Here are some of the upcoming dramas for June
I Remember You
Seo In Guk (The King's Face, Reply 1997) and Jang Na Ra (Mr. Back, Fated to Love You) will star in KBS2 drama, I Remember You starting June 22 after Who Are You School 2015. The director is No Sang Hoon who also directed The Queen of Office. The writer is Kown Ki young who also wrote All About My Romance and Protect the Boss. Lee Chun Hee (Dating Agency Cyrano, The Thousandth Man), Choi Won Young (Kill Me, Heal Me, Secret Door), and D.O (It's Okay, That's Love) are also in the drama.
Lee Hyun (Seo In Guk) who was once a consultant for the NYPD is now a criminal profiler on a Korean special task force. He is skilled in analyzing crime scenes and profiling a person. He does not care what people think of him and speaks his mind. Cha Ji An (Jang Na Ra) is a detective who joins the task force with an ulterior motive of stalking Lee Hyun. Her fancy appearance does not match her career.
I'm not sure of the name of Lee Chun Hee's character, but he is the leader of the special team also after working as a resident officer overseas. He was brought up in a good environment with a good education and has high self-esteem. Choi Won Young's character is a scientist of a company overseas who specializes in managing various chemicals and machinery in all of the forensic teams' laboratories in Korea. Hi sees all of the ongoing crime investigations and has access to all evidence thanks to his police connections. He doesn't have any family or friends. D.O is not a permanent cast member, but will lead the drama for the first two episodes until Seo In Guk takes over.

This is supposed to be a rom/com with crime back drop. I'm not really into romantic comedies, but I loved Protect the Boss so I will be watching this. BTW...am I the only one that thinks Choi Won Young looks like and older version of Lee Kwang Soo?
High Society
True Romance/Chaebol's Daughter
Uee (Ho Goo's Love, Golden Rainbow), Sung Joon (Hyde, Jekyll, Me, Discovery of Romance), and Park Hyung Shik (What Happens to My Family?) will star in SBS drama, High Society starting on June 16 after Heard it through the Grapevine. The director and writer Coi Yeong Hoon and Ha Myeong Hee were a team for One Warm Word and join forces again for this drama. Im Ji Yeon will also make her drama debut.
Jang Yoon Ha (Uee) is a chaebol's daughter who believes in true love. She hides her identity by working at a part time job in a food market and pretending to be poor. She hopes to find a someone that will love her for her and not her money. Choi Joon Gi (Sung Joon) is a middle manager within the conglomerate who believes love isn't something he can afford. He comes from a poor background and has a negative attitude toward rich people because his parents were looked down upon. He concentrates only on what will help him get ahead. Lee Ji Yi (Im Ji Yeon) becomes Yoon Ha's quirky best friend from her part time job. She is hardworking, honest and a loyal friend. Yoo Chang Soo (Park Hyung Shik) is the heir to the shopping mall who is a playboy. He starts to change after meeting Yoon Ha.

Pick a name already, people. Seriously. I'm iffy if I'm going to watch this drama. I may watch the first two episodes and see. I like the actors ok and the premise of the drama sounds good, but I'm not sure.
My Beautiful Bride
Kim Mu Yeol (Wife Returns, Byul Soon Geom 2), Lee Shi Young (Valid Love, Golden Cross), and Go Sung Hee (SPY, Night Watchman's Journal) will star in OCN's new drama My Beautiful Bride which begins June 6 after Missing Noir M. The director is Kim Cheol Kyu who also directed Emergency Couple and She is Wow!. This will be the first drama for writer Yoon Sung Yeol since Cruel City.
Kim Do Hyung (Kim Mu Yeol) looks for his wife, Yoon Joo Young (Go Sung Hee) when she goes missing. Cha Yoon Mi (Lee Shi Youn) is the detective that tries to help him.

I'm excited to watch this even though there is very little information mainly because the writer is the same that wrote Cruel City. I really enjoyed that drama and I'm hoping this one will be good also.
Hidden; Hidden Identity
Kim Bum (Goddess of Fire Jeongi, Padam Padam), Park Sung Woong (She is Wow!, The Bridal Mask), Yoon So Yi (Angel's Revenge, The Color of a Woman), and Lee Wong Jong (been in too many dramas to count) will star in tvN's new drama Hidden Identity which will start June 9 after Let's Eat Season 2. Kim Jung Min is the director who also directed Bad Guys. The writer is Kang Hyun Sung who also wrote Chosun Police 3.
Cha Gun Woo (Kim Bum) is a SEAL and a SWAT member who joins an undercover team after his girlfriend dies. He has determination to get the bad guys which earns him the name Mad Dog. Jang Moo Won (Park Sung Woong is Investigative Team Number 5's leader. He requests to form the investigative team and takes responsibility solely on himself as a principled leader. Jang Min Joo (Yoon So Yi) is skilled in disguise and collecting information for the investigative team. She excels in psychoanalysis and martial arts. Choi Tae Pyeong (Lee Won Jong) has connections in the criminal underworld and has the characteristics of a criminal which helps the undercover team with infiltration.
Oh, yeah. I'm so watching this. Kim Bum sheds that nice guy image and becomes what is said to be a "human weapon". I can't wait. Plus, I really love the ahjussi's that are in this.
