Actor Lee Joon Gi shares his thoughts on the conclusion of the historical thriller Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun.
The tvN weekend drama Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun reached its finale with the 12th episode airing on October 22. In the series, Lee Joon Gi portrayed the dual roles of Eun Seom and his twin brother Sa Ya, enthralling the audience with his versatility. What also caught viewers' attention was his graceful execution of action sequences.
Moreover, he skillfully depicted the intricate relationship between the twin brothers Saya and Eun Seom.
As reported by his agency, Namoo Actors, Lee Joon Gi expressed his bittersweet feelings about the series concluding, saying, "I didn't think a day like this would really come, but over nine months have already passed". "I made a lot of memories while having fun with so many staff members in this production, so I feel more sad than relieved".
"But as each person did their best in their respective jobs, we will cheer them on as they perform on a new stage. I, too, am set to embark on a new journey and am committed to bringing an even more remarkable performance to all of you", he said.
Lee Joon Gi successfully wrapped up a fan meeting in Japan back in May and is now gearing up to reunite with his Japanese fans in Yokohama in December.
