FullMetal Alchemist Live Action Film Greenlighted for 2017!

Earlier today, news broke out that FullMetal Alchemist, the ever famous action-fantasy manga written by Hiromu Arakawa, has finally been greenlighted for a live-action Japanese film. [Add FullMetal Alchemist to your dramalist]

Fumihiko Sori (Ping Pong, Ashita No Joe) will be directing the film. 

Hey! Say! Jump!'s Ryosuke Yamada (Assassination Classroom, Tantei Gakuen Q) will be starring as the short and fiesty, Edward Elric. It will be filmed in Italy in June - August of this year and will be in theaters in the summer of 2017.
