Park Bo Young transforms into a nurse, once again after Netflix's Daily Dose of Sunshine, in Disney+'s Light Shop.

On October 24, Light Shop released stills of actress Park Bo Young.

Light Shop is a story that unravels when people with secrets visit a mysterious light shop, the only place that lights up the end of a dark alley.

Park Bo Young plays the role of Yeong Ji, a nurse in the ICU. Yeong Ji prioritizes the recovery of her patients above all else and maintains a bright demeanor anywhere, anytime.

As seen in the released stills, despite working in an ICU where the lights are turned on 24 hours a day, Yeong Ji does not lose her smile.

However, in another still, she is seen staring at something with eyes full of fear, heightening curiosity about what unusual has happened.

The look of Yeong Ji (Park Bo Young) gazing fearfully at something gives a contrasting vibe, sparking curiosity about the strange events Yeong Ji will soon face.

Regarding her decision to join Light Shop, Park Bo Young said, "I had already read Kang Full's webtoon, so I had confidence in the project. Since senior actor Kim Hee Won was directing, I didn't hesitate." She added, "It was the warmest set I've ever been on, which made it possible to do everything."

Writer Kang Full also expressed his expectations for actress Park Bo Young, and after seeing her in person, he was convinced, saying, "I needed an actress who could brighten up the vibe of the dark story, and I was very happy when I heard that Park Bo Young was cast. When I saw the final result, I thought, 'She's really the perfect fit."'

Director Kim Hee Won also shared, "Through this project, I hope Bo Young will show a new side of herself. I'm very grateful that she joined us."

Light Shop will air a total of 8 episodes. It will release four episodes on December 4, followed by two episodes each week for the next two weeks.
