Kang Han Na is confirmed to star in the upcoming historical drama "Red Single Heart"
On October 19th it was announced that Kang Han Na has accepted the offer to join Jang Hyuk and Lee Joon in the upcoming KBS drama "Red Single Heart."
"Red Single Heart" will be the next project of writer Park Pil Joo who's known for the dramas "First Love Again,” and "Naeil's Cantabile"). It will narrate the story of Lee Tae, the enemy of Sunjong who eventually became the king of Joseon. The tense political confrontation between Lee Tae and the kingmaker Park Gye Won will be unveiled.
Kang Han Na will be playing the role of Yoo Jung. She's the type who can't be bothered by the strict doctrines of Confucianism. This drama will be Kang Han Na's reunion with Jang Hyuk and Lee Joon as they have worked together in a movie and drama.
"Red Single Heart" is set to air in the first half of 2022. It will exclusively air on KBS and will have 20 episodes.
This drama will be Kang Han Na's first drama project for 2022. Before 2021 ends, the actress will also star in the upcoming drama "Bite Sisters" with Kim Young Ah, Choi Yoo Hwa, and Lee Shin Young. She was also part of this year's drama "My Roommate Is a Gumiho" starring Girls Day Lee Hye Ri and Jang Ki Yong.
Kang Han Na was also part of the dramas such as "Start-Up," "Designated Survivor: 60 Days," "Familiar Wife," "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo," "Miss Korea," and more.
It was recently reported as well that Kang Han Na will step down from KBS Cool FM's radio show Volume Up to focus on her acting career.
