full House was one of my first kdramas. I enjoyed it well enough and it made me a Bi fan (I found out shortly after he was a musician). I think it's safe to safe, it wasn't a perfect drama. It was repititious, draggy, and down right frustrated in a lot of ways. I won't even talk about the fashion. Still, there was something about it that made it a lot of fun. I thik it was the actors and the story potential. It could have been great, but fell short in a lot of areas. Still, this drama will always have a special place in my heart because it was one of my first.

I said all of that to highlight why the Thai version of Full House is absolute perfection. Where the kdrama failed to deliver, this one did. The plot was cohesive. No repetition or frustration (well, only the good kind). They took the holes in the original version and filled them. This resulted in a simple, but well executed plot, just the right amount of douche in our male lead, great supporting characters and angst providers, and a very good ending.

I really only have one bad thing to say abou this lakorn. The last three episodes dragged a bit. That's all, but they were still enjoyable. The two leads had great chemistry and I loved the acting. Mike was sweet, funny. He was mean at times, but sympathetic. Sucharat was freakin adorable. She was a great mix of sweet and fiesty. When she cried, I cried. I loved Guy as well. He and Mintra served their purpose well. I love the theme song for this too. All in all, this was a great remake in my opinion.

Today, I'm going to share an undoubted but highly concealed fact with anybody who reads this review: This drama does not deserve all the hype it has gotten. It does not deserve to be such a top rated rom-com and it definitely does not deserve the glorious 8.7 rating that it is currently flaunting.

When I saw the first episode, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the main leads. In the start they gave us a few minutes of pure fan service, where Mike flaunts his abs and shows off his dance moves and I was like, dayum maybe I should have picked this drama up sooner- except all of those thoughts were completely incinerated twenty minutes in to the show. The perfect words to describe this drama would be something like: Boring. Dull. Extremely slow. Completely and utterly dead.

80% of the drama consists of filler episodes, where the characters are just staring off into space, lost in their own shit and the viewer is forced to awkwardly watch from the sidelines like an unwanted trespasser. There are so many pauses after which we just get one dead scene after another, that it felt like this was some sort of a documentary instead of an enjoyable tale.

I think they tried to fake depth by showing numerous angles of the character's "deep in thought" faces and playing shitty sentimental music in the background but it just appeared very simplistic and unnecessary. Sure, I'm shallow and I like watching pretty people but I also want to watch them actually "do" something and have a fucking character. If I wanted to ogle them pose, I'd go through a fashion catalog and save myself a lot of time in the process.

There is no character development at all and the characters lack individuality to the T. Who are Mike and Am as individuals? We don't have a fucking clue. There is no proper backstory that tells us about their personalities, they are just one of the many run of the mill knock offs that we see in every unoriginal romance story.

The rest 10% consisted of the characters having flashbacks of the same dull scenes that they showed us before. As if they really needed repetition to help make shit worse. Like, if you don't have new and good content, why waste money and time on making so many trash filled episodes in the first place?

The measly 10% left was the only mercy shown to the viewers, where they finally added some funny and cute moments but it was hardly enough to make up for the torturous 90%. A lot of people were gushing about the character's chemistry but to be honest, I don't really see it. If we cut out the hasty little pecks they pasted on each other's lips, their relationship would be perfectly like that of siblings. There are no proper, mature conversations between them, no sizzling passion, no sexual tension, no actual bond; they don't get to face and solve complications together and evolve as a couple, instead they just fight like little kids and then try to act cute. I mean, sure, they can get away with an "aww how adorable" once or twice but the whole thing becomes rather uninteresting when it's done so excessively.

I'm a sucker for romance but I want my dramas to be diverse and actually have a plot behind it. In Full House all I got was a two dimensional "love" story with no real adversities or impressive events. There's nothing memorable about this drama except that I'll always remember how much I yawned throughout. I couldn't form any sort of emotional attachment with the characters at all.

Mike was admittedly unlike the usual Alphas, he was a kind hearted boy; very caring and childish but not the sharpest tool in the shed. Besides the first shirtless scene, all of his dance moves and actions that were supposed to be "sexy" were just horribly cringey and gay. No problem with being gay at all, except when you're doing a role where you're supposed to play a guy who's straighter than a rod. Also, I wanted to punch him every time he cried because him crying didn't make sense at all. It was supposed to add emotion to the drama but it just looked force and irrelevant, considering he himself was the one doing mindless shit that was creating petty problems in the first place. Crying about it made no sense except to show what a confused and weak personality he had.

Am was a refreshing character though. She was strong, witty and she didn't let anyone boss her around, making her a refreshing change from the Asian heroines of the norm. The actress who plays her is the cutest creature I have ever seen and she did play her part (no matter how superficial) quite well. She was the only one really acting in this show and the sole reason why I even gave it a 4.5.

I literally do not know why I wasted 20 hours on this bullshit, considering it had no story-line, whatsoever. It did not live up to its glowing reputation at all except that I have to say that the widely talked about "ice-cream scene" was a little entertaining.

I recommend this for 12 year old pre-pubescent kids who blush at the thought of matching bracelets with their crush and not for viewers who actually want to see something of substance.

First Thai drama I've watched and I so love it! I'm a certified Korean drama lover, so it's hard for me to watch dramas with a different language (though I'm not Korean), but I gave this a try and it's worth it! I can't believe I got so hook watching this that I ended up staying late at night just to finish 4-5 episodes (for a person who can only watch dramas at night).

For a rom-com lover like me, this drama's a big hit. I really love Aom and Mike's chemistry. Their acting seems real for me. My heart's melting every time there's a sweet scene coming. These two are just perfect for each other. #AoMike is LOVE and I'm looking forward for the future projects of these two.

As for the story, there's not much difference from the original. But if I were to choose between the two, I'll go for this version. I don't know. Maybe because it has much lighter view of the story. You'll laugh when there's a funny scene, you'll cry when there's a sad scene, and you'll melt when there's a romantic scene.

Out of all of the Full House orginal and remakes this version is the best in my opinion. Loved the music to this drama's soundtrack. If you are going to watch any version of Full House start with this one. I' not much into rewatching dramas once I've finished them but I've been back three times now to rewatch this one.
