Lee Jin Wook is in talks to be the main lead of the upcoming KakaoTV original series titled "Marriage White Paper."
On December 8th, media outlets reported that Lee Jin Wook has been chosen as the main lead for the upcoming drama "Marriage White Paper."
Lee Jin Wook's agency BH Entertainment confirmed the reports that Lee Jin Wook received the offer to star in "Marriage White Paper." They also shared that the actor is still reviewing the casting offer.
"Marriage White Paper" will be a romance drama of a couple in their 30s who are preparing for their wedding like it will be a fairytale-like happy ending from their hardships.
Lee Jin Wook got the offer to play the role named Seo Joon Hyung. The female lead and other casts of the drama are not yet revealed.
"Marriage White Paper" will exclusively be available on the OTT streaming platform KakaoTV. This drama will be added to their original series lineup. Some of the known KakaoTV original series are the following: "The Great Shaman Ga Doo Shim," "Lovestruck in the City," "A Love So Beautiful," and the upcoming series "Goosebumps" starring Choi Ji Woo.
Before the year ends, Lee Jin Wook will be part of a new drama and movie. He will lead the upcoming drama "Bulgasal: Immortal Souls" with Hello Venus Kwon Na Ra, MBLAQ's Lee Joon, Gong Seung Yeon, Jung Jin Young, Park Myung Shin, and more. He will also star in the much-anticipated movie "A Year-End Medley" with Han Ji Min, Kim Young Kwang, Go Sung Hee, Lee Dong Wook, Won Jin Ah, Kang Ha Neul, and more.
Lee Jin Wook last starred in the 2020 Netflix original series "Sweet Home." The series will reportedly have a second season but according to reports, Lee Jin Wook will not be returning to the new season.
