Kang Tae Oh will officially be the male lead of the upcoming ENA Channel and Netflix's drama "Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo."
On April 8th it was confirmed that Kang Tae Oh will be the main lead of the upcoming drama "Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo." He will be working with Park Eun Bin in the law drama.
"Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo" will narrate the journey of a new lawyer with a genius brain and autism spectrum named Woo Young Woo. The will showcase her growth in becoming a true lawyer by solving various cases.
It will be directed by Yoo In Shik ("Dr. Romantic" and "Mrs. Cop") and written by Moon Ji Won ("Innocent Witness").
Kang Tae Oh will play the role of Lee Joon Ho, an employee at the law firm. He's popular because of his great looks and friendly personality. He will also assist Woo Young Woo in some cases.
Aside from Park Eun Bin and Kang Tae Oh, Kang Ki Young, Jeon Bae Soo, Baek Ji Won, Jin Kyung, and more will also lead the upcoming series.
"Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo" will air on ENA Channel (The new name of SKY Channel) and it will also be available on the global streaming platform Netflix. The series will premiere in June.
This will be the first official drama of Kang Tae Oh for the year. He made a special appearance in the recently ended drama "Thirty-Nine." He is also set to star in the upcoming film "Open the Door" with Shin Hae Sun, Kim Sung Kyun, and Geum Sae Rok.
Kang Tae Oh is known for usually playing the second lead role. With this drama, he will finally play as the main lead.
