Jo Jung Suk to make a cameo apparance in 'Jealousy Incarnate' co-star Gong Hyo Jin's new K-drama 'Wh
Jo Jung Suk and Gong Hyo Jin are working together for the third time!
On December 18, media outlets reported that Jo Jung Suk is making a cameo appearance in Gong Hyo Jin's comeback K-drama When the Stars Gossip.
This will be the third time that Jo Jung Suk and Gong Hyo Jin will work together. They first paired up in the hit K-drama Jealousy Incarnate in 2016. Three years later, the two reunited and worked together for the film Hit-and-Run Squad. This year, Gong Hyo Jin also helped Jo Jung Suk by starring in the actor's debut music video alongside Kim Dae Myung.
According to reports, Jo Jung Suk will also make a special appearance because of his relationship with the director of When the Stars Gossip.
There is no information yet on the role that will be portrayed by Jo Jung Suk in the upcoming K-drama.
Meanwhile, Jo Jung Suk is currently busy filming for his next film My Daughter Is a Zombie. He will work with Lee Jung Eun, Cho Yeo Jung, Yoon Gyung Ho, and Choi Yu Ri in the upcoming movie.
When the Stars Gossip will reveal the romance of two people in a space station. An OB-GYN-turned-space-tourist and a space mission commander will meet and fall in love at a space station. This is the first K-drama that has the setting of a space station in Korea.
The upcoming K-drama will be led by Lee Min Ho, Gong Hyo Jin, Oh Jung Se, Han Ji Eun, Kim Joo Heon, Lee El, and more.
Director Park Shin Woo (Lovestruck in the City, It's Okay to Not Be Okay, and Hyde, Jekyll, Me) and writer Seo Sook Hyang (Jealousy Incarnate and Pasta) will work together to create the romantic comedy sci-fi K-drama.
When the Stars Gossip will premiere on January 4 at 9:20 PM KST. The K-drama can be viewed through broadcast channel tvN and the global streaming platform, Netflix.
