Lee Jung Eun and Jung Eun Ji's upcoming K-drama Miss Night and Day has unveiled a teaser.
Miss Night and Day follows the story of Lee Mi Jin, a young woman who mysteriously wakes up one day as an old lady.
The first teaser depicts Lee Mi Jin living a double life. During the night, she is a young job seeker in her 20s Lee Mi Jin (Jung Eun Ji), and during the day she is an elder intern in her 50s. Lee Jung Eun will be seen as Im Soon, the elder version of Lee Mi Jin.
Lim Soon, unmistakably a woman in her 50s in the day, says, "I'm actually in my 20s. I was born in 1996." She continues her story, saying, "My face changes to this when I wake up."
After repeatedly rejuvenating and aging with the rising and setting of the sun, Lee Mi Jin finally adapts to her 50-year-old body, succeeds in getting the job she longed for, and continues her life as an intern under the new name Lim Soon.
Despite her body having physically aged to her 50s, Mi Jin is young at heart, mind, and in spirit, which works to her advantage as she can effortlessly handle various tasks her peers struggle with.
Her extraordinary actions such as taking down a suspicious person with a mop, typing with a single hand, and even overtaking a bus on a bicycle leave people around her awestruck.
Her boss and prosecutor, Gye Ji Woong (Choi Jin Hyuk), also casts a suspicious eye toward her.
The teaser raises curiosity about the extraordinary life of Lee Mi Jin and whether she can juggle living as both a young woman and an old woman.
Miss Night and Day will premiere on June 15. Watch the teaser here.
